The purpose of this study is to try to IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) by applying text mining approaches to user review data for korea mobile banking applications, and to derive priorities for improvement. User review data on mobile banking applications of korea commercial banks (Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Hana Bank), local banks (Gyeongnam Bank, Busan Bank), and Internet banks (Kakao Bank, K-Bank, Toss) that gained from Google playstore were used. And LDA topic modeling, frequency analysis, and sentiment analysis were used to derive key attributes and measure the importance and satisfaction of each attribute. Result, although 'Authorizing service', 'Improvement of Function', 'Login', 'Speed/Connectivity', 'System/Update' and 'Banking Service' are relatively important attributes when users use mobile banking applications, their satisfaction is not at the average level, indicating that improvement is urgent.

In most public transportation related master plans, decisions for investment priorities are initially made by facilities with lower installation rates or lower satisfaction (performance) levels. In general, the decisions are made without conducting importance factor analysis. In this study, a combined method of importance-performance analysis (IPA) model for bus users related in travel time is proposed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the IPA for Metropolitan users show that the categories need improvement are number of bus stops, number of intersections, headways, waiting times for boarding and traffic signal operations in order. On the other hand, Non-Metropolitan uses show that the categories need improvement are traffic signal operations, waiting times for boarding, headways, bus exclusive lanes and number of intersections that is in reverse order to Metropolitan users.

목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

At a time when trend called complex cultural space has recently been taking place in public libraries, this study analyzed the importance-performance of users regarding the use factors of public library's complex cultural space. Based on the results of the analysis, this study attempted to broaden the understanding of the library users' use of this space, and to suggest directions on which factors should be improved. The results of the study were as follows: First, only 5 of 41 factors for library complex cultural space have higher satisfaction than importance, so it is necessary to promote balanced development with focus on priority improvements rather than a specific sector. Second, it is necessary to provide various programs and services in consideration of visit characteristics, such as the users of the library complex cultural space are mainly used by themselves (42%) or with their families (18.2%), also more people (50.5%) use weekday afternoons than 35%, including weekend mornings and afternoons. Third, among the five use factors related to space, the remaining items except for 'Compatibility of Computer / Equipment Use' are located in the first quadrant where both importance and satisfaction are high or in the fourth quadrant which shows higher satisfaction than importance. This is a result that shows that the library is fully performing the diversification and complexion of the space basically aimed as a complex cultural space. Fourth, it is necessary to improve the public library's complex cultural space in the future based on the analysis results of the result of analysis of the importance-satisfaction the use of factors using the IPA analysis.

The importance of voucher service evaluation is increasing with the expansion of voucher, but the previous studies on performance evaluation could not reflect the characteristics of voucher. But there is no study on the factors affecting voucher performance. Thus, this study focuses on the empirical analysis of voucher program performance and analysed the factors affecting voucher satisfaction. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users in Community-Development voucher service in Community Service Investment Program. The methods applied in this study are Hierarchial Linear Model(HLM) using service user variables(level 1) and service agency variables(level 2). These variables are extracted from the previous studies on performance of social welfare service and voucher service. The findings show that user's satisfaction is influenced by level 1 variables such as sex, need and also influenced by level 2 variables of service type and area* organization type. On these analysis, this study gives policy implication.

This study was conducted to identify items that should be considered in order to increase user satisfaction in the Jayeonmadang project by analyzing the importance and satisfaction targeting Gochang Jayeonmadang users. As a result of analysis on the importance and satisfaction of Gochang Jayeonmadang users focusing on 20 items in 6 fields, Overall, it was analyzed that they were not satisfied as they were important. In order to increase user satisfaction of Gochang Jayeonmadang, maintenance such as 'cleanliness and hygiene', 'water quality', 'vegetation growth', and 'facility management' should be carefully reflected from the planning and design stage, and careful attention should be paid even after the project. In addition, emphasis should be placed on enhancing the user convenience, such as 'accessibility', 'space layout and utilization efficiency', and 'convenience of route'. And, when promoting the Jayeonmadang project, the purpose of the project should be actively promoted to local residents to raise the residents' awareness of the importance of biodiversity in the city.

This study is to examine the section-based stream management with environmental characteristics and user monitoring. In Jeonjucheon, upstream section located near to Jeonju Hanok village has very good water quality and natural stream landscape. In case of mid/down streams, water quality is good and heavy concentration of facility leads to high use rates of these sections. The questionnaire consists of 5 parts: user characteristics, use behavior, citizen participation, importance rank, and Importance-Satisfaction(IS). 383 out of 454 responses with listwise deletion are used for demographic analysis and IS Analysis. In terms of citizen participation through 'ecological experience activity' and 'stream stewardship activity', 'occasional participation' shows the average of 78% in all three sections. For importance rank, the results arranged in order of priority show 'water quality' > 'green corridor' > 'trail' in up/down streams and 'water quality' > 'vegetation management' > 'trail' in midstream. Therefore, 'water quality' appears to be the most important variable among 13 variables. At last, the results of ISA indicate that all 10 variables need to be improved as satisfaction is lower than importance. In addition, 'plant management' variable falls into 'concentrate here' quadrant where importance is high and satisfaction is low.

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction of users in the use and selection of a dance academy and contribute to methods for the activation of a dance academy based on basic information. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 213 users attending 12 dance academies in G Metropolitan City using the IPA statistical method. The following conclusions were drawn. The highest importance of a dance academy in IPA analysis was a professional teacher, followed by clean dance equipment, transit accessibility, dance academy fee, and a kind teacher. The highest satisfaction was a professional teacher, followed by various dance programs, teacher's choreography ability, a kind teacher, and transit accessibility. Based on the findings, dance academy users felt that the professionalism and kindness of teachers who directly teach them, academy fee, and equipment cleanliness associated with the age of COVID-19 were important. High satisfaction factors were teacher-related factors and transit accessibility. Therefore, it is considered that a professional and kind teacher and clean and hygienic environment will contribute to the activation of a dance academy.

The fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Medicine) are changing rapidly. Recently, with the remarkable development of Internet and Web technologies, an environment that can be accessed worldwide has been created, thereby lowering the barriers to share STEM knowledge and information. The purpose of this study is to derive improvements by evaluating users' satisfaction with the information system developed by applying the open access model in the STEM field. Through an online survey using a structured questionnaire, a total of 204 users participated from January to February. The collected data were analyzed using quantitative statistical techniques. IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) technique was used. By identifying the importance and satisfaction (performance) between variables, areas with relatively low satisfaction compared to importance were derived. Users' overall satisfaction with the open access information system was 81.2 points and social reliability was 85.9 points, which were relatively high, respectively. What should be paid attention to in this study is the satisfaction with the system use environment, which is the most vulnerable area.

Since October 11th, 2007, water taxi service in Han River has been operated for commuting and sightseeing. However, it is less popularized than expected because of economical problem and accessibility. Therefore, this paper develops service estimation items for water taxi based upon literature review on public transportation. It also conducts survey questionnaire and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) Analysis to analyze service characteristics of water taxi users and provide several implications. The results are follows: First, economical problem should be solved out as showed in the 'main improvement' item. Second, accessibility, informativeness and convenience in the 'required improvement' item, and security and punctuality in the 'keep up the good work' item are presented. Third, kindness and soundness are showed in the 'the maintenance of current situation' item. All in all, if municipal considers economical problem, accessibility, informativeness, and convenience as it improves water tax service, it will make it possible to attract more water taxi users.
