This study analyzed the characteristics of hyperlink service from news articles in chosun.com and washington Post sites. The study showed that the Washington Post revealed many hyperlink-related elements and an increase in interactivity while Chosun.com was not established consistent hyperlink service. Also, this study analyzed news distribution based on genre, as a result, the life section was occupied the highest proportion with 32.4% for Chosun.com, while the news sections were evenly distributed for the Washington Post. Finally, as a result of classifying the linked words into 3 categories(Informational, navigational, and transactional), the highest contents category in both Chosun.com and Washington Post turned out to be informational words. Theses results can be used to develop and provide the effective link service of news articles in internet newspaper sites.

As the information technology is evolved and the human genome project is finalized over the world, the Bioinformatics - the integration of abundant Biological science and information technology - has shown up and is continuously being advanced. Together with the evolution of Bioinformatics, the websites dealing with Bioinformation have been set up to provide relevant information to the Bioscientists. Among the numerous global websites, the preferred websites by the majority of domestic Bioscientists are BRIC (Biological Research Information Center) of POSTECH(Pohang University of Science and Technology) in Korea, CCBB(Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics) of KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), KOBIC(Korean Bioinformation Center) of KRIBB(Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology), NCBI(National Center for Biotechnology Information) in USA, EBI(European Bioinformatics Institute) in Europe and DDBJ(DNA Data Bank of Japan) in Japan. In this paper, the comparative analysis was executed by investigating contents status and functions of the above-mentioned 6 websites. In addition, questionnaire survey of Bioscience Researchers' utilization status and their needs to those 6 websites was conducted.

This study raises the need to establish a 'Presidential Digital Archive Platform' that actively shares and opens related information and data by linking and integrating the presidential knowledge infrastructure. The Presidential Digital Archive Platform can promote the quality and value of presidential records as a "Governance Platform" where "Presidential Archives", "Presidential Archives-related Institutions" and "users" can interact through presidential records. And it will provide an opportunity to create a new paradigm. For this purpose, 'Presidential archives portal analysis' and 'Presidential Archives-related Institutions analysis' will be conducted to identify improvements and requirements when establishing the Presidential Digital Archive Platform. In addition to deriving implications through 'Digital Archive Platform case analysis' at home and abroad, measures to strengthen presidential archival reference services were discussed. Finally, based on the results, a step-by-step implementation strategy for platform construction was presented.

정보는 의사결정자들의 수주에 있을 때 기업에 있어 강력한 경쟁무기가 된다. 의사결정자들의 정보에 대한 이러한 필요성을 충족시키기 위해서 데이타는 운영시스템(Operational System)에서 추출되어 데이타웨어하우스에 저장된다. 데이타웨어하우스는 핵심 비지니스영역(key business dimension)에 의해 정리된 historical data를 저장한다. 이러한 의사결정자들을 위한 데이타웨어하우스 정보의 전달은 기존의 클라이언트/서버 시스템 하에서는 많은 지원을 요구한다. 즉 기존 클라이언트/서버 시스템 하에서는 사용자들의 접근을 위해 데이타가 추출되고 조직화되어지고 나면, 반드시 분석 소프트웨어가 각 사용자의 컴퓨터에 설치되어야 하고 외부의 사용자를 위한 새로운 운영자가 고용되어야 한다. 사용자의 다양한 요구 그리고 계속적 사용자의 교체는 사용자 지원에 있어 심각한 기업부담으로 작용한다. 또한 클라이언트/서버 시스템에서는 기업외부의 정보 이용자들에게 정보를 제공하는데 있어 장소적 한계점을 가지고 잇다. 인트라넷과 인터넷은 이러한 클라이언트/서버 시스템 환경의 문제에 대해 해답을 제시한다. 인트라넷은 데이타웨어하우스로의 접근을 간단히 할뿐만 아니라 의사결정자들의 정보의 공유와 상호분석의 새로운 단계를 제공한다. 그리고 인터넷은 기업 외부 어디에서나 기업이 제공하는 정보를 이용하고자 하는 사람들에게 접근의 편의성을 제공한다. 즉 데이타웨어하우스의 목표와 인트라넷, 인터넷의 목표는 데이타로의 손쉬운 접근이라는 점에서 동일하다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 인트라넷과 인터넷하에서 운용되는 데이타웨어하우스 시스템 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.다(학생군:8.16kg 작업자군:12.9kg). 심박수를 이용한 생리학적 연구에서는 평균 심박수가 거의 100 이하를 유지하므로써 피실험자들이 8시간 작업기준으로 보아 무리가 없는 최대허용 하중을 결정하였음을 보였다. 또한 각 운반작업에 대한 최대허용 하중을 예측하는 회귀모형을 제시하였다.아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. As coming Senior-Shift age, senior users are regarded as one of the importance user groups in the library. This study is to find the usage patterns and needs of libraries and digital libraries by 152 seniors and to compare with young-old age (baby boom generation) and elderly age. As a result, total seniors visited regularly and preferred political & social, religion & philosophy, and history & geography. While the baby boom generation are using the economy & finance, art & culture compared to the older. And the baby boom generation visit for self-development and the older visit for leisure purposes. Secondly, If the search fails, the baby boomers control the results themselves, while the older is more turn to the librarians. It can be described as the need for a librarian exclusively responsible for the senior. Thirdly, senior have difficulties in access and use of search aided tools or functions. Therefore, this study suggested that it is necessary to build an intuitive interface using the help and menu descriptions for senior who have poor access to convenience and define functions.

This study investigated the perceptions of librarians about Podcast and YouTube services in libraries. The study was designed by applying the Extended Technology Acceptance Model. Librarian's personal, organizational, and social awareness of library Podcast or YouTube services and the degree of understanding of users and their needs on services were mediated by perceived usefulness or ease of services= and influenced to having intentions and providing the services. First, we investigated the types of Podcast and YouTueb services provided by 39 libraries in Korea. Also, we collected data using an online survey method from 181 librarians and conducted hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Findings showed that libraries are using Podcast and YouTube appropriately considering features and functions of media, mainly for library event information/promotion, library programs, book recommendations, and author (librarian) lectures or interviews. Organizational or social awareness of librarians, i.e., library educational support, human resource supports, librarian recognition, job-related features, and understanding of user perceptions and needs, influenced the intention to provide library services. Also, there was a difference in perceived usefulness and ease of services between librarians who provided Podcast and YouTube services and those who did not. We expect that findings could be used as references to understand and support various aspects of librarians in charge of developing and providing Podcast or YouTube services in libraries.

This study aims to identify factors of life satisfaction of the adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on the comparison between young and old. Data are collected through in-depth interview of the adults with developmental disabilities as well as via workers proxy responses at the group home. Regression model analysis is conducted based on 387 cases. The result shows that the young adults with developmental disabilities are more likely to satisfied with life when they evaluate job performance of workers at the group home and when they are more actively involved in community activities. For the old adults with developmental disabilities, life satisfaction is positively associated with their evaluation of job performance of workers at the group home as in the young adults. In addition, life satisfaction of the old adults is higher when they feel less fatigue. It is also higher for those with more choices on residence and higher level of social activities. The findings reveals that enhancement of life satisfaction for the old adults with developmental disabilities dwelling at group home require supports and services for health and social activities different from other ages. It shares the general ideas that service efforts should be made for needs and desires of the recipients. The present study suggests to expand our research interests to include the disabled in danger of early aging, such as the persons with Down Syndrome and the persons with intellectual disability and cerebral palsy, and look into their particular needs.

Popularly known to be originated in museums and art galleries, curation is widely applied in many other fields ranging from curation commerce to curated databases by today. Libraries also have started to provide different types of curation services such as data curation, digital curation, content curation, book curation, and social curation. However, the relationship between the curation service and the library service is not adequately studied and documented. The objective of this paper is to address that gap by analyzing the relationship between curation service and the library service. Particularly, this paper pays attention to study the relationship between curation service and library reference service. The research methods used by this study were an extensive literature review followed by some carefully selected real-world examples of curation services in libraries and other fields. The authors have analyzed and documented the origin and the meaning of two concepts, the challenges faced by library reference service, and the applicability of curation as a modest form of library reference service in the $21^{st}$-century. Based on the study findings, this paper concludes that curation service is not a new concept for the library but a natural evolution of the library reference service in response to the changing information environment and user expectations in the digital age.

In the recent years, Gov.2.0, which strengthens not only a claim for freedom of information but also sharing public information, became a new paradigm of government operations. In line with the paradigm the Korean government promotes the Gov.3.0 policy. This study exams the freedom of information system, which expends its roles and responsibilities for enhancing the usage of public information in the Gov.3.0 era. Furthermore, it analyzes the system's usability from the perspective of users. The freedom of information system is the fundamental portal for all the public information's disclosure and usage. Without providing the solution for problems of the system, the Korean government's Gov3.0 policy cannot succeed. Also, Park Geun-hye Government's Gov.3.0 initiatives which consists of tasks, such as reinforcing freedom of information, immediate releasing original documents, and expending public access to information, should be done through the freedom of information system. The importance of the system is increasingly heavy. It is not only the simple online contact point for public information, but also a public sphere for sharing public raw data and for implementing the Gov.3.0 vision. However, the current system still does not slove it problems. This study analyzes the system's problems in terms of usability and sustainability. As a result, it provides three alternative strategies for the freedom of information system, including 'personnel and financial support expansion', 'strengthening user-friendly operating' and 'establishing long-term strategies for system improvement.

This study purposes for the based data for establishing the mid- to long term development direction of Anyang municipal libraries by conducting a survey of residents in Anyang city and focus group interviews with local experts. Based on the results of the survey and FGI analysis conducted in this study, the main implications and discussions for establishing mid- to long term development plans for Anyang municipal libraries in the future are summarized as follows. First, the services used by users are extremely limited compared to the utilization rate of library, and the utilization rate of library programs is low, therefore Anyang municipal libraries need to actively promote various services operated by the library, provide information, and make efforts to improve service use procedures simply. Second, library satisfaction is relatively high, but as a result of analyzing the reasons for some dissatisfaction, active budget investment for purchasing new library materials and ways to increase library accessibility are necessary. Third, due to the low awareness of the operation of specialized libraries, it is necessary to develop specialized, unique library services to Anyang municipal libraries through benchmarking of other best practices. Fourth, in the future, Anyang municipal libraries need to strengthen functions as a complex cultural center along with the functions as an information center, a lifelong education center, and a living convenience center. Lastly, it is required to construct a control tower that can systematically lead the operation of Anyang municipal libraries in the long term through the reorganization of the organizational system.
