This paper is focused on the desirable schemes of policy on future telecommunication Network. In the scope and method of this study there must invalve following two items: 1) the first item is about the telecommunication Network System. 2) the second item is about the telecommunication network policy in future. The results of study is as follow: 1) an establishment of middle-long range planning for the telecommunication network 2) an establishment of the organization of society for system telecommunication network.

불특정 다수의 사람들이 다양한 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 플로팅 다중이용건축물 활용에 대한 요구가 점차 증가하고 있으며 관련된 다양한 계획이 시도되고 있다. 하지만 관련 사례의 부족과 법제도의 미비로 인하여 예상되는 재해에 대한 방재측면의 고려는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 플로팅 다중이용시설에서 향후 발생할 수 있는 재해의 유형을 플로팅 다중이용건축물 특성 분석, 선박 및 건축물 재해사례 조사등을 통해 파악하였으며 특히 시설물의 안전 및 이용자의 안전에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 화재에 대하여 계획단계에서 고려되어야 하는 방재계획 특성에 대하여 고찰하였으며 이를 통해 방재계획 기본방침을 제안하였다.

This paper examines the influence of and in the process of collection building in public libraries. These events resulted in depriving library workers of their voluntary spirit. And these events have also become a main cause of ideological prejudices as reflected in collection building.

Web robot engine for searching web sever vulnerability and malicious code is proposed in this paper. The main web robot function is based on searching technology which is derived from analyses of private information threat. We implemented the detecting method for phishing, pharming and malicious code on homepage under vulnerable surroundings. We proposed a novel approachm which is independent of any specific phishing implementation. Our idea is to examine the anomalies in web pages.

오늘날 도서관은 사회적 요구의 변화에 따라 장서 보존 중심에서 이용자 중심으로 전환되고 있다. 그렇기에 현재 많은 도서관이 증축과 개축 또는 신축을 통해 자관의 시설과 설비를 개선하며, 도서관 공간 구성과 건축 기준을 거듭 발전시키고 있지만, 도서관의 조도는 아직 크게 관심을 받지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 대전광역시를 중심으로 한 도서관 조도 실측을 통해 현행 도서관 조도 기준에 대한 통찰과 향후 도서관의 조도 기준에 대한 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

도시민들은 자연과 유리된 생활에 염증을 느끼게 되어 주말과 휴일이면 도시를 탈출하여 대자연과 좀더 가까이 하려 농촌과 어촌의 산, 강, 들, 바다 등의 품속으로 찾아가게 되었다. 앞으로 도시민들이 자연을 찾아 나서는 현상은 증가할 것이며, 도시민의 관광패턴도 현대문화 및 인공조형물을 구경하는 관광에서 점차 대자연속에서 지역의 문화를 직접 체험하면서 즐기는 형태로 변화하기 시작했으며, 동반자도 단체 중심의 대중관광에서 가족중심의 관광이 늘어나고 있으며, 형태도 녹색관광으로 변화되어 가고 있다.

This study aims to explore measures to help establish a management direction and policies of local public libraries based on local residents' needs for library services based on the community characteristics. To that end, a community survey was conducted focusing on eight urbans (gus) and two rural districts (guns) in Incheon Metropolitan City. The districts were categorized into three types, original urban center (Area 1), new urban center (Area 2), and urban-rural complex (Area 3). The residents in each type were analyzed in terms of library use, awareness, needs, and satisfaction. In terms of library use, awareness, and satisfaction;we identified differences among the area types. This paper suggested management directions of local public libraries based on the community characteristics.

The purpose of this research is to explore young adults (YA)' perceptions, use, and needs of public libraries, as well as to find out how to make effective YA sections within public libraries. Two public libraries with separate YA sections were selected and a total of 126 YA users participated in the survey. The survey showed 86.5% of participants used the YA section and the main reasons for use were reading for leisure, study area use, and seeking information for school assignments. 64.8% of participants agreed that separate YA sections are needed at public libraries. The areas most in need of improvement were expansion of seats of YA section, lack of digital devices, and expansion of group study and meeting spaces. This research highlights for space composition policy as YA's needs, creating a balanced environment for physical facilities, and YA oriented service. As well, a need for improved opening hours, and expansion of multi-use spaces for seats of the YA section.

This study was conducted to suggest the ways of improving legislative information services in the National Assembly Library based on the information needs of the legislative support organization arising from the legislation process done by the National Assembly Members. For the purpose, 20 users of legislative support organizations were interviewed in depth. Based on the analysis of the results, the study suggested the improvement proposals in the areas of services and system. Service improvement reflected the information needs of overseas legislative cases, the need for supplementing policy information, and the areas that need to be promoted Second, in the area of system improvement, it was proposed to raise the service awareness of the legal information system centered on foreign legal information and to operate personalized service that can provide differentiated information services for each legislative support organization.

This study identified the experiences that the disabled actually feel in the library space in the face of growing social demands for spatial functions in public libraries. This study also tried to determine the requirements for the space that disabled wanted. For the research, 15 subjects were selected for each of the five people who were blind, deaf, and handicapped with experience using the library and individual in-depth interviews were conducted for the research. The study found that the experience of the disabled in the library space differed by type of disability and generally more negative experiences were found than positive ones. Misperception about the disabled of library staff and the non-disabled were having a significant impact on the disabled's negative experience for library space. There were a wide variety of opinions on the requirements for library space and there were generally negative perceptions about the current level of library space for the Integrated library service space.
