The purpose of this research is to examine and find solutions with garbage problems in movie theaters for the betterment of pleasant environment to customers. The object of investigation includes three most popular movie theaters in Seoul. Analyzing current status of separating garbage and guidance notice was carried out. Also investigation of awareness on separating garbage and guidance notice has been done. The findings on inquiry are as follows. Customers tend not to separate garbage and guidance notice was not as effective. Also, separate garbage collection was very ineffective especially the food garbage. We carried out investigation on placement of guidance notice regarding recycling bin. We tried to find solutions for this problem and proposed better design. This design is emphasized on the use of particular space only. In addition, this design is focused mainly on one the three movie theaters for integration of identity. Through this design, it ought to provide clean environment and reduces inefficiencies regarding financial and time.

This study analyzes the actual use data of the websites of university libraries, analyzes the users' usage behavior, and proposes improvement measures for the websites. The study analyzed users' traffic and analyzed their usage behavior from January 2018 to December 2018 on the C University website. The website's analysis tool used 'Google Analytics'. The web traffic variables were analyzed in five categories: user general characteristics, user environment analysis, visit analysis, inflow analysis, site analysis, and site analysis based on the metrics of sessions, users, page views, pages per session, average session time, and bounce rate. As a result, 1) In the analysis results of general characteristics of users, there was some access to the website not only in Korea but also in China. 2) In the user experience analysis, the main browser type appeared as Internet Explorer. The next place was Chrome, with a bounce rate of Safari, third and fourth, double that of the Explore or Chrome. In terms of screen resolution, 1920x1080 resolution accounted for the largest percentage, with access in a variety of other environments. 3) Direct inflow was the highest in the inflow media analysis. 4) The site analysis showed the most page views out of 4,534,084 pages, followed by the main page, followed by the lending/extension/history/booking page, the academic DB page, and the collection page.

TPEG는 디지털방송 매체를 통해 교통 및 여행정보를 전송하는 표준 프로토콜로 이동환경에서 운전자들에게 실시간으로 교통정보를 제공할 수 있는 킬러 애플리케이션으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 교통정보를 데이터화해 지상파 DMB, DAB 등의 매체를 통해 이용자의 위치와 주변 정보를 실시간으로 전달하는 기술로 데이터의 부호화, 복호화 및 필터링 등 다양한 규격을 포함한다. TPEG는 DMB 등 휴대이동방송이 시작되면서 디지털 방송신호를 통해 개인 단말기에 멀티미디어 교통정보를 제공할 수 있어 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 본 고에서는 TPEG 서비스의 개요 및 개발현황, 사업자들의 TPEG 서비스 추진현황을 살펴보고, TPEG 서비스의 문제점 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to apply the Servicescape, which is used to measure the spatial services in marketing, to the studies on university libraries, in order to identify the influence of the library spaces and facilities on the satisfaction and continuance intention of the users of university libraries. For this purpose, questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted for users in ten private universities located in Seoul. Servicescape factors of the libraries showed that cleanliness, comfort, aesthetics, and convenience had a significant influence. Of these, convenience turned out to have the highest level of influence upon satisfaction, followed by cleanliness, aesthetics, and comfort. Descriptive statistical analysis showed whether there were significant differences in satisfaction and continuance intention based on the differences in the characteristics of the samples. Findings show that it would be necessary to provide spaces that can accommodate the various functions of a university library; seek advancement of the services; and develop the spaces of a library in consideration of cleanliness, comfort, aesthetic, and convenience. This study introduced the concept of Servicescape for the first time in the field of library and information science. This study implies that the results assist a more detailed analysis for the Library as Place dimension of LibQUAL+, and provide a new guideline for practitioners who design library spaces.

This study aimed to evaluate the awareness of conservation areas and green resources and analyze their characteristics by utilizing accumulated blog data created for specific places and objects. Among all the conservation areas and resources located in the Seoul metropolitan area, places that can be evaluated were classified, and sites were evaluated by dividing them into ten categories based on the number of blog posts written. As a result of the study, the users' awareness of forests was the highest, and the awareness of conservation areas and green resources was higher in urban areas than suburban areas. The result shows that the conservation areas and green resources located around the metropolitan area serve as natural tourist destinations while being the object of conservation for users. In addition, these results are in the same vein as the research results in domestic and foreign studies on the importance of ecosystem services in urban areas. Unlike existing research methods, this study is meaningful in that it identified the level of user awareness through social media analysis and applied it to evaluating conservation areas and green resources. It can be used as basic data to prepare a management plan considering public interest and awareness or to establish a development plan to increase awareness. In addition, the cumulative amount of blog content used in the study is meaningful in that it can identify and monitor users' interest in the space. However, it was not possible to examine the contents of each blog in detail because it was evaluated based on the amount of social media content. In addition, in the case of conservation areas and green resources, it is necessary to review and supplement the evaluation contents by adding keyword analysis and content analysis for the site to be evaluated as content other than the pure viewpoint of users may be mixed with development issues.

For Wireless internet service in Metropolitan area, optimum location selection for base station and cell planning are critical process in determining service coverage by accurate prediction of Wave Propagation Characteristics. Due to different kinds of characteristics in service area such as lay of land, natural feature and material, height and width of artificially made building, it has a great impact on the transmission and distance recovery of wireless network service. Therefore, these facts may cause substantial barriers in predicting & analyzing the expected level of service quality and providing it to subscribers. In this thesis, we have simulated the process to improve quality and coverage of the service by adjusting the location of Base station and the antenna angle that influence the service after the basic location of base station is selected according to the wave prediction model. Based on this simulations test, we have demonstrated the results in which subscribers would get higher quality of wireless internet service along with bigger coverage and the improved quality in the same service coverage area through optimization process of base station.

네트워크기술의 발달로 인하여 인터넷 이용자의 급증과 함께 그에 따른 정보를 제공하기 위한 인터넷 홈페이지도 기하급수적으로 증가하게 되었다. 인터넷 홈페이지의 운영 기간이 증가함에 따라 홈페이지를 구성하는 웹 문서와 웹 컨텐츠의 수도 증가하게 된다. 따라서, 이러한 웹 문서와 웹 컨텐츠에 대한 관리를 위하여 WCMS(Web Contents Management System)이 도입되고 있지만, WCMS에서는 웹 컨텐츠의 생성, 출판, 관리가 주요 기능으로, 웹 컨텐츠의 사용 횟수, 웹 문서의 다운로드 속도, 웹 문서 다운로드 용량, 데드 링크 여부 등을 분석하고 관리해 주는 소프트웨어가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹 문서를 시각적으로 분석하여 웹 컨텐츠를 추출하고 웹 문서 내에서의 웹 컨텐츠 위치 및 크기를 분석한 후, 웹 컨텐츠의 연결 가능 여부를 분석하여 데드링크일 경우, 시각화하고, 웹 컨텐츠가 얼마나 사용되는지 등 홈페이지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 구조 분석 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

The study investigated the users' functional requirement, degree of acceptance and preference of game broadcast real-time review .Secondly it comparatively analyzed the types and locations of game broadcast real-time review through eye tracking tech. The results show that users have high functional requirements and high acceptance for game broadcast real-time review but their preference has no significant correlation with the feature. Among the types of game broadcast real-time review the type with translucent text bubble took the highest visual attention. The above shows that the users' visual behavior has the tendency of special style. The visual attention analysis results of different types and locations of game broadcast real-time review in the study can play a guiding role in the interface design of real-time review feature in the future.

Ecological parks enable the sustainable use of natural resources and can be used as a place for site based environmental education. This study presented an opportunity to expand the scope of user perceptions and leisure benefits into urban ecological parks. However, in-depth studies which are aimed at eco-park visitors seeking the leisure benefits of the eco experience programs are lacking. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the urban ecological park user' characteristics which were derived by analyzing the leisure benefits and attitudes for the environment. Also, the attitudes about the environment, and the leisure benefits of visiting urban ecological parks was found to influence visitors' overall satisfaction. To accomplish the purposes of this study, a questionnaire survey with 282 samples was carried out on the urban ecological park(Gildong ecological park, Yeouido tributary ecology park). The results of the analyses are as following: urban ecological park visitors had a positive attitude about the environment, and felt satisfied by the visitors' leisure benefits. The study also examined the relationships between visitors' expectations of the leisure benefits both before visiting and after visiting. The results showed that ecological park visitors had greater expectations regarding the leisure benefits of the ecological program. Leisure benefits have a positive influence on overall satisfaction, and a positive attitude for the environment does not affect satisfaction. This study reaches the conclusion that the ecology experience program utilizing ecological parks is very effective with regard to overall satisfaction in urban areas toward the general environment and ecological parks. One of the major implications of this study is to offer a way to improve user leisure benefits and promote ecological programs by developing ecological parks for the future.

At a time when trend called complex cultural space has recently been taking place in public libraries, this study analyzed the importance-performance of users regarding the use factors of public library's complex cultural space. Based on the results of the analysis, this study attempted to broaden the understanding of the library users' use of this space, and to suggest directions on which factors should be improved. The results of the study were as follows: First, only 5 of 41 factors for library complex cultural space have higher satisfaction than importance, so it is necessary to promote balanced development with focus on priority improvements rather than a specific sector. Second, it is necessary to provide various programs and services in consideration of visit characteristics, such as the users of the library complex cultural space are mainly used by themselves (42%) or with their families (18.2%), also more people (50.5%) use weekday afternoons than 35%, including weekend mornings and afternoons. Third, among the five use factors related to space, the remaining items except for 'Compatibility of Computer / Equipment Use' are located in the first quadrant where both importance and satisfaction are high or in the fourth quadrant which shows higher satisfaction than importance. This is a result that shows that the library is fully performing the diversification and complexion of the space basically aimed as a complex cultural space. Fourth, it is necessary to improve the public library's complex cultural space in the future based on the analysis results of the result of analysis of the importance-satisfaction the use of factors using the IPA analysis.
