The purpose of this study was to investigate levels of emotional intelligence, resilience, post-traumatic growth and communication skill of nursing students and to identify the factors affecting communication skill of nursing students and to use them as basic data to improve communication skill. The data collecting period is from April to May, 2017, and the subjects are 296 nursing students in D city. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence, resilience, post-traumatic growth, and communication skill of nursing students. Also, as emotional intelligence, resilience, and post-traumatic growth increased, communication skill improved. The explanatory power of regression model was 51.9%. In conclusion, it is necessary to efforts to improve the emotional intelligence, resilience, and post-traumatic growth as a strategy to enhance communication skills of nursing students in order to establish therapeutic relationships with patients as nurses.

In increasingly competitive market conditions, domestic construction companies are struggling to secure a competitive edge by increasing consumer satisfaction. In these circumstances, a greater emphasis needs to be put on providing an upgraded level of quality in the area of addressing defects to the satisfaction of customers, which is considered to have a great impact on customer satisfaction. This empirical study of the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention aims to provide basis data for increasing service quality, particularly in dealing with the defect issues facing construction companies. To this end, a literature review was carried out on the concept of service quality along with defect issues, and customer satisfaction and influential factors were identified. Building on these foundations and findings, a survey was administered to residents in housing dwellings such as apartments. The results of this study are expected to heighten awareness of the need for increased service quality, which may have a critical influence on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, and will thereby contribute to enhancing competitiveness and other aspects of the current construction industry.

Domestic construction industry has faced with many problems in productivity, quality, safety and skilled-labor availability because of the national economic depression, insufficient supply of skilled labors and so on. There is a growing need for improving productivity and quality, and savings in cost. In the case of advanced countries, they have made a number of research efforts to solve these problems with construction automation and robotics. Recently, there are growing interests in construction automation and robotics but such interests have not been further increased due to the difficulties in gathering or accessing valuable information on the research and development of construction automation and robotics. The main purpose of this study is to provide a web-based research database and decision support system for an effective research and development of automated construction system and robots. It is expected that this system would be able to provide a framework for the successful research, development and implementation of the construction automation and robotics in domestic construction industry

This study is aimed at looking into the security English ability status and progress plan of security related department students. The status was captured through a questionnaire survey to English proficiency and simple tests on security knowledge. Current status to general English and security English ability was indicated very low and unsatisfactory as a whole, through which individuals and students perceived their need of positive effort. The security personnel for domestic figures and VIPs need to have English communication ability as an international ability, and the security related department students have to improve English communication ability during their college course for smooth post-graduation employment and career preparation. General English ability should be bettered through the diversity of cultural English programs, and systematic learning and effort needed for equipment of ability on specialized security ability, for this, compilation of security English curricula encouraged by each college. It is expected that significance and perception of security English would be conscious and progressive in Korean security related departments, by which more security personnel with international qualifications and abilities would be produced.

The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the communication process with team members perceived by team leader. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 team leaders, and analyzed according to the grounded theory research method procedure suggested by Strauss and Corbin. As a results, a total of 51 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 8 categories were derived. As a causal condition, the concept of 'contemplating and reinterpreting communication necessary for the organization' was derived, and the central phenomenon was 'intentional effort made in parallel with work and private conversations'. The contextual condition was 'recognizing the need to cope with environmental changes', and the mediating condition was 'self-reflection and self-coaching time' was derived. The action/interaction strategy was conceptualized as a communication process with task-oriented coping, conflict resolution coping, and relationship promotion coping, and was confirmed as 'recognizing virtuous cycle communication within the organization' as a result of interaction with the central phenomenon. As a result of analysis of the team leader's communication process, the effort stage, approach stage, coping stage, and cycle stage were shown. As a result of the type analysis, task-oriented coping was a facilitator, conflict resolution coping was a supporter, and relationship promotion coping was a considerate. This study is an empirical study on how the corporate team leader perceives and expresses communication in the relationship with the team members.

Estimation of software project cost, effort, and duration in the early stage of software development cycle is a difficult and key problem in software engineering. Most of development effort and duration estimation models presented by regression model of simple relation function point vs. effort and effort vs. duration instead of considering developer's productivity. But different project have need for different effort according to developer's productivity if the projects are same software size. Also, different duration takes according to developer's productivity if the projects require the same effort. Therefore, models that take into account of productivity have a limited application in actual development project. This paper presents models that can be estimate the duration according to productivity in order to compensate a shortcoming of the previous models. Propose model that could presume development period by various methods based on productivity and compared models' performance. As a result of performance comparison, an estimating model of development period from software size got simple and most good result. The model gives decision-making information of development duration to project management in the early stage of software life cycle.

인간과 의사소통 및 상호작용함에 있어 휴머노이드 로봇은 그 외형이 인간에게 친숙해야 할 뿐만 아니라 그 행동역시 인간과 유사해야 한다. 인간의 상체 동작과 유사한 동작은 인간과의 의사소통에 있어 매우 중요하다. 인간의 동작과 유사한 동작을 수학적인 식을 통하여 생성해 내기는 매우 힘들다. 수학적 모델을 개발하려는 노력과는 달리 최근에는 모션캡쳐 장비로부터 동작데이터를 획득하고, 그 데이터를 휴머노이드 로봇에 입력하는 연구가 진행되어왔다. 하지만, 로봇과 인간이 의사소통함에 있어서 필요한 모든 데이터를 모션캡쳐 장비로 획득하여 저장해 놓기는 불가능 하다. 또한, 동작을 통하여 의미를 전달하는 의사소통의 경우에 상대방과 분위기에 따라 동작의 방향이나 크기를 달리할 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 의미가 있는 동작을 모션캡쳐 장비로부터 획득하고, 휴머노이드 로봇에 맞게 변환한 다음, 그 데이터를 상황에 맞게 실시간으로 변형하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 몇가지 동작에 적용하여 그 실효성을 검정하였다.

This study attempted to explore the experience of patients' having hypertension and diabetes participation in health care. 11 chronic patients who regularly visited community health centers for more than a year participated in this study. The data was collected through individual interviews and analyzed by thematic analysis method. As a result, 6 sub-themes and 3 themes derived from the data. The themes were 'Trying to utilize short consultation time efficiently', 'Answering within narrow limits to healthcare provider', 'Being lack of continuous motivation for health care'. The result showed the need for nurses to provide accurate and sufficient health information and motivate patients in supportive manner to encourage chronic patients' participation in health care.

In this study, we set the occupational satisfaction and communication ability of clinical dental hygienists as the main variables, and investigated the factors that affect communication within the organization to improve the work of dental hygienists. Self-reporting questionnaires were administered to 200 dental hygienists working in dental hospitals and dental clinics in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from May 18, 2019 to June 12, 2019. We analyzed the data with Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The significance level was set at 0.05. Research results: Job satisfaction (r=0.193, p<0.05) and communication ability (r=0.404, p<.001) showed a significant positive correlation with intra-organizational communication, and individual communication ability (β=0.461, P<.001), which was found to have a significant effect on communication within this organization. Therefore, in order to improve the communication skills of dental hygienists, they should be proud of their work as professionals, enhance their job satisfaction, and be able to have a clear expression of their own intentions and effective dialogue. Efforts should be made to provide opportunities such as opening related lectures during internal education and maintenance education.

The purpose of this study is to identify career decision-making types of college students majoring in beauty, and to improve career preparation behaviors by analyzing their effects on career preparation behaviors and major satisfaction. It was conducted from November 1 to 30, 2021, and a total of 485 questionnaires were used as analysis data. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed as research methods. As a result of the study, first, the type of career decision-making showed a positive (+) correlation between career preparation behavior and major satisfaction, indicating that it was statistically significant. Second, rational career decision-making style was correlated with dependence and intuitive style. As the career preparation behavior, the career preparation behavior of time effort, ability activity, and information collection, and the satisfaction of the major showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation in class satisfaction and subject satisfaction. Third, among career decision-making types, rational and dependent types were found to have a statistically significant effect on ability activity, which is a sub-factor of career preparation behavior.
