DMB 기반 DGPS 시스템은 기존 중파 DGPS의 음영구역 해소 및 내륙에서의 DGPS 이용자 활성화를 목적으로 개발된 전달매체이다. 본 연구는 향후 유동인구와 교통량이 많아 이용 수요가 크게 예상되며, 멀티패스 등의 영향으로 측위 오차가 큰 도심에서 저가형 수신기를 이용하여 실제 기준국 및 가상 기준국의 DGPS 보정정보를 DMB 기반으로 수신하여 수신환경 수신기별 정지측량과 이동측위를 측정한 결과를 분석하였다.

주파수 경매 정책의 필요성은 이동통신 분야의 수요 급증 (98년 4월말 현재 CDMA 이동전화 가입자가 570만, 무선호출 1500만, PCS 가입자 300만)과 더불어 IMT-2000과 같은 무선 이동 멀티미디어 서비스 개발과 2000년부터 실시되는 디지털 방송 서비스 등을 위해 효율적 전파 자원인 주파수 관리가 필요하며, 전파사업의 국내 관련 기술의 조기 정착이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 전파 자원 관리도 이용자 편의 증진과 새로운 통신 서비스 측면에서도 적극적으로 검토되어야 한다.

This study shows the status quo of domestic information resources and future information demand in nanotechnology area. For this a wide range of survey through questionnaire was conducted on the present status of information resources, information collecting activities and information demand according the specific fields of nanotechnology and kinds of contents. In addition the information usage behavior and satisfaction of information users was also studied. This study gives some useful suggestions on the strategy of information use and the direction of building contents as well as the policy making of nanotechnology information.

Social Network has been known as friendship basis human relation service in online network. But a broad sense of Social Network can be explained as a mechanism which makes web evolve to information-ecosystem by human relation and network data which has been generated by the mass of people's cooperation and interchange. Social Network has been expanding their domain from friendship basis relation service to broad social relationship focus of matter of concern. It has been applied to diverse domain. Library community begins to take an interest in Social Network concept to apply user's interchange for information. This paper considers the concept of Social network and it's appliance to a library service. For the more, suggest basic element for vitalizing library user's Social network.

Crowd-funding platforms, which enable to collect funds from individuals, have recently gained growing interests around the world. This study intends to provide future research directions for the crowd-funding by reviewing past research works. For this purpose, two research themes are selected - (1) motivations to participate in crowd-funding and (2) critical success factors for the project funding. The motivations are analyzed from both perspectives of fund demanders and suppliers. The critical success factors are investigated by using four dimensions: fund demanders, fund suppliers, relationships between demanders and suppliers, and project characteristics. Using the implications found from the past research, this paper offers future research issues necessary for the growth of crowd-funding platforms.

통신기술의 급격한 발전, 유비쿼터스에 대한 시장수요 증가, 신규 시장창출을 위한 비즈니스 전략이 결집되어 유무선 융합의 패러다임이 전개되고 있으며 유선의 전송속도와 무선의 이동성을 결합한 와이브로는 유무선 융합을 주도할 서비스로 부각되고 있다. 2006년 상반기에 상용화 될 예정인 와이브로가 안정적인 가입자 기반으로 조기에 시장확산을 이루기 위해서는 동시기에 출시될 HSDPA에 비하여 차별적 지위를 확보하고 기존 서비스와의 관계를 정립하기 위한 포지셔닝 전략이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소비자 설문조사를 통해 와이브로의 시장수요를 HSDPA와의 관계 분석을 바탕으로 전망하며 기존 서비스와의 대체 또는 보완 관계를 파악하여 와이브로의 시장위상을 예측하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 잠재적 이용자가 인식하는 와이브로의 서비스 역량은 HSDPA에 비하여 전송속도와 이용요금에서 차별적 우위를 나타냈으며 둘째, 와이브로는 HSDPA에 비하여 가입자 규모에서 상대적인 우위를 보였으며 두 서비스의 가입 영향요인은 상이하였다. 마지막으로 와이브로는 초고속인터넷과는 보완 관계를, 이동전화 무선인터넷과 공중 무선랜과는 대체 관계를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다.

In order to develope the standard service model of coast guard at fishing ports, which responses to the demand of users and provides them with the good and tailored maritime administration services with limited resources, the services of Korea coast guard related to fishermen are sorted and their demands are analyzed at Nokdong fishing port. The standard service model for Nokdong on the basis of user's requests and maritime administration demands in the future is designed.

본 논문에서는 극장 비수기 기간 효율적인 상영을 위한 재개봉 영화 도출과 영화관 입장권 통합 전산망을 기반으로 극장 산업과 OTT 산업에서 제공하는 시청각 콘텐츠의 소비자 선호도를 분석한다. 기존 재개봉 영화는 연휴와 같은 성수기 바로 전 비수기 기간에 집중적으로 상영되고 있다. 즉 재개봉 영화 상영은 대형 영화 개봉 전 공백을 메우기 위해 상영되고 있음을 의미한다. 재개봉 영화는 대부분 예술 영화를 상영하고 연도마다 일정한 수요를 보이고 있다. 이러한 기조는 코로나 19 전까지 변함없이 이어졌으나, 코로나 19 이후 재개봉 영화에 대한 수요가 다른 년도 같은 월에 비해 급증하였다. 영화 산업의 전반적인 침체와 달리 재개봉 영화에 대한 수요는 늘어난 것이다. 코로나 19가 장기화되는 만큼 본 논문에서는 영화관 입장권 통합 전산망 데이터를 중심으로 영화 산업과 OTT 산업 이용자들의 선호 콘텐츠를 분석하고 기존 재개봉 영화와 대조하여 지속적이고 효율적 상영을 위한 재개봉 영화를 제안한다.

Rail transportation system are needed to develop proper corresponds to satisfy various demands in freight transportation since there are many problems in rail transportation infrastructure and operation. This paper analyzes characteristics of rail transportation consumers and develops policy for vitality of rail transportation by survey of rail transportation consumers and AHP methodology. This paper is organized as follows. Section 1 presents the description of the objective and the methods for this study. Section 2 presents the description of the methods for analysis of characteristics of consumers of rail freight transportation. Section 3 presents the characteristics of rail transportation consumers by analysis the survey results of rail transportation consumers. Section 4 summarizes our conclusions and discusses further research topics.

This study investigates the current features of social service provision system focusing on the core institutional traits of the system and community environment. Specifically, the study analyzes the differences in the contents and characteristics of social service provision, according to the community types, such as metropolitan area, medium size cities, and rural area. Also, the study explores the relationships among the three major subsystems in the social service provision system based on the types of financial provisions. Furthermore, the interaction effects between the community factors and financial traits on the relationships among sub- components in the service provision system are investigated. In this study other organizations, service users and public sector are regarded as three major sub-components in the provision system. The study utilizes the raw data from '2015 Social Service Demand and Provision Survey', which interviewed 4,100 social service organizations. Results from analyses show that the gap among metropolitan area, medium cites, and rural area is not so much bigger in the diverse provision features(e.g. the competition level, the major focus on the users, and policy demands on public sector) of provider-provision-organizations than in those of both of user-provision-organization and of market-way-organizations. User-provision organizations show the distinct differences in terms of the focus points on the users, while marketed organizations do in terms of the policy demands to the public sector. In rural area, user-provision organizations act like provider-provision-organizations whereas they do market-way-organizations in the urban area. Research findings show that the social service provision types utilizing market mechanism(such as user-provision, and market-way) are not so well fit into the characteristics of rural area.
