2010년 민간 기업의 1,000 MW 규모 석탄 화력 발전소가 전력수급 기본계획에 최초로 반영된 이래로 이들이 해결해야 하는 가장 큰 난제는 RPS 제도 도입과 그에 따른 REC 공급의무이다. 만약 민간 석탄 발전소들이 REC 공급의무를 불이행하게 된다면, 막대한 과징금이 부과되기 때문에 이들의 전력생산 비용함수는 이를 반영하여 수정되어야 한다. 더 나아가 REC 공급의무는 발전량에 따라 결정되기 때문에, 민간 발전사업자가 자신의 REC 공급의무 이행능력이 부족하다고 판단할 경우 자체적으로 발전량을 감축하여 과징금을 낮추는 전략을 선택할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 RPS 제도 도입에 따른 민간 석탄 발전소의 비용함수 변화와 이윤(수익) 극대화를 위하여 발전량을 감소시키는 메커니즘을 분석하였다.

포장폐기물과 플라스틱 폐기물의 발생을 줄이기 위하여 포장재의 재질·구조 등에 관한 기준 및 재활용 용이성 평가 기준에 색상 및 무게 기준 항목을 추가하고, 1회용품의 사용 억제 및 무상제공금지 의무가 적용되는 대상 업종으로 객실이 50실 이상인 숙박업을 추가하며, 전자상거래 또는 무인정보단말기를 통하여 음식물을 제공·판매·배달하는 경우에는 고객이 1회용품 사용 여부를 선택할 수 있도록 의무화하는 한편, 재생원료의 사용을 촉진하기 위하여 재생원료를 일정 비율 이상으로 사용한 제품·용기의 제조자 등이 그 사용비율을 표시할 수 있도록 하고, 지방자치단체의 장은 재생원료 사용 제품·용기의 구매를 우선 검토하도록 노력하여야 하며, 재활용부과금의 납부와 관련하여 징수유예 및 분할납부, 납부기한 전 징수, 납부의무의 승계 등에 대한 근거를 신설하는 등 현행 제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선·보완한다.

Information Security Check System was Introduced in 2004, higher than in 2013, the effectiveness of Information Security Management System(ISMS) certification scheme was to unification. This is incident to the Internet affecting people's lives telecommunications service provider to target accountability because, considering the subject's duty selection criteria need to be clarified. however, Obligations under the current legislation, subject selection criteria applying the law itself is ambiguous, the result being a significant problem. Moreover, the regulatory system of certification systems subjects, although selection criteria should be clear and objectively not the obligation not to distrust the system itself and the subject was raised many issues for you. In this study, with SMART Technic in order to improve this certification you can easily determine whether a medical person authorized to develop a model for selection of medical subjects, The developed model is verified through empirical ways to improve the system by presenting the system to help, to secure the effectiveness.

It is widely recognised that the safety-belt is one of the most important and effective vehicle safety features. Nevertheless, actual safety-belt wearing rates are low in Korea, especially rear seats. In Korea, rear seat safety-belt use can be as low as 20%. Consolidating fitment of Safety Belt Reminder(SBR) is one of means to improve belt wearing rates. In this paper, we use the effect of wearing seat belt model as Evans(1991) model. As a key parameter, intial wearing seat belt rates is studied and final wearing seat belt rates is used as scenario related a human compliance variables. In this study, benefit analysis is performed when the effective SBR is made mandatory for all passenger car seat. According to study results, when the fitment of SBR is made mandatory for all passenger car seats in Korea, 119 lives are expected to be saved annually with a 90% observance rate of the SBR. In the same condition, benefit-cost ratio will be 1.84.

정보시스템 감리의 의무화와 감리수요의 증가에 따라 정보시스템 감리의 품질과 감리의 준거성 객관성 신뢰성 확보 및 향상이 대두되고 있으나, 현행 정보시스템 감리는 감리원의 경험 및 기술력, 그리고 주관적인 판단에 의존하는 바가 크며, 감리 이해 관계자로부터 감리결과에 대한 객관성 및 신뢰성에 대한 불신감을 초래하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 감리평가의 정량화 모델을 제시함으로써 정보시스템 감리의 준거성 객관성 신뢰성의 확보 및 향상을 통하여 전반적으로 감리의 품질향상에 기여하고자 하였다.
