A Study of the stockpile and mobilization framework for the disaster management resources (재난관리자원 비축 및 동원 체계 연구)

  • It needs a framework to minimizing the damage using the just-time just-resources strategy. But it is not easy to put 'what kinds of resources', 'how many resources', 'from where institutions', and 'how much money for the reimbursement'. So most of the local government depends on the field manager. In this study, we analysed the conventional system and provides the efficient methodology to the stockpiling and mobilizing against to the disaster. The study does not provide the stockpile amount for the local governments, because the stockpile amounts must consider the local diverse situations.

  • 에너지 절감을 위해 다양한 분야에서 노력을 기울이고 있지만 전체 에너지 사용량의 약 20% 이상을 차지하는 건물 분야는 정부의 정책과 제도적인 지원 하에 에너지 절감활동을 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 특히 $3000m^2$ 이상의 중대형 건물의 경우 BEMS(Building Energy Management System)기반의 건물에너지 관리가 의무화 될 예정이다. 하지만 기존 BEMS의 경우 특정 기업에 의한 단독 솔루션 형태로 제공되고 있어 BEMS간 데이터 상호호환성을 보장하지 않고, 단순 모니터링 기능에 의존하여 저장/관리 되지 않고 버려지는 데이터들이 많아 차후 문제가 발생한 경우 과거 데이터를 통한 분석 작업에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건물에너지 통합관리 측면에서 원격지에 설치된 다양한 BEMS들의 센서/미터 데이터들을 웹을 통해 수집하고 데이터 웨어하우스에 저장/관리되며 건물에너지 통계, 분석 및 진단을 가능하도록 하는 데이터 웨어하우스 기반의 원격 건물에너지 통합 관리 시스템 설계에 대해 서술한다.

  • The current is quickly changed to a simple structure in the existing system architecture is complex and diverse structures. Especially due to the new cyber threat is growing more and more system risks. And many kinds of system monitoring and analysis tools are released in order to minimize the risk, but there is a limit to such a system depends on the Partially automated tools. Therefore, to present the role of a system administrator for effectively managing the system for the new changing environment out of the frame of the old system in order to minimize the systemic risk management system in this study.

  • 오늘날 기업에서의 IT 는 급격한 비즈니스 환경의 변화와 다양한 비즈니스 모델의 출현으로 인해 점점 더 복잡해지고 있고, 비즈니스의 IT 의존도 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업의 정보시스템을 운영하는 IT 운영조직은 사용자에게 IT 서비스의 품질향상과 비즈니스의 연속성을 보장할 수 있는 지원체계를 필요로 하고 있다. 1990년대 후반에 들어서 ITIL 을 기반으로 한 ITSM 개념이 국내에 도입 되면서 기존의 콜센터와 헬프데스크를 통한 IT 서비스지원 방식을 서비스데스크로 통합하게 되었고, 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 도입을 통해 기업의 모든 비즈니스 조직의 IT 와 관련된 요구사항을 관리하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템은 IT 서비스 제공자 관점에서 구축되었고 운영방향 또한 어플리케이션, 서버, 네트워크 등 기술적인 구성요소의 성능 향상에만 초점을 두었기 때문에 현업 사용자들이 만족 할 수 있는 실질적인 수준의 서비스 개선은 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고객관점에서의 요구사항 분석을 통해, 운영조직의 IT 서비스 요청에 대한 처리활동을 단순처리와 일반처리로 분류하고 이를 자동화 시스템에 반영 하였고, 실제 A 사(社)의 IT 운영조직에 적용하여, 비효율적인 저부가가치 활동과 고부가 가치의 활동이 시스템을 통해 분류가 가능함을 보였다. 아울러 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리 할 수 있도록 관리지표를 발굴하고 자동화 시스템의 서비스요청관리 프로세스에 적용하여 IT 서비스를 제공받는 회사의 관리조직과 경영층이 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리하고 측정할 수 있는 IT 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 개선모델을 제시 하였다.

The Effects of Teamwork by Servant Leadership on Job Attitudes (서번트 리더십에 따른 팀웍이 직무태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The study model was designed and the hypothesis was drawn based on precedent studies in order to analyze the effects of teamwork by servant leadership on job attitudes, aiming at full-time regular status employees and contract employees lower than the general manager position at special grade hotels in Busan. The SPSS WIN Version 15.0 integrated package for data process was used to verify the hypothesis through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factorial analysis and regression analysis. As a result of study, the verification result for the effect of servant leadership on communication among the teamwork factors showed that forming sympathy and community and vision meaningfully affects communication; the verification result for the effect of servant leadership on interdependence among the teamwork factors showed that forming community, stewardship, vision factor meaningfully affects interdependence; The verification result for the effect of the teamwork factor on organizational commitment as a job attitude showed communication and interdependence meaningfully affect organizational commitment, one of job attitudes. Cousequently, the leaders in hotel organizations are expected to need a role of personnel management through organizational dependence and participatory management, to draw harmony and corporation among employees and build organizing systems, presenting a clear vision about the future to them.

Evaluation of Detection Performance of TlBr Materials for the Development of Electron Beam Quality Assurance Dosimeters (전자선 Quality Assurance 선량계 개발을 위한 TlBr 물질의 검출성능 평가)

  • Electron beam quality assurance (QA) should be done regularly for accurate radiation therapy. However, QA tools used in clinical practice are designed mainly for X-rays. So, a dosimeter for electron beam QA is required. Therefore, in this study, the electron beam detection performance was measured by using a thorium bromide material as an electron beam sensor. In addition, it was evaluated whether it could be applied with an electron beam QA dosimeter. Reproducibility, linearity, and dose rate dependence were evaluated at 6 MeV and 9 MeV energies. As a result of reproducibility, it showed a maximum output change of 0.92% at 6 MeV and 1.15% at 9 MeV. The linearity result evaluation and determination coefficient were presented as 0.9998. As a result of dose rate dependence evaluation, relative standard deviation 0.51% at 6 MeV and relative standard deviation 1.07% at 9 MeV were presented. The manufactured TlBr sensor shows the ability to detect radiation that meets the criteria for evaluation of reproducibility, linearity, and dose rate dependence. These results mean that the TlBr dosimeter is applicable as an electron beam QA dosimeter.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a way of Variation Control in building construction process. The study suggest a way of the application method of shielding, decoupling concept and also Poka-yoke device to control variation that occurs from uncertainty in construction industry with lots of waste factors. The main contents of the study are as follows; (1) It's suggested strategy to apply shielding, decoupling as variation control technique. (2) Current Poka-yoke devices are investigated and analyzed. As a future research, it is required to study continuously on the more effective application method of Poka-yoke device and on existing examples in domestic construction sites for the process improvement.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of physical activity in the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and overdependence on smartphones in adolescents. To find a way for solving the problems caused by the over-use of smartphones during adolescence, we tried to find the importance of a health promotion program through physical activities. For the purpose of the study, the 2020 Youth Health Behavior Survey data conducted by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were used as analysis data for this study. As a result of the study, firstly, generalized anxiety disorder has a negative (-) relationship with physical activity, and physical activity also has a negative (-) relationship with overdependence on smartphones. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of physical activity in the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and smartphone overdependence experience, the physical activity was found to be a significant factor. Thirdly, it was confirmed that the physical activity has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder and smartphone overdependence experience. Increasing physical activity through team sports rather than individual sports may help reduce smartphone use.

  • The image display is an Important component of PACS and of medical digital imaging chain. Displayed image qualify is affected by the physical characteristics of display device, appropriate clinical settings and calibrations, and ambient lighting conditions. The performance of display systems is continuously degraded over time due to luminance deterioration and changes of clinical setting parameters. A routine QC is recommended because the performance of display systems is continuously degraded over time. Ten flat panel monochrome LCD display devices were included in the evaluation of the QC effect. The effect of QC on primary class LCD medical display devices for selected QC tests was evaluated by comparing the performances, luminance response, luminance dependencies, display resolution and display chromaticity in this study, of before and after the calibration procedures. The effects of the QC are significant to luminance response and luminance spatial dependencies test and the other side, are slight to the display resolution and display chromaticity test. A routine QC of display device is essential for the consistency of medical image display and presentation. The study of the QC effects of display devices will play an important role in practical QC procedures of display devices.

Evaluation of Crop Production Increase through Insect Pollination Service in Korean Agriculture (한국 농업에서 곤충 화분매개 서비스를 통한 식량 생산 증진 기능 평가)

  • Animal pollination is an important ecosystem service provided mostly by diverse insect groups such as bees and hover flies. Maintaining agricultural productivity and securing the nutritional balance are closely tied to human wellbeing. This study aimed to estimate the pollination dependent food production in Korean agricultural system. Crop production data were obtained from Korean statistical information service (KOSIS) data of 2015. By implementing pollination dependency, crop production and market price, contribution of insect pollination to crop production increase were estimated from total 71 crops including 12 cereals, 19 fruits, 18 field vegetables, 13 greenhouse vegetables and 9 specialty crops. Mean pollination dependency of all crops were 29.2% and it was higher on fruits, specialty crops and greenhouse vegetables as well, but low (7.5%) in cereal crops. Pollination dependent (PD) production was estimated as 17.8% of total agricultural crop production with the economic value of 6,850 (6,508-7,193) billion won. Especially, PD production of greenhouse vegetables accounted 49.2% followed by fruits of 42.9%. Even specialty crop also showed higher PD production (35.9%). It was obvious that pollination is the vital service for agricultural production as well as nutritional security in Korea. Further protection and enhancing the pollination service were discussed with integrated pollinator-pest management (IPPM) strategies.
