  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a method of concrete safety inspection management system for safety inspection. this research investigates the process of building safety inspection with IDEF0(Integration DEFinition) process modeling method, focusing on concrete durability inspection, and then suggests a data management system, which allows user communications between site and related unit with RDBMS(Relational Database Management System). The suggested system is expected to provide more efficient data sharing tools and consequently improve safety inspection's quality.

  • The control network has been operated in a closed. But it changes to open to external for business convenience and cooperation with several organizations. As the way of connecting with user extends, the risk of control network gets high. Thus, in this paper, proposed the technique of an anomalous event detection using white-list for control network security and minimizing the cyber threats. The proposed method can be collected and cataloged of only normal data from traffic of internal network, control network and field devices. Through way to check the this situation, we can separate normal and abnormal behavior.

  • For smart work (smart office), RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol) connection is the most popular method. When the office workers do not have personal space, smart office is very useful. That is, they can connect personal computer using Internet at cafe or public spaces. Using the smart office, it is possible to make personal business environment to increase business efficiency. In this paper, we designed and implemented smart office using RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). We expected that the office workers can be used smart office for business efficiency.

  • 포항제철소는 제품의 선적 및 하역업무를 위래 13기의 하역기를 운영 중에 있다. 제품하역기의 운전실태는 1명의 작업자가 탑승하여 제품이 놓여질 선박 내 location을 관리한다. 특히, 중량물을 다루는 만큼 안전사고 방지를 위산 고도의 주의를 요하는 작업이다. 그러나 운전실의 위치가 지상 $13\~24m$에 위치해 있어, 하방 관측을 위해 장시간 머리를 구부려야 하므로 작업피로는 물론 요통 발생 가능성이 높다. 또한, 13기 하역기의 제작사 및 제작 시기에 차이가 있어, User Interfare가 각기 다르다. 주기적으로 하역기를 바꿔 탑승하는 작업자로서는 오조작 가능성이 있어 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 근본적으로는 이동통로 폭의 협소함에 따른 진$\cdot$출입의 문제, 전장품의 부적절한 배치에 따른 작업자 충돌 문제 등, 기본적인 인간공학적 원칙이 반영되지 않은 운전실설계로 제품하역기 작업자의 업무부하가 가중되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인간공학적 설계원칙을 반영하여 제품하역기 운전실을 가상환경으로 제작해보고, 3차원 인제 모형을 실제로 탑승시켜 주요 설계 제약조건의 검증을 실시하였다. 3차원 가상환경 및 인체모형의 제작은 상용 3D Tool인 3ds Max 5와 Anthropos Ergomax라는 프로그램을 이용하였다. 이와같은 방법을 통해, 실제 공사 후에 발견될 문제점에 대한 사전 도출이 가능함은 물론, 보다 인간공학적인 운전실 설계가 이뤄질 수 있었다.

  • Most important to financial is to provide well designed and built services to the customers by accessing their core bank systems and affiliated systems in their partners. This will be essential to introduce new products and services and still be able to count on legacy and collaborative affiliated systems. Winning the war on such service competitions among financial institutions is attainable by seizing the 'e-bank' opportunities in B2Bi and CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ). Such application integrations among systems and 'e-bank' services need to be available in the new IT environment.

  • In order to guide the safe extinguishment duty of forest fire ground fighting team and acquire its exact location information in case of a large scale of forest fire, it is very important to monitor the real time coordination data the forest fire ground fighting team. In this study the guidance for safe extinguishment duty of forest fire ground fighting team could be provided by monitoring the current location information and moving route information, which are received form GPS through CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access).

  • As the near field communication technology's application scope tends to expand gradually in the various fields, application of mobile-based NFC(Near Field Communication) is increasing in the various types of technologies. The method which reads the URL address and supports access to the web site of the address if you touch the NFC device in the tag(RFID) that the URL address is stored was applied to the unmanned security system. It proposed the effective plan to manage mobilization security business in the aspects of Integrity, Damage, Real-Time, and Speed through comparison and verification of the method with the existing unmanned security system.

  • This Risk analysis on information related assets is conducted primarily according to the standards the Korea Information and Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) or the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The process is made of asset analysis, threat analysis, vulnerability analysis, and response plan analysis. The risk for information related assets belongs to the operational risks suggested by BIS (Bank for International Settlements) and the information related losses can be estimated in terms of BIS' suggestion. In this paper it is proposed that how to apply the method proposed by BIS to estimate the loss of information assets.

대용량 영상 자료를 활용한 환경지리정보 인트라넷 시스템 개발

  • 최근 들어 위성영상 및 항공사진은 국토환경관리에 매우 중요한 수단으로 인식되고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 따라 환경부 및 환경부 산하 기관의 많은 공무원들이 이러한 영상자료를 빠르게 업무에 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 그러나 기존 시스템은 고가의 영상처리소프트웨어를 사용자 PC에 설치한 뒤 이를 이용하여 사용자 개인 컴퓨터에 저장되어 있는 대용량의 영상자료를 처리하여 업무에 활용하는 방식을 택함으로써, 영상자료 유출의 위험성, 소프트웨어의 중복적 구매에 따른 비용증가, 대용량 영상자료의 이동성 감소, 관련 소프트웨어 교육 시간 및 비용 증가 및 대용량 자료 처리에 따른 처리시간 증가 등의 문제를 야기해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하고 환경부 공무원의 사용자 활용도를 증가시킨 '대용량 영상자료를 활용한 환경지리정보 인트라넷 시스템'을 개발했다. 본 시스템은 최신 영상 압축 및 전송 기술을 활용하여 영상자료의 물리적 파일 크기에 관계없이 사용자가 원하는 부분만을 압축 전송함으로써 매우 빠른 속도로 사용자가 원하는 지역을 인트라넷을 통해 서비스할 뿐만 아니라, 이렇게 전송된 영상을 웹 상에서 실시간으로 영상처리함으로써 사용자 편의성과 속도를 매우 향상시켰다. 또한 본 시스템은 환경부가 제작한 34종 이상의 벡터 자료와 함께 통합되어 서비스됨으로써 영상자료와 벡터자료의 통합적 활용성을 증가시켰다.용성을 증가시켰다.

Comparison of Patient-Sitter Ward Nurses and General Ward Nurses on Work-Related Musculoskeletal Symptoms, Occupational Stress and Nursing Work Environments (보호자 없는 병동 간호사와 일반병동 간호사의 근골격계 자각증상, 직무스트레스 및 간호업무환경 비교)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to compare work-related musculoskeletal symptoms, occupational stress and nursing work environments of nurses working in patient-sitter wards and general wards. Methods: The study surveyed 240 nurses with more than one year of experience working in both patient-sitter wards and general wards. The collected data then was analyzed by SPSS statistics version 22. Results: As for the musculoskeletal symptoms, the survey showed that 85.2% and 67.8% of the nurses had such symptoms respectively in patient-sitter wards and general wards. In terms of occupational stress, no significant difference was observed between the patient-sitter ward and the general ward (t=-0.23, p=.821). Lastly, the study showed that there is a significant difference in terms of work environment considering the scores recorded 2.65 and 2.55 points respectively in patient-sitter ward and general ward (t=2.53, p=.012). Conclusion: Follow-up research should look at ways to lower the rate of experiencing work-related musculoskeletal symptoms; analyze work performances and establish work standards to lower occupational stress; and devise measures to improve the work environment for the nurses working in patient-sitter wards.
