As the proportion of sports events in the sports industry grows, the official sponsor market for sports events is also increasing. But because official sponsors are limited and expensive, some companies approach sporting events by way of Ambush marketing. This study is to analyze the differences of media exposure between official sponsors and general companies of mega sport events. To accomplish the purpose of the study, we collected text articles and analyzed them from the period of 2016 Rio Olympics, one year before the Olympics and one year after the Olympics. Web crawling was performed using Python for the collection of articles. Morphological and frequency analysis was performed using the KoNLP package and the TM package of statistical program R. In addition, the opinions of the related experts group were gathered to classify the companies or organizations in the media as the Organizing Committees for the Olympic Games(OCOGs), official sponsor, and general companies. As a result of the analysis, 5,220 times appeared related to the OCOGs, 7,845 times appeared related to the official sponsor, and 7,028 times appeared related to general companies. There isn't much difference in the frequency of exposure between official sponsors and general companies. It implies that Ambush marketing is recognized as a strategic marketing technique. The International Olympic Committee(IOC) has to recognize these social phenomena and establish reasonable standards for the marketing activities of official sponsors and general companies. And this study will serve as a basis for fair sponsor activities or marketing activities of sports events.

The point-based complex event processing handled an instantaneous event by using one time stamp in each event. However, the activity period of the event plays the important role in the field which is the same as the finance, multimedia, medicine, and meteorology. The point-based event is insufficient for expressing the complex temporal relationship in this field. In the application field of the real-time world, the event has the period. The events more than two kinds can be temporally overlapped. In addition, one event can include the other event. The relation about the events of kind of these can not be successive like the point-based event. This thesis designs and implements the method detecting the patterns of the complex event by using the interval-based events. The interval-based events can express the overlapping relation between events. Furthermore, it can include the others. By using the end point of beginning and end point of the termination, the operator of interval-based events shows the interval-based events. It expresses the sequence of the interval-based events and can detect the complex event patterns. This thesis proposes the algorithm using the active instance stack in order to raise efficiency of detection of the complex event patterns. When comprising the event sequence, this thesis applies the window push down technique in order to reduce the number of intermediate results. It raises the utility factor of the running time and memory.

사람들이 살아가는 환경에는 여러 가지 위급한 환경 이벤트가 발생하는데 이들에 대한 상황파악을 통해 효율적인 대처방안을 도출해 낼 수 있다. 그러나 험준한 산악지대, 넓은 사막지대와 같이 쉽게 사람이 접근하기 힘든 위치에서도 이벤트가 발생한다. 이러한 환경에서 이벤트 상황을 파악할 수 있는 가장 효율적인 방법으로 무선 센서 네트워크를 꼽을 수 있다. 무선 센서 네트워크를 적용 가능한 분야는 산불 감시, 지진이나 화산활동 감시, 유독 물질 확산 탐지 등을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 유독 가스, 산불, 기압골 등 광범위한 걸쳐 플럼(Plume) 형태로 발생하는 이벤트의 범위를 센서를 통해 지속적으로 손쉽게 알아내기 위한 Plume 추적기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 플럼 추적 기법에서는 센서 간 통신비용을 감소시키는 새로운 에지 검출 기법을 제안해 센서의 에너지 소모를 줄여 전체 센서 네트워크의 운용시간을 크게 향상시킨다.

In this paper, we present an Event Reporting which is one of the major items of MPEG-21 and exemplify two digital data broadcasting use case scenarios, and according1y we propose the Event Reporting message structure for MPEG-21 broadcasting contents that is based on these use case scenarios. Every interaction with a Digital Item in the multimedia framework can be called an Event. The need to standardize Event Reporting within the Multimedia Framework arise from the need to monitor and communicate amongst Peers and Users the Events relating to Digital Items and/or the programs and devices that operate on them at any given time. However, there are a number of difficulties in providing an accurate report about an Event. Different observers of the Event may have vastly different perspectives. In this paper, we describe a structure and vision of the Event Reporting. Besides we show the activities on MPEG-21 Event Reporting standardization.

It is not easy to present a generalized operating model because the operating environment of a sport event is composed of a complex matrix structure. In this study, we propose 'standardization' which provides guidance of concept and process of sport event management to solve this sports event management problem. To purpose complete of this study, the frame was developed by the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 is applied. The standards framework for sports event process management system structure proposed in this study consists of scope of application, citing standard, Terms and definitions, organizational situation, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement. This sport event process management system standard can be applied to any organization that wants to host, prepare, and operate sport events regardless of the form or scale of the sport event. In addition, this standard was focused on process management of life-cycle stages of sporting events, therefor it was possible to manage interrelationships and dependencies between processes and processes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze developed case of archiving on Mega Sport Event for searching effective method on a documentation of Mega Sport Event. In order to conduct this study, literature review method was using about book, thesis and data of internet homepage for exploring the stage on Mega Sports Event and case of Mega Sports Event record management. The field study was conducted about institute related to Olympic record management institution for analysing Mega Sports Event record management. The result of this study is following: Firstly, 2012London Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games's case(The People's Record Project) is useful to ex-ante event phase. Secondly, 2000Sydney Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games's case(Olympic Games Knowledge Management Project) is useful to event operation phase. Thirdly. LA84Foundation's case(Olympic Oral History Project) is useful to ex-post event. The significance of this study which came up with the study result above can be presented as follows. Based on the result of this study, it is assumed that three case for documentation about Mega Sports Event. Lastly, the result of this study was useful to Mega Sports Event record management institution. For the more, it will be conducted to study law of Mega Sport Event record management, humane and Material resource and method related to record management of the Mega Sports Event organizing committee.

The purpose of this study was to examine attitude of cultural events that affect participation satisfaction and loyalty of cultural events. Although cultural events are increasingly important with its positive impact on event participants, the existing literature on cultural event is sparse. This study, thus, investigates moderating effects of cultural events' involvement in a relationship between attitude of cultural event and participations' satisfaction and loyalty to understand the thoughts and attitude of participants. The survey was undertaken of participants to cultural events in Seoul, resulting in 513 valid responses. Through statistical analyses of factor analysis, multiple regression and hierarchical regression, four different factors of cultural event attitude were identified and those factors affect participation satisfaction and loyalty of cultural events. The results of this study provided support that there were moderated effects of cultural event involvement in the relationships between cultural event attitude and satisfaction and loyalty. More theoretical and practical implication were discussed in the conclusion.

8월 21일 부터 24일 까지 4일간 대한주류공업협회 주최, 국세청 후원으로 서울 삼성동 코엑스 3층 컨벤션홀에서 개최된 '2008 대한민국 주류박람회'(KOREA ALCOHOL & LIQUOR EXPO 2008)가 성황리에 막을 내렸다. '술과 문화의 페스티벌' 이라는 주제로 열린 금번 박람회는 소주, 맥주, 위스키, 약주, 과실주, 전통주 등 국내 주류업체 84개사와 독일, 중국, 러시아, 아르헨티나, 일본, 도미니카공화국, 스리랑카 7개국이 참가하여 다양한 주류제품 전시 및 시음, 이벤트 활동을 통해 적극적인 마케팅 활동을 전개하였다. 행사기간 동안 일반인, 언론인, 국내외 바이어, 주류관련 종사자등 3만여 명의 많은 관람객이 박람회장을 방문하여 전국 각지에서 생산되는 다양한 종류의 술의 맛과 향을 체험하고 아울러 다채로운 이벤트 행사를 통해 흥겨운 시간을 가졌으며, 주류의 역사.종류.제조과정, 건전음주체험 등 술에 대한 다양한 정보를 얻는 기회가 되었다. 또한 건전음주문화 조성, 주류제조기술 및 주류산업 활성화 주제의 세미나와 한국양조과학회 정기학술대회가 열려 주류산업 종사자, 연구원, 학생 및 주류에 관심을 가지고 있는 일반인들에게 정보 및 의견 교환의장을 제공하였다.

최근 정보화가 고도화됨에 따라 해킹, 웜 바이러스 등 사이버 침해사고 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 사이버 침해사고를 예방하고 대응하기 위하여 보안관제의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며 이를 지원하기 위한 시스템이 등장하고 있다. 단순한 사이버 공격을 탐지하는 수준에서 벗어나 분석 및 대응 등 넓은 의미의 보안관제 활동을 수행하기 위한 시스템은 이기종 환경에서 대용량의 데이터를 처리하여 신속하고 정확한 탐지 결과를 보여줄 수 있어야 한다. 또한 다양한 보안관제 활동을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 기능을 제공하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구사항을 반영하여 대용량 보안이벤트 데이터를 동적으로 상관 분석하여 탐지 효율성과 신속성을 향상시킬 수 있는 보안관제시스템을 설계 제안한다.

An election is a major event in a country that elects the people's representatives. Currently, Korea's electoral system has a structure that limits the exclusion of the minority's opinion. Also, it has strengthened the monopoly of major political parties. Despite the harsh conditions, Green Party Korea has proposed an alternative to prevent even the minority from being excluded by practicing direct democracy and expanding proportional representation through the institutionalization of the democratic process within the party. Election campaigns should thus reflect this orientation of Green Party Korea. The local elections and the national elections reflect Korea's political and social status and show the course over two minority parties beyond such limits. Moreover, they provide evidence of the activities of Green Party Korea. The paper analyzes how the election archives of the party hold the values of democracy, how minor parties jump to another because of the unfavorable election system, and how the archives of Green Party Korea reflect its values on the political history of Korea.
