Research on the Medical Tourism Attributes by IPA (IPA를 이용한 의료관광선택속성 연구)

  • The objectives of this research are: to provide fundamental data for tourism policy and investigate medical tourism attributes by IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) to attract Japanese medical tourists to Korea. Utilizing Japanese medical tourists as subjects of inquiry, this study evaluated the importance of medical tourism selection attributes and the rate at which these attributes were performed. Consequently, this study deduced 'convenience, service quality, differentiation, approximation' factors by factor analysis as well as the ranking among each selection attributes using T-test. The importance-performance analysis showed 'Concentrate Here' in quadrant I, 'Keep up the Good Work' in quadrant II, 'Low Priority' in quadrant III and 'Possible Overkill' in quadrant IV. The results show that "Concentrate Here" part in quadrant I is reservation procedure rapidity and information system simplicity. This means that these attributes are very important but they indicate low performance. Thus, concentration among tourism managers should be focused along these attributes. The study, then, suggests that employee who speaks Japanese fluently should be arranged during reservation procedure. Furthermore, Japanese class should become mandatory during basic employee training to improve reservation procedure rapidity. Moreover, clinic websites should concentrate on accessibility of Japanese users in such a way that they can consult their needs on line. Finally, managers should find diverse ways to bring about good service rapidly and conveniently.

  • The recent health care is growing rapidly want to receive offers users a variety of medical services, can be exploited easily exposed to a third party information on the role of the patient's hospital staff (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) depending on the patient clearly may have to be classified. In this paper, in order to ensure safe use by third parties in the health care environment, classify the attributes of patient information and patient privacy protection technique using hierarchical multi-property rights proposed to classify information according to the role of patient hospital officials The. Hospital patients and to prevent the proposed method is represented by a mathematical model, the information (the data consumer, time, sensor, an object, duty, and the delegation circumstances, and so on) the privacy attribute of a patient from being exploited illegally patient information from a third party the prevention of the leakage of the privacy information of the patient in synchronization with the attribute information between the parties.

  • As computer network and wireless technology continue to grow rapidly, a wide range of remote application has been applied to medical field such as remote medical consulting and remote patient monitoring. This research aims to design RF telecommunication-based healthcare application to collect and manage patient's physiological data, and describe the overall procedure of experiment. MySQL database is designed to record patient's physiological data including temperature, blood pressure and heart rate and save information about medical behaviors such as doctor's prescription for patients. Therefore, users approved by healthcare application can query patient's data and collected data can be used to reorganize data for clinical test. As a result, temperature and humidity of patient's room which must be checked frequently can be processed automatically through ubiquitous sensor network. The information entered from mobile phones or web is saved in database, ensuring systematical management through computer. Moreover, patient's family members can easily access hospital data, improving their experience with medical service.

A study on the effect of expected benefits and perceived risks on intention to use untact medical diagnosis and consultation services

  • The purpose of this study is to explain intention to use untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. We carried out the analysis of the survey data using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypotheses how the expected benefit variables and perceived risk variables of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services affect intention to use. According to the empirical analysis results, this study confirmed that quality of telemedicine service had a significant effects on perceived usefulness, Perceived Easy of Use. And accessibility had a significant effects on perceived easy of use, cost saving and expected benefits had a significant effects on use Intention of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. Performance risk and service risk had a significant effect on medical risk. And medical risk had a significant negative(-) effects on use Intention of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. This study has its meaning because it found out that it deals structurally and expansively with use intention of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services through positive and negative factors.

  • Healthcare approach in Western medicine and Korean Traditional Medicine (KTM) varies from its nature of human understanding and cultural differences. This fundamental difference in their approach of the human pathology has dualised and hindered common medical communication between the two fields of medicines. Within this current difficulty, the integrative medical service is said to become a novel method to provide the patients with the best medical care as their intent is to adapt and combine the advantages stated from the two different fields. This research paper shows the integrative approach of treating jaundice, where the symptoms of dampness and heat on Korean traditional standards are analyzed using statistical methods based on monitoring the blood test results. Therefore, we can explore an approach to diagnose and treat with comprehensive and integrative medicine algorithm.

가상과 현실

  • 인간은 누구나 지구상의 수십억 인구 중 하나의 구성원으로 살아가고 있으며, 그 현실은 자신의 마음대로 움직여주지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 그 활동반경 역시 제한적일 수 밖에 없다. 시간과 공간, 그리고 환경이라는 현실적 제약으로부터 탈피하기 위해 우리는 가상이라는 기술을 이용한다. 가상을 통해 우리는 원하는 대로 현실과 동떨어진 세계를 체험하는 흥미나 오락위주의 기술을 발전시켜 왔지만, 현실과 괴리, 게임 중독, 사회 부적응 등의 부작용을 가져왔다. 그러나, 최근 가상기술이 인간의 생활, 경제, 훈련, 교육, 의료, 국방 등에 다양하게 적용되면서 더 이상 가상기술이 현실과 독립적으로 떨어진 것이 아닌 현실과 혼합된 형태의 서비스로 변화해 왔다. 다시 말해 현실의 시공간적 제약을 가상으로만 해결하는 것이 아니라, 현실환경을 배경으로하는 서비스로 진화한 것이다. 가상쇼핑을 통해 실제물건을 구매하고, 가상드레스를 입어보고 맞춤형 의복을 만들어 내거나, 루부르박물관을 가상으로 투어하고, GPS를 이용하여 자신의 위치에서 가장 가까운 커피숍을 찾는 등 점차 가상기술이 현실로 침투해 오고 있다. 이제 보여야 믿는다 (seeing is believing)는 말은 구시대적 발상이 되었다. 보인다고 실제로 있는 것이 아니고, 안보인다고 진짜 없는 것도 아니다. 사람조차도 가상으로 만들어 실제의 사람들과 공존하는 세계를 보여준 "써로게이트"라는 영화가 아직은 먼 미래의 기술처럼 생각되겠지만, 이러한 혼합세계에 다가가기 위한 기술적 접근이 초보단계에서 이루어지고 있으며, 본 고에서는 이를 위한 가상현실 기반기술의 개발현황과 국가 정책방향에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

Investigating Major Topics Through the Analysis of Depression-related Facebook Group Posts (페이스북 그룹 게시물 분석을 통한 우울증 관련 주제에 대한 고찰)

  • The study aims to analyze the posts of depression-related Facebook groups to understand major topics discussed by group users. Specifically, the purpose of the study is to identify the topics and keywords of the posts to understand what users discuss about depression. Depression is a mental disorder that is somewhat sensitive in the online community, which is characterized by accessibility, openness and anonymity. The researchers have implemented a natural language-based data analysis framework that includes components ranging from Facebook data collection to the automated extraction of topics. Using the framework, we collected and analyzed 885 posts created in the past one year from the largest Facebook depression group. To derive more complete and accurate topics, we combined both automated and manual (e.g., stop words removal, topic size determination) methods. Results indicate that users discuss a variety of topics including depression in general, human relations, mood and feeling, depression symptoms, suicide, medical references, family and etc.

  • As cities become overcrowded and concentrated, the demand for public services continues to increase due to the improvement of the living standards of urban residents. Among them, fire service can be seen as one of the important public services by reducing damage caused by accidents in emergency situations and affecting the improvement of access to medical services for urban residents. Rapid movement of patients and medical institutions within golden time and proper first aid are essential elements in emergency situations, and Seoul is a super-large city with a large population of about 10 million people and has a large number of emergency medical patients. Therefore, this study used spatial regression analysis to examine the factors affecting the delay factors of emergency dispatch in Seoul to secure golden time, and derived management priorities, and suggested implications for the management of emergency vehicle dispatch delay factors. As a result of the main analysis, land-use characteristics were the most influential factor in emergency vehicle dispatch time, and land-use mixing, commercial area density, average patient age, and average road length were found to affect emergency vehicle dispatch time in order. This study can be used as important basic data for an accurate understanding of the delay factors for emergency dispatch and preparing countermeasures according to priorities.

  • In this paper, we propose an emergency call system which makes a call to an institution or a guardian when an urgent case occurs to a user based on the indoor location service. In addition, it establishes indoor location service infrastructure assuming welfare institutions and hospitals. The proposed system receives the sensor value from the device that is in the form of a clock on the wrist and determines the emergency situation and delivers emergency information to the terminal. The location terminal transmits location and emergency information to the server, and the server accesses the database and stores the data. This enables the caregiver to communicate with the server through the application, monitor the user's status, receive notifications, and respond to emergency situations by using the emergency call function. If the proposed system is applied to the fields requiring urgent action such as medical field and welfare field, it will provide more stable and prompt emergency service to users and carers.

의과대학생의 미래와 진로지도

  • 의사에게 있어 자신의 적성과 능력에 부합하는 세부 전공을 선택하는 것은 자신의 자아실현뿐만 아니라 환자들에게도 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이것은 의과대학생들의 전공 선택을 위해 의과대학 재학 중에 이루어지는 진로개발의 중요성을 시사한다. 이 글은 의과대학생 개개인의 적성과 소질에 따른 전공 선택을 어떻게 지도할 수 있는지 단계별 진로지도 전략에 대해 고찰하였다. 전공 선택 지도의 첫 번째 단계는 자기평가이다. 자기평가는 자신의 적성과 능력에 맞는 전공을 선택하기 위해 스스로에 대한 정보를 모으고 이해하는 과정이다. 두 번째는 전공탐색 단계이다. 이 단계는 자신의 적성과 능력에 부합할 가능성이 높은 전공과목에 대한 정보를 수집하는 것이다. 세 번째는 전공 선택 단계이다. 이 과정은 학생 스스로에 대한 자기평가 결과 및 전공에 대한 탐색 결과에 기초하여 자신이 어떤 분야에 더 적합한가에 대한 의사결정을 하는 과정이다. 전공 선택을 위한 접근 방법의 마지막은 전공 영역의 수련을 위해서 자신이 결정한 전공 선택을 이행하는 단계이다. 이 단계에서는 자신이 선택한 전공영역, 그리고 전공의 수련교육과정을 제공하는 교육기관에 응시원서를 제출하고, 면접을 실시하는 과정이 포함된다. 의과대학생들이 자신의 적성과 소질에 따른 전공 선택과 의과대학생 개개인의 선택의 문제를 넘어 의료 인력의 수급, 의료서비스의 질적인 수준과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 그러므로 의과대학은 대학의 책무성 수행차원에서 학생들의 가치관 확립과 진로지도를 위한 체계적인 학생 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하고 학생들을 적극적으로 지원해야 한다.
