In this study, a practical model for health information management education using the EMR education system at universities for nurturing health care information managers was studied. Currently, there is no practical training course for health care information management in the standards for evaluation and certification of health care information management education introduced to strengthen the job competency of health care information managers. Accordingly, the program was constructed so that the practice program suggested as an educational environment in the Health and Medical Information Management Education Evaluation and Certification Manual can be practiced in the EMR education system. In addition, a practical model that can be performed according to the on-site practice guidelines for health and medical information management for each program was studied. Using the health care information management education EMR system, master data management, patient registration, doctor prescription, medical cost calculation, health insurance claim management, form management, discharge registration, cancer registration, unrecorded management, health care data management, health care statistics, A practice model was studied so that practice on information protection/security management can be performed. It will be possible to play a role as a health care information management expert by raising the quality level of health care information management education through systematic and standardized health care information management practice courses at universities. Accordingly, it is necessary to cultivate health care information management experts who develop and manage medical services based on medical data analysis through practical training of health care information managers.

"Act on Remedies for Injuries from Medical Malpractive and Mediation of Medical Disputes)" has been enacted to solve medical dispute. In addition, mediation and arbitration procedures have started since April 8th, 2012 from the Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency. The average initiation rate of mediation for the past three years turned out to be 43%. Hereupon, Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency has created a solution for automatic initiation if relevant to particular conditions to improve initiation rate of mediation procedures and passed it through the Assembly plenary session in May, 2016 and promulgated on the 30th of the same month. However, even if mediation procedure initiation rate is increased, there is no guarantee for mediation establishment rate to be improved according to current law. If Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency intends to increase aforementioned value, automatic initiation is not the only solution. Instead, it seems to be a major assignment to identify fundamental reasons for why major health care facilities have not participated in it and to restore reliability on them. In addition, among crimes specified on the Article 268 of Criminal Act in the Article $51^*$ of "Act on Remedies for Injuries from Medical Malpractive and Mediation of Medical Disputes)", revision must be made so that the clause of clue and death by occupational or gross negligence is applied. Furthremore, it is suggested to supplement previously insufficient policies with the operation so that mediation procedures created by Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency are stably settled in the perspective of medical institutions including the establishment of new conditions for medical institutions founders or health and medical service personnel to claim the proxy payment for damage.

전자 의료기기는 이를 제어하는 의료용 소프트웨어의 발전과 더불어 성장해 왔으며 소프트웨어를 배제한 전자 의료기기는 생각하기 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 의료기기 내장형 소프트웨어는 인간의 생명과 직결되는 의료기기를 제어하는 소프트웨어이기 때문에 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질에 지대한 영향을 받게 되었다. 따라서, 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 통해 의료 서비스의 질적 수준을 제고할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 의료기기 내장형 소프트웨어를 시험하여 결과를 산출할 수 있는 시험모듈과 검사표를 개발하여 의료용 소프트웨어 시험에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

의료 정보 시스템은 많은 지식과 의료 인력과의 연계가 필요하기 때문에, 멀티 에이전트 시스템의 활용 영역으로 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 의료 정보 제공을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템인 MAMI(Multi-Agent system for Medical Image)의 에이전트 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현 대해 기술한다. MAMI는 여러 의료 정보 중 의료 영상을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템이다. MAMI의 가장 중요한 구성 요소로서는 에이전트 플랫폼을 들 수 있다. 에이전트 플랫폼은 에이전트들이 동작할 수 있는 물리적 기반을 제공해 준다. MAMI는 FIPA(foundation for Intelligent Physical Agent)가 제안하는 관리 모델을 따르고 있다. MAMI에서는 COM(Common Object Model)과 XML(Extensible Markup Language)로 인코딩된 ACL(Agent Communication Language)을 메시지 교환에 이용하고 있다. 의료 영역의 특성상 의사와 같은 의료 전문 인력과의 연계는 반드시 필요하다. MAMI는 이를 위해서 의료 인력을 하나의 에이전트로 개념화하여 시스템에 연결한다. MAMI의 에이전트 플랫폼은 소프트웨어 에이전트와 휴먼 에이전트들이 지식을 공유하기에 적합한 물리적 기반을 제 공해주어 지능형 의료 정보 서비스를 용이하게 해준다.

암치료는 금세기 의료영역에서 가장 큰 과제중의 하나이며, 우리 일상생활에서도 이를 피부로 느낄 수 있는 중요한 것이다. Hyperthermia system은 비단 암치료 뿐만 아니라 동상, 신경통 등 심재성 물리치료에도 좋은 효과를 가져오리라 본다. 2000년 까지는 암이 정복되리라고 예상들을 한다. 유전적인, 생화학적인 치료시스템 이외에도 이 hyperthermiz system은 중요한 역할을 하리라 믿는다. 한편, 의료 시스템의 많은 부분이 전기 전자적인 요소를 포함하고 있으므로 의료에 종사하는 사람들도 전기 전자공학자의 필요성을 점점 피부로 느끼어가고 있다. 비단 이 고주파 가온시스템 뿐만 아니라, 여러 의료장비에 관해서 우리가 조금만 신경을 써서 의학자들과 협조하여 연구를 할 수만 있다며는 좋은 의료시스템을 많이 개발할 수 있으리라 본다.

In this study, It developed a program to carry out the training courses for NCS based medical information management tasks and to can understand the practical working knowledge of learners. This program is an educational program that can generate medical information by analyzing data of medical records after generating and storing data of medical records. Because the contents of the medical records vary and there are quantitative differences in the medical records, the contents of the medical records can be summarized and stored in the discharge analysis program for the standard of educational data. The medical terminology DB, medical terminology related DB, medical care related DB by the NCS ability unit element can be constructed and managed using the program. The following are the contents that can be learned through operation of the program. first, it's can understand Medical information DB management regulations through understanding sturucture of database. Second, it can understand the structure and function of the diagnostic code and medical practice code that are input to the discharge analysis program. The diagnostic codes and medical practice codes entered in the discharge analysis program can be searched and analyzed by each fields. Third, It can be advance medical information management ability by inputting and extracting data and generating medical information. In this study, It developed program that Students can be obtained Knowledge of medical information management and improved management competency by generate and analyze medical record data using discharge analysis program.

몽골은 현재 국민에 대한 의료 평등이 잘 되어있지 않다. 몽골의 의료 기관은 1,2,3차 기관 세 종류가 있는데 1차는 기본기관, 2,3차는 전문기관이다. 하지만 전문기관은 도시에만 존재하기 때문에 도시권 외 주민들은 전문기관의 의료 서비스를 받기가 매우 힘들다. 게다가 해외 의료 기관들도 모두 수도 울란바토르에 집중되어 있기 때문에 그 격차는 더욱 더 심해진다. 이러한 의료 불평등을 조금이라도 해소하기 위하여 제안하는 것이 'M-LIMS' 이다. 'M-LIMS'는 기본적으로 이동식 병원이다. 'M-LIMS'에서는 환자 진료를 위한 몇 가지 기능을 제공한다. 첫 번째로 환자 관리를 위한 환자용 차트 작성이다. 두 번째로는 환자들의 진료 상황을 볼 수 있는 리스트 검색 및 공유 기능이다. 세 번째로는 환자들의 데이터들을 이용하여 규격화 된 차트로 변환하는 차트 작성 기능이다. 그리고 네 번째로는 차량 내 의사뿐이 아닌 다른 의사도 진료에 참여 할 수 있는 원격 진료 기능이다. 이렇듯 'M-LIMS'의 기능을 이용한다면 몽골의 의료 평등에 한 걸음 더 기여를 할 수 있지 않을까 기대를 한다.

자연어처리는 수많은 정보가 수집된 전자의무기록의 비정형 데이터에서 유의미한 정보나 패턴 등을 추출해 의료진의 의사결정을 지원하고, 환자에게 더 나은 진단이나 치료 등을 지원할 수 있어 큰 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 그러나 전자의무기록은 개인정보와 같은 민감한 정보가 다수 포함되어 있어 접근하기 어렵고, 이로 인해 충분한 양의 데이터를 확보하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신뢰할 수 있는 의료 합성 텍스트를 생성하기 위해 ChatGPT 기반 의료 텍스트 증강 도구를 개발하였다. 이는 사용자가 입력한 실제 의료 텍스트로 의료 합성 데이터를 생성한다. 이를 위해, 적합한 프롬프트와 의료 텍스트에 대한 전처리 방법을 탐색하였다. ChatGPT 기반 의료 텍스트 증강 도구는 입력 텍스트의 핵심 키워드를 잘 유지하였고, 사실에 기반한 의료 합성 텍스트를 생성할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

일반 사용자가 현재 접할 수 있는 무선인터넷은 SMS를 활용한 문자 형식의 정보제공이 대부분이고 유선의 인터넷과 같이 멀티미디어 서비스 그리고 실시간 전송속도, 사용자 환경, 거기에 보안 서비스까지 유선의 인터넷 서비스와는 비교가 되지 않게 그 이용환경이 열악한 상황이다. 오늘날 원격 환경의 진료시스템이 개발되고 있는데, 이들 시스템은 미래의 원격진료 즉. 병원에 직접가지 않고 집에서 바로 혈압, 심박수 등을 검사 받을 수 있는 시스템 개발의 기본이 되고 있다. 그리고 정보통신의 발전으로 모바일 PC 즉, 개인 휴대용 단말기(PDA:Personal Digital Assistants)가 의료분야에서 PC를 대체하여 이동성, 편리성을 제공하는 전자 차트를 선보이고 있다. 그러나 PDA는 작은 몸체로 이동성 및 편리성 등이 PC보다 뛰어나지만 해상도가 큰 이미지, 높은 처리 속도를 요구하는 작업등을 처리하기에는 효율성이 낮은 문제점이 있다. 또한 정보를 공유 할 수 있는 데이터를 무선 환경으로 처리해야 하기 때문에 환자와 관련된 의료 영상 즉, MRI 사진이나 X-ray 사진 등을 의료 환경에 이용하는 데는 보안의 문제점을 가지고 있다 따라서 본 논문에서는 매우 빠르게 발전하고 있는 진단과 치료기술을 이러한 의료를 필요로 하는 사람들에게 제공하는 접근성의 보장 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 무선 환경의 의료 인증시스템을 제안 하고자 한다.
