The cost of advanced medical technologies is commonly considered to be a major factor in the overall escalation of expenditures on health. The use of computed tomography (CT) scanning has increased dramatically over the past decade. CT has been rapidly adopted, despite their high cost. The aim of this study is to analysis the increasing factor of the frequency of the CT, using the decision tree model. Finally, we propose the effective policy option of diagnostic imaging technology in Korea.

This research was conducted to provide an improvement plan concerning medical treatment on board and medical health care conditions for seafarers. 139 persons from government agencies and seafarer related organizations, who could influence the government's seafarers healthcare policy-making, were asked to fill in the questionnaire prepared for this research about their perceptive views on actual condition of health and disease management for seafarers. The results of the survey on seafarer's health care management conditions(p<0.01), health care manage ability(p<0.01), current radio emergency medical service policy(p<0.01), usefulness of on board medicine chest and medical equipment(p<0.05), and the system of the onboard medical care persons show the difference of perception level among the seafarer related organizations. But generally, the rate of negative responses was high. And this research suggests that there is an urgent need to provide portable health measurement equipment on board, reenforce regular medical examination and establish the seafarer's health promotion center for telemedicine and healthcare management(p<0.01) in order to improve the onboard medical treatment support system for healthcare of seafarers.

의료 기관에서 정확한 진단하기 위해 아날로그 시스템인 Film System보다 Digital System을 선호하고, 장비의 설치 또한 Digital System으로 많이 보급이 되고 있다. 장비가 많이 보급이 되었지만 현재 장비에 대한 안전관리나 품질관리는 미흡하다고 할 수 있다.이에 본 연구는 Digital System의 품질관리의 중요성을 알리고, 품질관리의 항목을 설정하여, 기준 값을 제시하고자 3개월 동안 SNR, MTF, DQE를 측정한 결과 다음과 같이 나타났다. 1달은 SNR 4.02, MTF 50% 4.6lp/mm, DQE는1.4로 측정이 되었다. 3주후 SNR은 3.55, MTF 50% 3.0lp/mm, DQE는 0.7로 나타났다. 3개월 뒤 SNR은 3.45, MTF 50% 2.1lp/mm, DQE는 0.5로 나타났다. 시간이 지나갈수록 영상의 디지털영상의 물리적 평가들이 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. 시간이 지나감에 따라 의료영상이 저하됨에 따라 안전관리 뿐만 아니라 영상의 품질관리도 같이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

1895년 독일 과학자 Wilhelm Roentgen 박사가 X-ray를 발견하고 미국의 Herman Carr가 MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)의 기본 원리를 개발하여 발표한 이후 전자기장을 이용한 비침습적 의료영상 이미지 시스템은 놀라운 발전을 계속하여 왔다. 하지만, X-ray, CT(Computed Tomography), PET(Positron Emission Tomography)의 경우는 방사능의 사용과 조영제의 독성이라는 문제로 인하여 안전성에 대한 계속적인 문제를 야기해왔고 상대적으로 안전성이 입증된 MRI의 경우는 장비 자체 및 운용비가 일반화되기에는 고가여서 우리나라를 포함한 선진국에서도 아주 제한적으로 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 세계적으로도 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 안전하면서도 상대적으로 저렴한 비용으로 운용이 가능한 의료영상장비를 개발하기 위하여 많은 노력들이 경주되고 있어 관련 연구동향 및 산업화 동향을 소개하고자 한다.

최근 IT, BT, NT 등의 융합과 각 분야에서의 혁신적인 기술 발전은 건강하고 윤택한 삶에 대한 욕구와 부합하면서 의료 서비스 분야에서도 의료 장비 및 의료정보시스템, 의료 비즈니스 애플리케이션 등 관련 기술이 더욱 다양화되고 고도화되는 양상을 띄게되었다. 그러나, 기술 대부분이 국가간, 심지어 동일 국가, 지역 내에서도 서로 다른 의료 기관이나 관련 업체간 긴밀한 상호 작용 없이 산발적, 독립적으로 개발이 수행되고있어 통합 및 호환에 큰 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 이를 해결하기 위해 국내외적으로 의료정보 기술에 대한 표준화 움직임이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 의료정보 기술의 개념 및 기술 개발 현황과 국내외 관련 표준 기술 동향을 살펴본다. 특히, 최근 의료 데이터 보안 및 프라이버시 보호의 중요성이 인식됨에 따라 이슈화되고 있는 의료정보보호 표준화 기술에 대해 보다 상세히 살펴본다.

New system solves scheduling problem in medical services. The existing scheduling system by FCFS is for a hospital but new system expresses the condition of a hospital and the profit of separate system's parties by the automated negotiation. This system expresses user preference time as a priority number and is designed that the schedule is changed according to the priority number with a negotiation strategy for a patient. And a hospital makes a schedule according to the policy. The system supports customer satisfaction in medical services by considering not only equipment efficiency but also the patent waiting time unlike the existing system considering the idle time for a equipment.
