최근 연안 활동자의 사고율이 높아짐에 따라 구명조끼의 의무 착용에 대한 논의가 되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 국내외 구명조끼 착용 배경 및 동향을 살펴보고 현재 생산되고 있는 구명조끼의 종류 및 부력시험에 대해 분석하였다. 구명조끼 착용 여부에 따른 생존율과 해외에서의 사례인 영국 등을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 구명조끼의 착용의 의무화가 연안 해역 활동자의 안전를 제고하는데 역할을 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, Policy-based QoS in 3GPP service network management techniques are not applied to the DiffServ technology is applied to the first interpretation. The next PBNM and DiffServ associated technologies by applying QoS performance improvement is verified. In this case that PBNM and DiffServ technology is applied, the amount of voice traffic reduced about 1 msec while best-effort traffic occurs 75 percent of the output link capacity. Also, video traffic which is the same as data traffic showed a decreased $0\sim10^{-4}$ packet loss rate than the case that DiffServ technology is applied. We apply the appropriate policy PBNM and DiffServ QoS mechanisms of the existing set of policies is not affected, just by using the appropriate 3GPP Service QoS level to suit the network operation, management can do that was found. This analytical method based on the University of California at Berkeley through NS-2 DiffServ technology into existing systems and next-generation networks mandated PBNM and DiffServ technology is applied to performance evaluation for the case.

IMO has made AIS and VHF mandatory for international sailing vessels through SOLAS, and korea if mandating specific vessels through the law for safety of vessels and the ship installation technology standards. However, due to various communication equipments and complicated usage method, malfunction occurs, and the response delay to the actual structure signal often causes human accidents. So recently, as a part of GMDSS modernization, maritime communication devices are attempting to interwork and integrate different types of marine communication system in order to construct a next generation maritime communication system. In this paper, we describe a technique to implement the DSC function by interlocking and integrating the AIS device and VHF. We will present the basis for achieving domestic technical standards and standardization through the linking algorithm of the data that can extract the ship information from AIS and utilize it the DSC function of VHF.

The obligation of web accessibility in public center, education center, medical center and rehabilitation center started from 2009 has plan to adapt it to a corporation and culture and art until 2015 by stages. This study analysed in the aspect of statistics how well the domestic broadcasting system follows web accessibility which was evaluated by six automatic checking guidelines provided in KWA-H 4.3 automatic evaluation device. With Kruskal-Wallis' test result of nonparametric analysis, an item of basic language statement seemed to be highly followed(p=0.041) with broadcasting system> internet newspaper> the daily press> sports newspaper in order. An item of label offering was followed(p=0.015) with sports newspaper> broadcasting system> the daily press> internet newspaper in order.

Information technology have led to change the automation of large industrial control system as well as business system and environments. Industrial control system(ICS) is vital components of most nation's critical infrastructures such as electricity, natural gas, water, waste treatment, transportation and communication that are based of national security, safety of citizen and development of national economy According to the change of business environment, organizational management pushed integration all of the system include MIS and ICS. This situation led to use standard information technologies for ICS, this transition has been to expose ICS to the same vulnerabilities and threats that plague business system. Recently government obliged owners of the public information system to audit for safety, efficiency and effectiveness, and also obliged the owners of national infrastructure to improve their system security as a result of vulnerability analysis. But there doesn't prepare a security architecture and information security auditing framework of ICS fur auditing. In this paper, I suggested the security architecture and information security auditing framework for ICS in order to prepare the base of industrial system security auditing.

This study was conducted to evaluate the association between knowledge of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), perception of infection control and practice of infection control among dental hygienists. The questionnaires consisted of 9 demographic questions, 10 questions about COVID-19 knowledge, and 36 questions about perception and practice of infection control. The study analyzed 120 participants' data gathered from May 1 to May 31, 2021. For data analysis, T-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation were used. As a result, COVID-19 knowledge was 6.59 out of 10, the perception of infection control was 3.57 out of 4 and the practice of infection control was 3.55 out of 4. The COVID-19 knowledge(r=0.485) and perception of infection control(r=0.614) were significantly positively related to practice of infection control. To improve the practice of infection control in the dental field, education of infection control should be mandatory for dental hygienists. Also, the practice of infection control following "Dental Infection Control Standard Policy & Procedure" must be mandatory.

In roadside workplaces, more attention should be paid to the safety of workers. The roadside workers underestimate the effect of the brightness of their clothes and judge that drivers will recognize them easily, and the drivers misjudge that the roadside workers are far away and that the vehicle can be stopped in sufficient time. Therefore, customized safety education reflecting this and wearing work clothes with certified visibility functions are required. In Korea, it is not compulsory for roadside workers and vehicle guide attendants to wear work clothes with a visibility function. In this study, the distance ahead perceived by drivers was measured using manikins wearing certified and non-certified reflective safety vests. The perception distance of the non-certified reflective safety vest was 1.4 times longer than that of the certified reflective safety vest, thus confirming the importance of wearing a certified reflective safety vest. To prevent roadside workers from suffering traffic accidents, we propose the enactment of a law that makes it mandatory for them to wear high-visibility safety clothing. Specifically, Article 32 of the Enforcement Regulation of the Road Traffic Act should include high-visibility safety clothing in life protection equipment, and additionally, to prevent secondary accidents, we propose the enactment of a law requiring the installation and wearing of certified reflective safety vests in vehicles.

RPS (Renewable Portfolio Standards) is a policy tool to disseminate renewable energies through market mechanism. RPS promotes renewable power generation by obligating electricity market participants to deliver the required amount of electricity from renewable energies. To promote and encourage renewable energies, Korean government is considering to introduce RPS to domestic market in the near future. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the definition and market mechanism of RPS and to review key considerations in its design. In conclusion, we recommend some prerequisite in its introduction to Korea.

산업현장의 안전을 이룩하는데 화재 및 폭발 사고의 방지는 매우 중요하다. 또한 우리 제품의 수출활성화를 위해서도 국제적으로 표준화되고 인정받는 방폭전기기기의 규격 및 성능보장이 필수적인 요건으로 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 정부차원에서도 본격적으로 법규를 개정하고 관련규격을 제정하는 등의 제도적 뒷받침을 시작하였으며, 그 일환으로서 폭발위험지역에서의 방폭형 전기기기의 사용을 의무화하고 이들 기기의 성능검정을 실시하게 되었다. 그러나 우리나라의 전기기기 방폭기술은 아직 초기단계에 있는 만큼 관련업체, 성능 검정기관 및 정부기관의 적극적인 설비투자와 학계 및 연구기관 등의 적극적이고 지속적인 연구개발을 통하여 이를 본격적인 궤도에 올려 놓아야 할 것이다. 최근 매스콤의 잦은 보도를 통하여 알 수 있듯이 재산에 막대한 손실을 가져오므로 철저한 사전 대비에 의하여 예방토록 하여야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 위험지역에서 사용하는 전기기기의 방폭화는 필수적이다.
