This research aims to seek for activation methods of archive events regarded as one of the ways of recording information service, in order that the national archives which needs to change its role meets various users. In order to reach the goals I have suggested, I have compared the examples of archive events operated at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA, the United States of America, USA) and The National Arc-hives (TNA, the United Kingdom, UK) to the case of archive events at the National Archives of Korea (NAK). As a result, I have proposed activation methods as follows based on those; subdivision of the detailed subject area, diversification of the programmes types, and connectivity reinforce of archive events.

The purpose of this study are to develop manual of 'Reading Classroom' program through a practical data(ex: schedule. plan paper) and a questionnaire survey of managing librarians this program. The basic aim of 'Reading Classroom' program is based on a nature of reading for a sound reading culture. The Manual provides a various program types(intensive, short-term, long-term etc.) according to library situation(facilities, human resources, budget etc.) and indicates a step-by-step services in detail.

This study is about current operating system and development process of remote island route. 14 companies are providing safe transportation service for remote island residents with total 30 boots on 27 routes. Each route transit analysis shows that the number of passenger tends to increase every year. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, more constructive improvement is demanded, such as implementing operation evaluation on each charter service provider.1he result obtained from this study is to be utilized as basic document for remote island route development process in semi-long run basis.

본 논문은 버스 탑승 인원을 혼잡 정도로 제공하는 버스 정보 시스템의 구현을 목적으로 한다. 최근 버스 정보 시스템의 도입을 통하여 버스 이용자에게 다양한 위치 기반 정보를 제공함으로써 편의성을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 쾌적한 버스를 이용하기 위하여 버스 선택을 위한 의사결정에 필요한 정보의 제공이 요구된다. 이를 위하여 승차인원 정보 제공의 필요성을 분석하고 라즈베리파이에 GPS모듈과 적외선 센서를 이용하여 통신함으로써, 탑승인원 정보를 수집하고 더불어 가공하여 버스 내에 탑승 인원 혼잡 정도를 스마트폰을 통하여 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템은 버스 위치 기반 관련 정보와 버스 이용객의 의사 결정 을 위한 주요한 요소인 승차인원 정보를 제공함으로써 쾌적한 버스이용과 효율적인 버스 관리의 장점을 제공한다.

Digital library in knowledge-information-based society of the 21st century should develop legally various digital information resources in order to provide information services to users. This study analyzes and examines in detail the related provisions of copyright law relating to the development of digital information resources(digitalized works, electronic books, electronic journals, electronic reserve materials etc.). This study also points out the problems of the current Copyright Act and proposed Copyright Act of Korea. And it suggests necessary measures and improved plans to promote the development of digital information resources.

During the 21st century, the rapid changes in libraries and the information environment require the reassessment of the education and certification of library and information professionals in order to enhance their competencies. The purpose of this study is to elicit and propose preliminary models in order to improve the librarian certification system in Korea. In doing so, the perceptions among librarians and users were surveyed through an online questionnaire methodology. Based on the results of the survey and analyses, a mid- and a long-term plans for improving the overall library certification system have been proposed.

This study is to introduce the SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information) system, a typical aspect of information retrieval systems nowadays quite popular. The term "SDI" is most often used to describe systems of using electronic data processing equipment as a means of matching the terms of user-interest profile against document descriptors and selecting those documents with a specified degree of similarity to the terms of the user-interest profile. Various up-to-date informations on SDI systems developed after the first introduction of the original idea by "Luhn" are reviewed and compared. The stage of development, structure, characteristics, and various other matters concerning the SDI systems are analyzed and discussed.

This paper intends to suggest methods to design and implement a jQuery mobile based system in a future mobile webapp environment through a study on an N-Screen application in a mobile webapp. N-Screen is one of the representative services of cloud computing. It is promoted by the need of users to require universal functions for all devices. However, this situation is in conflict with the users' need to have the same experience and N-Screen cannot deal with these disparate services. Thus, this study intends to suggest a system analysis, structure of design, and a framework by implementing the N-Screen based movie reservation system in the jQuery mobile environment.

Recently, the application of internet services has been realized by effort for an offer of various informations and personalization services. So in this paper, we propose the web service application model for service integration and personalization based on internet multimedia subsystems. For this services integration and personalization, we need to establish a policy of supporting personalization service. And It's required to analyze information of service users and to extract the components for the personalization services. With the process, It will provide the efficient integration between the exist services and the external services and It can be realized detail services for personal with construction of new services model.
