The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of discrimination on thereutilization intentionfor dental services among patients who visited the dental clinic. The questionnaire was administered to 432 patients aged 20 years or older who visited Dental Clinic in J city, Chungcheongbuk-do. Day to March 31, 2015, and the following results were obtained. The important variables that affected the reutilization intention were quality of medics, kindness, hospital image, convenience, service value and discrimination of dental care service. These variables explained 78.2% of the aggregate. Thehigher the quality of service value, medics, environment facilities, convenience, kindness, and hospital image, the more significant was the relevance with reutilization intention. As well as high-educated respondents, ones with monthly household income amounted to 4 million won, group of white-collar job, people who visited for implant treatment and ones by introduction of acquaintances. Therefore the dental care service providers are required to take effortsto recognize the discrimination and to reduce it through good quality of dental care service.

The purpose of this study, is to identify the factors affecting reuse intention, determine the accurate demand of suppliers and consumers for qualitative dental care service, and identify the cyclic factors positively affecting one another. The data were analyzed by SPSSWIN 18.0, t-test and one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and Stepwise multiple regression. Human service quality was significantly positively correlated with service value (r=0.609) and reuse intention (r=0.627) and service value was significantly positively correlated with reuse intention (r=0.645). The higher service value, the higher human service quality, the lower medical service discrimination, the higher level of reuse intention, which accounted for 56.9%. Therefore, it is necessary to make optimal maintenance of the system from the broad viewpoint of dental care in general and apply it in practice by developing good methods steadily.

사람이 현실에서 공간감과 거리감이 있는 3차원 세계를 인지하고 주변 대상들과 상호 작용을 하면서 생활하는 것은 너무나도 자연스러운 것으로 받아들여지고 있습니다. 그러나 지금까지 현실 세계의 정보를 전달하는 영상 매체는 모두 평면적인 2D 영상에 머물러 있었으며, 3DTV는 기존과 달리 현실과 동일한 3차원 입체영상을 TV방송을 통해 전달하고자 하는 기술입니다. 3DTV 입체방송은 흑백TV에서 컬러TV로의 변화와 같이 영상 매체의 큰 변혁을 몰고 올 차세대 서비스로 주목 받고 있습니다. 또한 그 기반이 되는 3D 입체영상 기술은 TV방송뿐만 아니라, 게임, 교육, 의료, 산업 설계, 탐사 및 국방 분야에 이르기까지 매우 다양한 분야에 적용되어 기존과는 차별되는 성능과 경험을 제공하게 될 것이며, 잠재적인 산업 파급효과가 대단히 클 것으로 기대되고 있습니다. 이러한 3DTV 방송의 활성화를 위해서는 디스플레이, 콘텐츠 및 서비스 인프라를 포함하는 eco-system이 잘 조정되어야 하며, 특히 시각 피로 및 시각안전성과 같은 인간공학적인 측면에서 연구 및 관련 표준화가 뒷받침되어야 합니다. 3DTV 기술은 초기의 안경 착용이 필요한 스테레오 3DTV로부터 지속적으로 발전하여 장기적으로 안경 착용이 필요 없는 다시점 또는 홀로그래픽 3DTV가 실현될 것이며, 이에 대비한 기초기반 연구도 꾸준히 병행되어야 할 것입니다.
