The Law of the Heart, which appears in the chapter "B. The Actualization of Rational Self-consciousness Through its own Activity" in Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit represents that the self-certainty of the reason may be the another face of the Madness. The Reason's indubitable certainty is the testimony of the truth for Descartes, and it also plays a role as the moral maxim of the conscience for Kant. But this subjective certainty unavoidably leads to the Madness of self-conceit, which unifies the consciousness and the reality ignoring the difference between them. The typical attitude appearing in the reformer like Don Quixote and also romantic idealists reveals the fact that modern reason and the psychosis can be both faces of one and the same coin. The Mirror Stage, the Imaginary, and the Formula of the Desire in Lacan's Theory shows that the Image of completeness is the result of Mis-understanding. Even if the Mirror stage is necessary for the Formation of the subject, at the same time it should also lead to the next stage, i.e., the Symbolic Order. It is considered as the realm of the Otherness, which refers to the realm of language or that of law. If the Ego can't go through the symbolic castration acted on by the Name of the Father, he will be remained in the prison of the Imaginary. The Madness also shows the similar process. For Hegel the Discipline of the Labor or the Death as absolute Otherness that inevitably delays the Desire plays the same role as the name of Father. It may be the experience of Separation or that of Sublation of the individual towards the universal, which is equivalent to the experience of Symbolic castration in Lacan. Furthermore there may be the difference between Hegel and Lacan as the following; while in Hegel the experience of Separation is founded on the spontaneity of the Spirit, for Lacan it is to be compelled and structured by the absolute Other.

이원계 박막확산쌍에서 열처리 방법에 의한 고상 비정질화 반응의 경향성을 예측하기 위하여 유효 구동력 개념을 제시하였다. 고상 비정질화 반응은 두 원소의 물리적 혼합물과 비정질상간의 최대 자유에너지차로 주어지는 열역학적 구동력(ΔGmax)과 확산원소의 원자반경에 대한 기지의 유효 침입형자리 반경의 비로 주어지는 구조적 요소(Rm/d)가 충족될 때 일어나는 빠른 확산에 의하여 발생된다고 고찰하고, 유효 구동력 기준을 이용하여 금속/금속계 뿐만 아니라 금속/실리콘 계의 고상반응에 의한 비정질상 생성 경향성을 예측하고 실험결과들과 비교하여 잘 적용됨을 보였다. 또한, 유효 구동력 기준이 금속/실리콘 계에서 비정질상의 임계 성장두께 경향성의 예측에도 잘 적용됨을 보였다.

농약은 농산물 생산에 있어서 병해충 및 잡초를 방제함으로써 생산성을 높이는데 필수적인 농업자재로 인식하고 있다. 그런데 모든 화학물질이 그러하듯이 농약도 두 가지 양면성을 지니고 있다. 즉, 약효와 독성이다. 일반적으로 농약은 뿌려진 농약의 $0.1\%$이하만이 목표물이라고 할 수 있는 해충 및 잡초, 이병작물에 떨어지고 그 외는 비표적 생물 및 환경매체에 떨어짐으로써 생태계에 영향을 준다고 한다. 약효는 농약으로서 지녀야 하는 당연한 기능이지만 독성은 가능한 줄여야 할 기능이기 때문에 농약회사에서는 약효는 높으면서 사람과 생태계에는 좀 더 안전한 농약을 개발하기 위해 애쓰고 있다. 우리나라는 전세계적으로 볼 때 농약을 비교적 많이 사용하는 나라로 알려져 있으나 경제규모 및 사용량에 비해서 생태계에 대한 농약관리는 앞서가지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 농약의 생태위해성 평가에 대한 기본적인 이해를 돕기 위해 이번호부터 연재를 통해 생태위해성에 대한 기본개념을 소개함과 동시에 국내외 농약등록제도에서의 생태위해성 의사결정 과정을 비교하고 마지막으로는 국내 농약관리제도에 있어서 생태독성분야의 의사결정에 대하여 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Flash point is the one of the important properties for the safe handling of inflammable liquid solution. In this paper, flash points of binary liquid solutions, water+1-propanol and water+2-propanol, were been measured by using Seta flash closed cup aparatus. Flash point was estimated using regression analysis method. Flash points were also estimated by the method based on Raoul's law and the method optimizing the binary parameters of van Laar equation. Experimental results were compared with the calculated results. The regression analysis method is able to estimate the flash point fairly well for water+1-propanol and water+2-propanol mixture.

Recently, various studies on the entrepreneurial ecosystem have been conducted. The entrepreneurial ecosystem is composed of various elements such as entrepreneurs, governments, and infrastructure, and these factors interact to contribute to economic development. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in importance and performance of the entrepreneurial ecosystem for startups using the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method. Based on this, the importance and current level of the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem were identified and policy implications were presented. The results of the study are as follows. The importance ranking was in the order of startup support program(4.43), startup funding (4.39), market accessibility(4.30). The ranking of performance was startup support program(3.81), ease of starting a business(3.76), support for startup support institutions(3.66), and startup funding(3.66). All elements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem showed higher importance than performance. This means that the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Korea are recognized as important, but do not play a significant role in terms of performance for startups. In addition, the factors with the highest improvement in the importance-performance matrix were 「safety nets for startup failure」, 「culture of acceptance of failure」, 「ease of market entry」, 「ease of startup survival」, and 「ease of exit」. This study suggested improvement measures such as establishing a social safety net, improving awareness of startup failure culture, matching successful startups, strengthening scale-up support by growth stage, easing regulations in new business fields, and diversifying investment recovery strategies.
