본 연구에서는 원형 박판 구조물의 안정성에 대하여 해석 하였다. 임계하중은 하중을 점차적으로 증가하여 구조물이 파괴가 발생하여 안정성을 상실 하는 상태에서 가장 작은 하중을 의미한다. 판구조의 안정성을 임계하중의 크기로 기초를 두고 해석 하였다. 원형 박판구조의 차분해석은 일반 판구조와 같으므로 최근에 많은 연구의 대상이 되어왔다. 차분법은 복잡한 구조물에서도 물론, 다양한 경계조건을 포함하는 문제에 이르기까지 효과적인 수치방법이다. 본 연구에서는 기본 박판구조의 지배방정식을 유도하고 차분화 하여 직접적으로 접근하였다. 원 둘레 의 지점이 힌지 받침으로, 등분포 하중을 받고 있는 박판을 기하학적 비선형 해석으로 수행하여 원형 박판의 처짐 및 응력을 해석 하였다.

건강검진에서 혈압, 혈당과 더불어 빠지지 않는 항목이 바로 간 수치다. 흔히 간 수치가 높다 낮다 등으로 표현하는데, 정확한 의미를 아는 사람은 많지 않다. 간 수차(간 효소 수치)는 간이 얼마나 튼튼한지를 나타내는 척도다. 이 같은 간 수치를 알아보는 간 기능 검사는 1차적으로는 소변을 받고 혈액을 뽑으면 된다. 따라서 검사 전 금식은 필수다. 만약 1차 검사에서 이상이 발견되면 2차 혈액 검사를 진행하거나 종양표지자, 복부초음파, CT, MRI, 복강경, 복부혈관조영 등 다양한 방법으로 심층적인 검시를 진행한다. 간은 2/3가 손상돼도 정상기능을 유지하는 반면, 기능을 상실하기 전까지 이렇다 할 증상이 없어 질환을 알아차리기가 쉽지 않다. 그래서 간을 '침묵의 장기'라는 고약한 별칭이 따라붙는 이유다. 간 기능 검사를 통해 수시로 점검하는 길만이 최선이다.

One of the main issues of government is the development of local areas which have been neglected while major capital was invested on Seoul and its satellite cities. Korean Ministry of Construction and Highway and other government departments are currently working together (or the balanced development of the local areas. Localization which is the balanced development of the Capital and local areas, can be achieved through the balanced development of local industry and technology. It is required to have a strategic approach to the construction technology improvement that is localized and eventually contributes the localization efforts. Construction technology that is associated with the local characteristics is the key factor of the balanced national development. This study includes defining the 'localization' through the investigation of national and international localization examples. Construction technology that reflects the local characteristics is studied in this paper. Local characteristics are identified by (1) surveying 'construction technology demand'; (2) measuring construction technology capability, and (3) studying on government regulation changes. 1'he results provide the fundamental Information for the development of the local construction technology.

The purpose of this study was to search stigma experiences of family members who take care of their mental illness patients. Participants consist of three parents, one child, one brother of mental illness patient. The period to collect data was from June to October 2010. We collected the data through depth interview with participants and observance of them. The data was analyzed using phenomenal analysis suggested by Giorgi. As a result, meaningful technologies abstracted from original data were 217, and based on these we induced 26 themes by grouping them with more abstract and integrated language and seven central meanings were induced herein again. Seven central meanings are about stigma of family members of mental illness patients and they are as follows: 'Improper dealing, loss of relationship with surrounding persons, oneself cannot be revealed, conflict with others, unbearable sympathy, incapacity of oneself, buck-passing of oneself'. This study could be a scientific base data to the development of efficient nursing intervention and to understand the pains of mental illness patients and their family members who inevitably have to be separated from the society by recognizing the meaning of stigma to them.

The paper analyzed the metaphoric expressions appeared in whose cinematic quality has been subjectively recognized on the global stage by winning the Oscar for Best Animated Short Film. Many contents and visual effects of the film were expressed with metaphor. Story and sequence were analyzed through the language system-based 'Conceptual Metaphor Analysis Framework'. In addition, characters have been analyzed through the 'Visual Metaphor Analysis Framework'. The framework is to analyze visual dimensions which are derived when concepts are structuredin animation. This paper has attempted to investigate and reveal patterns how animation self-organizes or how animation self-realizes through linguistic objectives. That is, it is to reveal how animation communicates with the audience from the metaphoric perspective among many conventional ones. In an animated film, metaphor is a fundamental means to connect fragmented images, produce a holistic view and therefore induce creative communication with the audience. The essential motive of metaphor which is expressed in various styles in is modern people's feeling of loss and sense of missing something. Train, bottle top, food, lost-and-found center, in-between space and lost items have significance across the movie. According to an analysis, metaphor offers simplicity and freshness as an aesthetic function. In addition, the metaphor expresses lengthy contents and various meanings implicitly, delivering an economic function. With a creative function, metaphor is a tool to generate new meanings. In other words, an animated film is a medium to inspire and move the general public as a means of communication and thinking, not just an entertainment for young generations. After all, metaphoric expressions have been used to deliver diverse and deep meanings in animated films.

This article attempts to correct errors in five words related to Shiji (The Grand Scribe's Records) Liezhuan (A Series of Biographies), which are presented in the Great Chinese-Korean Dictionary. The author analyses the problems with meaning interpretations of three words and additional meaning interpretations of two words. The main points of the study are presented in the following. First, in relation to the error correction in meaning interpretation, this study finds out that the explanations of "jiayu," "jiaochi," and "guancai" in the Great Chinese-Korean Dictionary are incorrect. Most of the cases include plausible interpretations of the words that are likely to cause readers to be confused with the meanings. Each of the words should be interpreted as "lend${\rightarrow}$give," "arrangement${\rightarrow}$new decoration, ornamentation, or embellishment after removing old one," and "accept something carefully or accept something after inspection${\rightarrow}$look over carefully or search for something." Second, as for the supplementary correction, this study points out that the explanations of "xiaoshi" and "shennian" are not sufficient. The following meanings for each word should be added, including "display skills" and " be trapped inside one's own mind." Furthermore, when comparing with the different translation versions by scholars at home and abroad, we can come to a following conclusion. The interpretations made by Zheng, Fan-Zhen are the most accurate for the "jiayu" item. With respect to the "jiaochi" item, the interpretations given by Piao, Yi- Feng; Wang, Li-Qi; Yang, Zhong-Xian; and Hao, Zhi-Da are relatively appropriate. The "guancai" item is adequately interpreted by Piao, Yi-Feng and Wang, Li-Qi. In the meaning interpretation of the "xiaoshi," Jin, Yuan- Zhong gave correct explanations. In addition, it is considered that Wang, Zhong provided the most ideal translations for the item "shennian."

The image as a media has changed consistently since it was first introduced. According to these changes, the image has been reproduced in different fields and contexts. Thus, the paradigm on the production and the consumption of the image has been changed and recycled rapidly. The relation between the production and the consumption of the image also has changed accordingly, allowing quite ambiguous distinction between the producer and the consumer. The transformation through the transfer of the image among different fields opens up a new potential that these reproduced images could be used as an aesthetically expressive tool, rather than merely leaving images to remain royal to its original function as a sign. The thesis is to explore the potential that the topographical lines have beyond its function as a sign age. During the reproduction of the image, the process actively invites the spectator or the consumer to participate in the formation of the image, which promotes a new relation between the producer and the consumer. Instead, the process encourages the consumers to be active producers as well. As a result, the topographical lines do not merely remain as a sign that demarcates the height of the topography, and new images are constantly reproduced from the active participants. This project questions the fixed idea on the sign as a communicative tool, and suggests a new potential for the sign, especially, the topographical lines.

영광 3/4호기 mid-loop 운전중 잔열제거(RHR) 기능 상실사고시 열수력적 현상을 최적 전산코드인 CATHARE2를 이용하여 해석하였다. 이러한 사고시 열수력적 현상은 일,이차측 냉각재 방출유로와 계통내 비응축성 가스의 거동에 의해 크게 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 2개의 경우를 모의하였는데, 하나는 계통내 방출유로가 있는 경우이며 다른 하나는 방출유로가 없는 경우를 계산하였다. 이 때 사용된 가정은 다음과 같다. (가) 계통은 부분충수 운전 상태로 상부에 비응축성 가스나 증기로 가득 차 있다. (나) 증기발생기는 1대만이 이용 가능하고 이차측은 습식보관 상태이며, 보조급수는 공급되지 않고 이차측 압력은 대기압 상태이다 (다) 사고는 원자로 정지후 2일후 발생한다. 이와같은 조건하에서 사고시 계통 최대압력은 방출유로가 있는 경우 사고후 6,000 초에 0.27 MPa이며, 방출유로를 통한 유량은 총 2.4 kg/s이다. 이 방출유량을 외삽하여 계통수위가 고온관 바닦까지 도달하는데 걸린 시간은 사고후 약 5.67시간이다. 증기발생기 U-튜브를 통한 열전달에 의해 이차측 증기 발생으로 이차측 수위가 하락하면 증기발생기 reflux cooling은 제한을 받을 수 있다. 이 경우 이차측 수위가 U-튜브의 active 영역 상부까지 도달하는데 걸리는 시간은 사고후 약 10시간으로 계산되었다. 그러므로 이 경우 보조급수 공급 여유시간보다 노심 노출시간이 더 빨리 도달하여 노심을 손상시킨다. 사고시 수위지시계는 계통감압에 큰 영향을 주지 못하기 때문에 가능한 빨리 닫아 계통 inventory를 유지하는 것이 이차측 보조급수공급보다 우선한다.합한 설계방안으로 분석되었다.크다는 단점이 있다.TEX>$_2$O$_3$ 흡착제 제조시 TiO$_2$ 함량에 따른 Co$^{2＋}$ 흡착량과 25$0^{\circ}C$의 고온에서 ZrO$_2$와 $Al_2$O$_3$의 표면에 생성된 코발트 화합물을 XPS와 EPMA로 부터 확인하였다.인을 명시적으로 설명할 수 있다. 둘째, 오류의 시발점을 정확히 포착하여 동기가 분명한 수정대책을 강구할 수 있다. 셋째, 음운 과 정의 분석 모델은 새로운 언어 학습시에 관련된 언어 상호간의 구조적 마찰을 설명해 줄 수 있다. 넷째, 불규칙적이며 종잡기 힘들고 단편적인 것으로만 보이던 중간언어도 일정한 체계 속에서 변화한다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 종전의 오류 분석에서는 지나치게 모국어의 영향만 강조하고 다른 요인들에 대해서는 다분히 추상적인 언급으로 끝났지만 이 분석을 통 해서 배경어, 목표어, 특히 중간규칙의 역할이 괄목할 만한 것임을 가시적으로 관찰할 수 있 다. 이와 같은 오류분석 방법은 학습자의 모국어 및 관련 외국어의 음운규칙만 알면 어느 학습대상 외국어에라도 적용할 수 있는 보편성을 지니는 것으로 사료된다.없다. 그렇다면 겹의문사를 [-wh]의리를 지 닌 의문사의 병렬로 분석할 수 없다. 예를 들어 누구누구를 [주구-이-ν가] [누구누구-이- ν가]로부터 생성되었다고 볼 수 없다. 그러므로 [-wh] 겹의문사는 복수 의미를 지닐 수 없 다. 그러면 단수 의미는 어떻게 생성되는가\

DNA methylation is involved in tissue-specific gene control and essential for normal embryo development Octamer-binding transcription factor 4 (Oct-4) is one of the most important transcription factors for early differentiation. This study was performed whether the bovine Oct-4 is tissue specific or developmental dependent epigenetic mark, we investigated transcripts and the methylation status of CpGs of 5'-promoter region of Oct-4 in bovine preimplantation embryos. Oct-4 transcripts were highly detected in morula and blastocyst, while they were present low levels in sperm and 2- to 8-cell stage embryos. These results suggest that de novo expression of Oct-4 initiates at morula stage of embryogenesis. Here we determined that there is a tissue-dependent differentially methylated region (T-DMR) in the 5'-promoter region of Oct-4. The methylation status of the Oct-4 T-DMR was distinctively different in the oocyte from that in the sperm and adult somatic tissues and changed from zygote to blastocyst stage, suggesting that active methylation and demethylation occur during preimplantation development. Based on these results, the 5'-promoter region of Oct-4 gene is target for DNA methylation and the methylation status changes variously during embryonic development in bovine.

A tooth impaction means a state that a tooth does not erupt out of oral mucosa or alveolar bone for many reasons. The reasons for an impaction of the Maxillary central incisor are an odontoma, supernumerary tooth, space loss, prolonged remaining or early loss of a preceding deciduous tooth, abnormalities of crown or root caused by trauma of a deciduous tooth and an ectopic position of a tooth germ. In the case of the impacted maxillary incisor, a rapid mesial movement of a lateral incisor leads a space loss and a midline deviation can be happened. Furthermore, it can cause a cyst. When we treated a patient with an impacted central incisor early, we could see a better prognosis. It means an early diagnosis and an exact treatment are very important. Generally if the impaction is not severe or it is caused by a keratinized covering tissue, a surgical exposure can induce an eruption easily but an orthodontic force is recommended when an eruption does not happen after a surgical method, when the eruption path is too transpositioned to be corrected spontaneously and when an impacted tooth is located so deeply. In the treatment using an orthodontic force, careful considerations about a root length, pulp, and a periodontal tissue can improve the periodontal and esthetic prognosis for the long follow-up results. This case is using an orthodontic traction following a periodic observation and in no expectation of spontaneous eruption. After treatment of this case, I have got some knowledges, so I report this case.
