A novel single-stage half-bridge high frequency resonant inverter using ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) with high input power factor suitable for induction heating applications is presented in this paper. The proposed high frequency resonant Inverter integrates half-bridge boost rectifier as power factor corrector(PFC) and half-bridge resonant inverter into a single stage. The input stage of the half-bridge boost rectifier is working in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) with constant duty cycle and variable switching frequency. Simulation results through the Pspice have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed inverter. This proposed inverter will be able to be practically used as a power supply in various fields as induction heating applications, DC-DC converter etc.

The ambiguity resolution is an essential task for the precise carrier phase differential GPS. In practice, however, there are still many problems in resolving the ambiguity in kinematic mode, especially in the urban areas. The multipath in received signal, the frequent change in visible satellites, and the cyclic slips make the ambiguity resolution very difficult task in real-time operation. In this paper, we consider a differential positioning with the float ambiguity that is free from the integer constraint. The float ambiguity estimation if carried out by the Kalman filter. The float and fixed ambiguities are combined together to determine the position in real-time kinematic mode.

Today, Internet is an everyone's tool for information searching and communication. Furthermore, with the wireless Internet, we can get connected while moving. The Internet, especially wireless Internet could be an excellent data Link for DGPS because of its interactive two-way communication capability and well-constructed network infra. The user with his own mobile communication device doesn't necessarily get equipped with the other specific data link for DGPS This paper will show that how the Internet based DGPS system could be constructed on the computer network in real time, Its performance is demonstrated by the field experiments. Comparing to the DGPS system with the conventional data Links, Like beacon and FM DARC, the Internet based DGPS could provide us a convenient and cost effect DGPS system.

건축환경의 변화에 따라 최근 스테인리스배관을 소방배관에 사용하고자 하나 국가화재안전기준에 관련근거가 없어 사용이 어려운 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이 기준에서 사용할 수 있는 배관가운데 동관(KS D 5301)과 일반배관용 스테인리스 배관(KS D 3595)의 성능비교를 통하여 사용가능성을 확인하였다. 비교한 성능은 강도, 내식성 및 내열성이며 유한요소해석과 관련 시험을 통해 성능을 비교한 결과 동등이상임을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate into the various ways that the computer technology is used for language testing. Three uses of computer technology are mentioned: 1) computer-adaptive language testing and computer-based language testing, 2) the scoring of performance-based language assessment, and 3) the development and use of psychometric tools for analyzing the scoring results. Although the various uses of computer technology could provide expanded possibilities for language testing development, the developers should be reminded that they are currently subject to indepth research which could support their validity. In this regard, the advantages and limitations of some uses of computer technology for language testing are discussed.

A class-D zero voltage switching (called soft-switching) inverter with only one capacitor in parallel with both FET, along with an approximate analysis and experimental results, is introduced. The inverter offers both zero turn-on and zero turn-off switching losses, yielding high efficiency at high frequencies. In addition, soft switching reduces switching noise associated with the high frequency ringing at the swithching instants.

In this paper. we first applied the chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process to the planarization of ferroelectric film in order to obtain a good planarity of electrode/ferroelectric film interlace. $Pb_{1.1}(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_3$ (shortly PZT) ferroelectric film was fabricated by the sol-gel method. And then. we compared the structural characteristics before and alter CMP process of PZT films. Their dependence on slurry composition was also investigated. We expect that our results will be useful promise of global planarization for ferroelectric random access memories (FRAM) application in the near future.

CFL(Compact Fluorescent Lamp)는 기존에 사용되던 백열 램프를 바로 대치할 수 있고, 백열 전구에 비하여 광 효율이 우수하다는 장점으로 인해서 사용처가 점점 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 등기구가 가지는 공간적인 제약으로 인해서 EMI 필터와 PFC 회로를 내장할 수 없으며, 램프에서 발생한 열이 직접적으로 안정기 회로에 영향을 주어 안정기 내부 온도가 매우 높게 상승한다는 점으로 인해서 다양한 기능을 갖는 전용 ballast control IC를 사용할 수 없었다. 이러한 이유로 인해서 toroidal core를 이용한 자려식(self-excited) 동작 방법이 주로 이용되어왔다. 이러한 자려식 발진 방법은 설계하기가 까다롭기 때문에 램프 점등 전에 램프 필라멘트를 예열한 이후에 점등을 하는 rapid start 방법을 구현하기 어려웠다. 본 논문은 fairchild 반도체에서 만든 CFL 전용 ballast IC가 가지는 특성에 대해서 다루었다. IC 내부에 안정기 동작을 제어하기 위한 제어 부분과 두 개의 MOSFET를 내장하고 있어 안정기 구성에 필요한 공간을 최소화할 수 있고, 부하 상태를 검출하여 항상 Active ZVS 동작을 하도록 하는 기능을 내장하고 있어서 스위칭 손실을 최소화할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.

문서 속에서 나타나는 철자 오류는 맞춤법을 몰라서 잘못 쓴 경우와 자료 입력 과정에서 잘못 입력된 경우로 볼 수 있다. 이들 각각의 오류들에 대해 맞춤법 및 표준어 규칙을 비롯하여 한국어 자료의 통계적 분석을 통한 교정 기법을 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문은 철자 검사기가 틀리다고 판단한 오류 어절로부터 올바른 어절을 찾아서 교정해 주고 철자가 틀린 원인을 알려줄 수 있는 도움말 기능을 제공하는 철자 교정 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

본 논문은 개방형 무료 Wi-Fi 접근영역에서 비전문가들을 위한 사용자 경험인 UX(: User Experience) 개념 차원에서 해킹위험 경고표시 방법을 제안하였다. 캡처에 의해 올라온 AP들의 위험성에 따라 색깔로 구별하며 선택 된 AP에 대하여 사용 전에 해킹의 위험을 팝업창으로 경고문을 제공하는 앱을 개발하였다.
