The e-book technology is developing day by day with the expansion of e-ink technology. However, consumers' complaint over contents which are relatively deficient compared to paper book, the issue of compatibility of file between bookstores is not improved as yet. This means that present e-book market needs study in the viewpoint of consumer who intend to accept requirement of market instead of viewpoint of technical development. Thus, this study intends to measure the quality of three main attributes such as system, contents and service based on IS Success Model which compose e-book to identify the influence on readers' purchase intention. Result, System quality is to device purchase intention, and Contents quality is to e-book pruchase intention, it showed a significant damaging effect on.

In recent years, many users preferred video records, and as the broadcasting video data becomes necessary, the demand for video records' use has increased. However, most broadcasters' archive agencies currently provide archive services only for internal employees, and for the general public. In this study, the web-based online information services provided to the general public in the archive sites of domestic and foreign public broadcasting companies were examined and analyzed. The evaluation criteria for the web-based records information services were identified in three service areas: online accessibility, search and online browsing, and outreach or expansion services. The overseas public broadcasters' web-based services and the public broadcasting companies' current status were examined for each area. Based on the examination, direction improvements, such as providing online search and records, developing various outreach services, and expanding user levels were proposed for the information services on broadcasting video data in public broadcasting companies for the general public.

It's about time we had to think an alternative to recover our insufficient fishery market caused by IMF locally as well as the fishery agreement on Japan and China. It's essential that we have to build up the foundation of information-oriented fishery market In order to improve the infrustructure of the market like developed countries. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB(Sing Side Band) in HF(High Frequency) band.

Due to the economic development and the social structure and holiday structure change, we have more time for leisure and entertainment activities. For coping with this trend the waterpark has already become the one of major entertainment facilities for many countries. The purpose of this study is to construct Waterpark service quality evaluation factors and find out the importance and satisfaction degree of these factors. The result of this study are as follows; First, the safety field had considered as most important. Second, the importance of service quality evaluation fields and factors are different according to social characteristics. Third, the safety field is evaluated as the first satisfactory field and the cost/price field is evaluated as the lowest.

Relevance judgment is important in terms of improving the effectiveness of information retrieval systems, and it has been dominant for users to search and use images utilizing internet and digital technologies. However, in the field of image retrieval, there have been only a few studies in terms of identifying relevance criteria. The purpose of this study aims to identify and characterize the non-relevance criteria from the failed image searches. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 135 participants were recruited and a total of 1,452 criteria items were collected for this study. Analyses and identification on the data set found thirteen criteria such as 'topicality', 'visual content', 'accuracy', 'visual feature', 'completeness', 'appeal to user', 'focal point', 'bibliographic information', 'impression', 'posture', 'face feature', 'novelty', and 'time frame'. Among these criteria, 'visual content' and 'focal point' were introduced in this current study, while 'action' criterion identified in previous studies was not shown in this current study. When image needs and image uses are analyzed with these criteria, there are distinctive differences depending on different image needs and uses.

Purpose: This study is designed to develop performance guidelines for temporary residential facilities inside and outside the building to improve the residential habit of the victims caused by a disaster. Method: Performance items were set up by analyzing the disaster response system and prior study for eliciting performance guidelines and conducting field surveys of temporary housing facilities and interviews of temporary residential facilities for eliciting relevant performance guidelines. Results: The performance of temporary housing facilities in and out of the country was largely classified as technical, environmental and social, and each presented performance guidelines. The derived performance guidelines were generally similar, although some were similar due to indoor/outdoor characteristics. Conclusion: The performance guidelines presented in this study to improve the residential habit of the victims are applied in practice, and continuous improvement through feedback of results is required.

The fishery information communication system is build up to the raw data ＆ process-network-content. The communication system must be small size, low cost and adapted SSB transceiver, that is using fishery shipping. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB(single Side Band) in HF(High Frequency) band.

Augmented reality technology was invented for military purposes at the beginning. But the development of wireless and location based technology in 2000s makes AR services reach the age of innovation. Especially, it attracts attention as a media which enriches our perception. There is a potential that it can extend the virtual information in the real world from optical sense to auditory, tactile, and olfactory sense. This study proposed the interactive information service system and method based on AR. To do it, technical background on AR was analyzed and a method to apply the technology was examined. Especially, as a eco service, this study proposed new information service using 2D bar code in a library for user need and convenience in ubiquitous environment. The proposed service system can optimize practical utilization of information resources in virtual and real reality as consolidating analog and digital resources in a library.

The development and demand for the system that provides users with traffic information and efficient road use have continued. also, this system provides the basic technology of the Intelligent Transport System (ITS). The most used traffic information collection tools are Vehicle detectors (VDS) and short-range wireless communication (DSRC) on express way. In order to generate reliable traffic information, it is necessary to efficiently manage and utilize the collected data as well as high-quality traffic data collection and processing technology. In this study, traffic information collection·processing·provision systems were investigated, and analyze the current status and problems of traffic information collected through VDS. Based on this, we would like to present an improved collection algorithm that utilizes the Kalman filter for vehicle information measurement of VDS data. By using the algorithm of this study, it is possible to minimize the time delay of the estimated value as well as the noise removal that inevitably occurs during measurement.

Open source software is used in various ways when developing new softwares all around the world. It requires rights and responsibilities as a form of an open source software license. Because the license is a contract between original software developers of the open source software and users, we must follow it and extremely cautious to avoid copyright infringement. In particular, we must verify license compatibility when we develop new software using the existing open source softwares. However, license violation issues always occur and lead to lawsuits so that they are having an adverse effect on the open source software ecosystem. Thus, in this paper, we propose a method, OSLC-Vid, to identify license violations whether compatibility issues exist between open source softwares. The proposed method is verified by the experiments to detect actual license violation cases.
