Many hospitals introduce the electronic medical record systems (EMRS) to implement a digital type of hospital. However, there are various problems in managing and preserving medical records. Systems, such as OCS, PACS, and EMR, are independently operated without formal standards related to medical records management. To manage medical records effectively, distributed medical records including paperand electronic-type should be managed in an integrated manner. With its analysis of the current status in the management of medical records of J University Hospital, this study proposes methods to solve the problems extracted from the results of the analysis, and a management model for an integrated medical records management based on the process of records management of ISO 15489.

Today, apartment houses account for a very high proportion of the types of residence. This study aims to present basic data for preparing a reasonable distribution plan by identifying factors considered in calculating the amount of collection of management fees. After reviewing previous studies on common management fees and long-term repair allowances, various data on apartment houses subject to mandatory management in Busan in 2020 were collected from the Apartment Management Information System to analyze the differences in influencing factors according to type of apartment management(self-governing management, consignment management). As a result of statistical analysis, the number of households and many construction elapsed periods had a negative(-) effect on long-term repair allowances, and many construction elapsed periods had a negative(-) effect on common management fees. In addition, the degree to which many construction elapsed periods had a negative(-) effect on long-term repair allowances and common management fees had less impact on consignment management than on self-governing management. And the long-term repair allowances were imposed less by consignment management, common management fees were charged less by self-governing management. The results of this study will serve as basic data for rational distribution of long-term repair allowances and common management fees to residents and managers of apartment houses subject to mandatory management in Busan.

As the electronic medical records systems (EMRs) are introduced into the hospitals in Korea and the needs of chief stakehoders of medical records are changed, the environments related to creating and managing medical records has been changed dynamically. At this moment it might be meaningful to examine medical records based on records management principles rather than information management principles. The purpose of this paper is to apply the KS X ISO 1549 standards, which covers the principles of records management, to hospital medical records management and assess the current quality of medical records management, and define a few tasks of improvement for hospitals. To achieve this goal, this study has performed following activities: Firstly, principles that could be applied to medical records management were prepared for each record management steps described in the standards, such as capture, registration, classification, storage, access, trace and disposition, and 22 principles were selected from those 7 steps of the record management. Secondly, the Y hospital, which is affiliated with a medical school in Seoul, was chosen to evaluate the current situation regarding medical records management. The department head of the medical records management team in Y hospital was interviewed and the present status was evaluated according to each principle. Thirdly, tasks for improvement were suggested, in such stages as access, trace and disposition. With this study as a cornerstone, useful implications are expected to be gathered from future studies that apply standards for metadata of records, management systems for records, and record management systems to medical record management in hospitals.

기업환경에서 정보의 무결성은 중요한 보안 요구사항이다 의무분리 정책의 목적은 정보의 무결성을 필요로 하는 연산들을 여러 역할이나 사용자에게 분산시킴으로써 조직 내에서 관리하는 무결성 침해 가능성을 최소화하는 것이며 이것은 상업적 응용분야에서 중요하다. 전통적인 임의적 접근제어와 강제적 접근제어 정책의 대안인 역할 기반의 접근제어 기법은 응용에 따라 보호 객체들에 대한 접근을 역할들로 분류하여 단순한 권한 관리를 제공하며 의무분리 정책을 시행하기에 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 역할 기반의 접근제어에서 기존의 의무분리 안전성 조건의 취약성을 보완하여 응용 프로그램의 실행단위인 클래스에 기반한 개선된 동적 의무분리 기법을 제안하고 상호 배타적인 부트랜잭션들을 포함하고 있는 중첩-트랜잭션을 대상으로 이를 적용한다. 또한 여러 작업들이 동시에 실행되는 환경에서 감염된 트로이언 목마에 의해 발생될수 있는 정보의 유출 문제를 해결하고자 작업간 정보의 비밀성을 보장하는 동적의무분리 모델을 제시한다. 제안한 모델은 기존의 무결성 보장을 위해 제시되었던 Clark-Wilson 모델과 다른 의무분리 모델에 비해 관리가 용이하며, 동적으로 유지 관리되어야 하는 데이터의 양이 적고 객체 접근 확인 절차가 단순하여 구현방법이 용이한 장점이 있다 그리고 기존 의무분리 모델에서 고려되지 않은 병렬 수행 환경에서 작업 사이의 정보 유출 문제를 해결한다.

Information Security Check System was Introduced in 2004, higher than in 2013, the effectiveness of Information Security Management System(ISMS) certification scheme was to unification. This is incident to the Internet affecting people's lives telecommunications service provider to target accountability because, considering the subject's duty selection criteria need to be clarified. however, Obligations under the current legislation, subject selection criteria applying the law itself is ambiguous, the result being a significant problem. Moreover, the regulatory system of certification systems subjects, although selection criteria should be clear and objectively not the obligation not to distrust the system itself and the subject was raised many issues for you. In this study, with SMART Technic in order to improve this certification you can easily determine whether a medical person authorized to develop a model for selection of medical subjects, The developed model is verified through empirical ways to improve the system by presenting the system to help, to secure the effectiveness.

Korea's public institutions produce mandatory production records under the "Public Records Management Act" and submit statistics on production status to the National Archives of Korea every year. However, there is a difference between the actual status of compulsory records produced by local governments and the status statistics submitted to the Archives. Based on this, an improvement plan was proposed after identifying problems with the production management system of the production obligation records. In particular, the scope of the production obligation records is ambiguous, and the person in charge lacks an understanding of the specific scope. In addition, only certain work-oriented records are being produced. As such, the improvement plan shall clearly determine the target of the local government's production obligation records, and the person in charge of the affairs shall understand it and implement an ordinance on the production and management of the local government's production obligation records.

역할 기반의 접근제어 시스템은 응용에 따라 보호 객체들에 대한 접근을 역할들로 분류하여 정형 트랜잭션과 데이터의 무결성을 보장하는 의무분리의 원리로 정보를 처리하는 시스템으로 편리하고 단순한 권한 관리를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 기업 환경에 적합한 역할 기반의 접근제어 시스템에서 데이터베이스 내에 저장된 데이터에 대한 권한 없는 접근, 고의적인 파괴 및 변경을 야기하는 사고로부터 데이터베이스를 보호하기 위해 정보의 무결성 보장을 위한 의무분리의 원리를 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 원리를 기반으로 하여 적용 대상으로 상호 배타적인 부트랜잭션들을 포함하고 있는 중첩 트랜잭션을 생각해 보았으며, 여기에 동적 의무분리 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서 주체, 세션 기반에서 새롭게 해석하였다. 이 기법은 시스템 운영의 유연성을 향상시키고, 역할 관리를 단순화시키는 장점을 가진다. 또한 여러 트랜잭션들이 동시에 실행되는 환경하에 정보의 무결성 유지를 위해서 본 논문에서 제안한 의무분리 기법을 적용하였다. 이때 감염된 트로이언 목마에 의해 발생될 수 있는 정보의 유출문제를 해결하고자 의무분리를 위한 격자 구조를 설계하고 이를 바탕으로 해석하였다.

When the construction management method was introduced, there were arguments regarding the contractual responsibility of the construction manager. Accordingly, the provisions on damage compensation in the Construction Technology Management Act were revised in 2002, and the obligatory duty of care of a good manager is now required by the Framework Act on the Construction Industry. Even though the construction manager has a responsibility of a consultant in the CM-for-fee contract, however, the Korean construction environment does not clearly specify the consultant's scope of responsibility. In this study, the theory about the duty of care, which is a consultant's responsibility among the expert's responsibilities, was arranged. Based on the responsibilities of experts such as lawyers, the duties of care of a good manager of the construction manager were presented to provide the foundation for establishing the construction manager's responsibilities. To verify the resulting items, interviews with experts were performed to assess their importance levels.

현행 바코드 표시는 의무화되어 있으나 그에 따른 바코드 사후관리가 미흡하고 활용률이 저조하여 의약품 관련 정보화시스템이 기관마다 개별적으로 추진되고 있다. 복건복지부는 의약품 표준코드 수립 및 정보공유의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 의약품표준코드를 도입, 의약품정보지식화 기반을 마련하고 의약품의 바코드 표시대상 확대, 전문.지정의약품의 "GS1-128(구EAN/UCC-128) 코드"사용 의무화 및 바코드 관리기관 변경 등을 통해 바코드 활용을 활성화하고 그 밖에 현행 제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선.보완하기 위해 의약품바코드 표시 및 관리요령을 일부개정,고시했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

In the 1990s, the Korean government enacted the Act on the Management of Records in Public Institutions to produce and register records. Since then, through the revision of the act in 2006, it was wholly amended into the "Public Records Management Act," which presented significant changes with regard to the functions and roles from the former act. According to the new act, there are 17 metropolitan governments subject to the legal obligation of a local archive installation, but most of them are not planning for the establishment of local archives except Seoul and Gyeongsangnam-do in 2018. Therefore, this study surveyed 12 among the 14 record centers, which are the institutes that Daegu local archive will have managed, The current status of records management was analyzed, and records more than 30 years in the institutes were investigated.
