향후 도래할 유비쿼터스 환경에서 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)은 홈네트워크, 텔레매틱스, RFID 서비스 등의 기본 인프라를 형성할 것이다. 무선망 기반의 USN은 다양한 정보보호 취약성을 내재하고 있어, USN 기반으로 제공되는 지능화 서비스에서 이용자들이 경험하는 위협은 현재의 정보화 역기능보다 훨씬 심각하게 대두될 것으로 우려된다. 미래에는 실생활에 관련된 위협이 증가하면서 이용자들이 보안 및 프라이버시이슈에 대해 더욱 민감해 질 것이다. 그러므로 이러한 이용자들에 보안 및 프라이버시에 대한 만족할 만한 수준의 제도적, 기술적 대안을 제시하지 못하면 USN의 활용화가 지연되고 관련 서비스의 확산 자체가 무산될 가능성도 배제할 수 없다. 따라서 USN이 사회기반 인프라로 뿌리내리기 위해서는 이용자 보호를 위한 적절한 정보보호 대응마련이 필수적인 요건이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 USN의 적용확산으로 발생할 수 있는 정보보호 위협요소를 분석해보고, 이에 대한 핵심적인 정보보호 요구사항을 도출하고자 한다.

To effectively cope with new and different types of disasters, it is very important to communicate and update disaster information to the public quickly and efficiently. SNS enables rapid spread of information and continuous exposure. SNS enables two-way communication by directly communicating with users. SNS complements the shortcomings of mass media, and increases the effectiveness of disaster management work. This study analyzed user awareness and requirements to derive effective methods of SNS operation of disaster management institutions. For this purpose, a user survey was conducted to identify the types of information that are highly user-interested and to select information items suitable for SNS services. Through this, we suggest ways to improve the SNS disaster record information service of the disaster management institution.

최근 몇 년 사이에 인터넷(Internet) 공간상에서 거래되는 선박매매 사이트의 출현으로 인하여 사이버해운거래 시장이 형성되고 있다. 인터넷은 다양한 정보제공자에 의해 광범위한 분야의 정보를 멀티미디어 형태로 전달한다는 점에서 매우 각광을 받고 있지만 이용자의 증가로 무수한 정보들이 걸러지지 못한 채로 Web상에 존재하게 되었다 따라서, 이러한 정보들을 체계적으로 정리하고, 이용자들의 구미에 맞게 가공된 정보의 필요성이 대두되게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 이용자가 원하는 것을 스스로 인지하고 판단하여 요구사항을 해결해주는 '지능적 대리인' 또는 '지능을 가진 도우미'라고 일컫는 지능형 에이전트(Intelligent Agent)의 필요성이 대두되었다. 지능형 에이전트는 그 다양한 기능으로 인하여 인터넷에서 매우 중요한 요소로 자리잡게 되었다. 우리나라를 비롯해서 선진 해운국에서는 선박매매사이트를 개설하여 사이버 공간상에서 거래를 수행하고 있지만, 사이트별 등록된 선박의 수가 많지 않을 뿐 아니라 거래대상 선박의 표현 방식도 사이트별 국가별로 매우 달라, 선박 매매 시 충분한 매매대상 선박정보를 획득하기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구는 선박매매 시 고객에게 매매 선박정보를 제공해주는 선박매매용 에이전트 설계를 목표로 하고 있다. Bargainfinder, Bargainboat, Shopboat, Price watch 등 쇼핑몰을 대상으로 하는 비교쇼핑에이전트는 상용화되어 운영되고 있지만 선박매매용 에이전트에 관한 연구는 시도되지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 선박매매용 에이전트를 개발하기 위한 설계연구로서 다음 사항에 대한 연구가 시도되었다. (a) 구매 선박에 대한 요구사항 표현 방법 (b) 관련 선박의 표현, 등록 및 색인방법 (c) 공급 선박의 분류와 표현 방법 (d) 에이전트의 정보 수집을 위한 메시지 표현 방법 (e) 수집된 선박정보의 데이터베이스 저장 표현방법 (f) 요구 선박을 찾아주는 정보제공 서비스가 요구된다.

선택적 정보 배포의 의미를 갖는 SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information)서비스는 이용자가 탐색전략을 입력하여 서비스를 신청하면 데이터베이스가 갱신될 때마다 또는 이용자가 지정한 간격으로 자동으로 질의되어 그 결과를 이용자에게 제공하는 서비스로 정의되는데, 이때 대용량의 데이터베이스로부터 복잡한 데이터 질의과정을 거친 데이터가 다수의 사용자들에게 보다 빠르게 전달할 수 있도록 하는 것이 SDI 서비스의 주요한 요구사항이 되고 논다. 본 연구는 다수의 대용량 서비스 데이터베이스를 대상으로 이용자의 요구 주제에 해당하는 정보를 빠르게 서비스하기 위하여 검색시간을 단축할 수 있는 방안으로 'SDI 서비스 전용 데이터베이스'와 '검색결과저장 데이터베이스'를 별도로 두는 시스템을 제시한다. 이를 통해 동일한 질의에 대한 데이터베이스 검색이 최소화되고 검색대상 정보의 범위가 축소되며, 아울러 서비스 대상 데이터베이스의 확장도 용이해진다.

This study explored the user's information needs and information behavior for the development of academic library services. The content analysis of qualitative data showed that the in-depth interview participants have six types of information needs such as 'suitability, up-to-dateness, uniqueness, reliability, practicality, and convenience' while going through societal, educational, and research-related changes. Interview participants solved their information needs by acquiring the resources necessary for each individual's task through information behaviors using information media, human resources and the places. Each participant tried to solve his/her information problem through individual efforts based on their different media and information utilization capabilities. Based on the analysis, this study presented four directions in the development of academic library services. They are an personalized information literacy service, a space to meet the characteristics of information needs, an infrastructure platform for exchanging human resources, and an accessible support service for utilizing information media.

인터넷의 급격한 발달과 보급으로 정보환경이 변함에 따라 이용자의 정보 요구도 변하게 되었으며 사서 고유의 전문성도 위협을 받게 되었다. 본 고에서는 정보의 입수과정 보다는 논문작성 과정에서 도움을 필요로 하는 최근의 이용자의 요구를 충족시키고 사서의 전문성을 활용할 수 있는 서비스로서 논문작성의 준비부터 논문의 작성, 투고, 게재에 이르기까지의 모든 단계를 지원하는 연구논문 지원 서비스를 제시하였다. 국내외의 문헌과 사례를 조사하고 삼성의학정보센터에서 실시하였던 서비스를 소개하였으며 앞으로 확장 발전시킬 사서의 역할에 대해 정리하였다.

최근 들어 급속한 인터넷 사이트의 증가와 이용자들의 증가로 인해 이용자들의 요구에 상응하는 정보를 제공하기 위한 검색 엔진들의 개발이 가속화되고 있다. 이용자들의 다양한 요구와 엄청난 정보를 가진 웹(WWW ,World Wide Web) 의 상호 유기적인 작용을 위해서 검색엔진들의 역할이 지속적으로 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크의 부하를 고려하고, 이용자들의 요구에 부합하는 원격관리가 가능한 로봇 에이전트를 제안하고 설계 및 구현한다.

The basis of library services is to support users' efficient access to materials, and to this end high-quality search services using bibliographic data (bibliographic MARC) must be premised. However, in Korea, discussions on search services based on library catalogs are still in the early 2010s, so it is necessary to understand the current status and examine user needs. In this context, this study aims to provide a solution for public library searching services to become an efficient search tool based on user needs. For this purpose, first, this study analyzed cataloging services of 49 public libraries in Busan by focusing on 'data search method' and 'method of providing information', second, identified user needs by conducting a survey of 322 users visiting public libraries, and finally, proposed improvement directions based on best practices.

인터넷이라는 새로운 정보환경 하에서 이용자는 정보를 손쉽게 획득할 수 있으며 획득한 정보를 다양한 정보전달매체(온라인 커뮤니티, 유즈넷, 메일링리스트, 이메일)를 통해 다른 사람들과 정보를 공유한다. 본 연구는 정보획득 및 공유행태를 분석하고, 공유하는 정보가 이용자의 정보요구를 충족하는지에 대한 유용성을 평가하고자 한다.

As the ubiquitous society has come, users' demand for information and education from the library has changed and finally the necessity of change in the traditional information literacy that libraries have provided is on the rise. Based on the pre-judgement that women relatively have weak access to information in the knowledge information society and are in more special environment compared to other user groups, this study aimed to suggest u-Learning information literacy service for women. To this end, literature study, case analysis and questionnaire survey were conducted so that female users' demand for information and education was understood. Based on the results of these performances above, the requirements to develop programs for information literacy education service for female and contents in addition to models were suggested.
