의약분업의 시작으로 환자의 약국에서의 대기 시간을 줄이기 위한 전자처방전이 활성화될 것이 예상되지만, 의사가 전자처방전 작성에 할애하는 노동력을 줄이기 위한 방법과 전자처방전의 신뢰성과 전송상의 환자 동의 여부를 증명하는 방식이 현재까지 나타나고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 이 문제를 지문인증, 음성인식과 압축기술을 이용하여 해결하는 방식을 제안하며, 실제적 구현을 통하여 그 타당성을 제시하였다. 실제 실험실 수준에서 시험한 결과 일반저긴 전자처방전에 비하여 처방전 작성시간이 20% 정도 절감되었으며, 복잡한 복약 지도의 경우에는 더욱 효과적일 것이다. 본 시험에서는 온라인 지문인증에 소요되는 시간은 제외하였다.

1947년 조선보건학회로 출범한 대한예방의학회는 해마다 "예방의학지"를 4회 발간하고 4차례의 학술대회도 개최한다. 또한 "에방의학회 50년도록 "을 비롯 "한국보건의료문제 - 진단과 처방"등 의료참고서를 꾸준히 발간하고 있다. 앞으로 대한예방의학회는 예방의학 뿐만 아니라 의약분업 및 통일대비 의료제도 등 미래지향적인 과제에 대한 연구도 적극 수행해 나갈 것이라고.

This study was to investigate medication management and the level of awareness about separation of prescribing and dispending at small-to-medium sized workplaces which have less than 300 employees in Korea. The data were collected by questionnaires from May to June in 2000. The number of subjects were 127 workplaces and 130 employees. The SAS PC Program was used for the descriptive statistics. The results are as follows; 1. The over the counter(OTC) drug was provided sufficiently(91.1 %). but medication management was not performed systematically. 2. On drug-providing rate and drug-using rate, the latter was high in the workplace and Health care management's nurses consume all of the over the counter drug provided. 3. When the separation of prescribing and dispending starts, employees shall be medically examined, treated and prescribed by physicians and drugs shall be dispended by pharmacists. It is necessary to make it possible to visit health care institutions whenever they want to. (eg. lunch time or after work) They should change their drug-dependent behaviour. We should focus on strengthening Health Promotion Program to prevent disease by making habitual of health promotion behaviour.

The objectives of this study is to examine the German mandatory prescription system in terms of the applicability and restriction of the pharmaceutical policy in order to obtain some useful implications for solving the problems in Korean prescription system. Recently, in Germany, an issue about the security of the prescription, the price control of the pharmaceuticals and the containment of the increasing prescription expenditure has been intensively discussed. Similar problems are also occurred in Korea. So, the policy measurements of Germany could be used in Korea. But it could not easy to introduce the German policy measurements in Korea because of the social-institutional differences between the two countries, which are following; (1) Korea has a short experience with the mandatory prescription system, (2) the German concept of the management differs from that of the Korea, (3) the subscribers and the patients are excluded from the decision making process, (4) the medical service providers often resist against reform plans. For the stable development of the Korean prescription system the principle of self-government, the collective bargaining concept for cost containment, and social consensus about optimal expenditure of the pharmaceuticals are expected to be needed.

최근 대한 약사회에서 오래된 약물의 섭취로 인한 부작용을 예방하고 약물에 의한 환경오염을 예방하자는 내용으로 공공 광고를 하고 있다. 또한 의약분업으로 인한 약물 남용을 예방하고자 하였으나, 약물 처방의 복잡한 절차와 약물처방 비용만 증가시켰다. 현 상황을 벗어나기 위한 좀더 효율적인 시스템의 도입이 필요하게 되었다. 유비쿼터스와 융합 기술이 IT 분야의 트랜드가 되었으며, 이러한 기술을 이용한 약물 남용 및 관리를 위한 모바일 기반 의약품 정보시스템과 약품 이미지 검색의 프로토타입을 설계하고자 한다.
