  • 최근 병원 간 경쟁이 격화되고 의료시장의 개방이 임박하면서 많은 병원들이 경쟁력강화를 위한 전략 수립에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 일반적으로 서비스산업의 경영에 있어서 고객의 요구를 파악하고 이를 경영관리에 반영하는 것은 중요한 경쟁력강화 전략의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 특히 의료서비스에 있어서 환자 만족은 소비자 선택에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다(Burns, 1994). 최근 강조되고 있는 환자중심의 병원도 병원을 찾는 환자를 의료소비자 개념의 고객으로 보고 그들을 만족시킬 수 있도록 의료 기술적, 인간 관계적, 서비스 편의적 노력을 다해야 한다는 의미를 내포하고 있다. 병원에서의 환자만족 향상 노력은 그 자체가 매우 다차원적인(multidimensional) 개념으로 양질의 의료서비스를 통한 삶의 질 향상과 환자들에게 병원에 대한 좋은 이미지를 심어줌으로써 충성도를 높이고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.   • Recently, medical expenses are increasing because of the accelerated aging phenomenon, thus study for the medical service of high quality and reduction of medical expenses should be continued as yet. Especially, U-health is performed by intelligent medical service which is derived by smart devices, wireless network, sensing technology and it could be more extensible in the medical fields as time goes on. On this study, we analyze message transmission structure of HL7 standard and will suggest improved processing methodology of HL7 message.

  • This study analyze long debate issues by the analysis of existing studies and the effect of private health insurance in the satisfaction of health service utilization. Then make developmental role of private health insurance. The analysis results of literatures, high-income earners are more subscriptions and the poor people in health status are excluded. Thus, enable private health insurance has the potential to lead the polarization of people. The medical use of private health insurance subscriber is more than non-subscriber and is likely to result in additional expenditure spending of public insurance. The contribution of private health insurance on improvement of the health option is clear. However, is not clear the contribution on health care quality improvement and health service customer satisfaction. The contribution on the national health care system efficiency of private health insurance is not clear. Private health insurance in the satisfaction of health service utilization is on effect. In short, supplementary private health insurance is desirable in our country.

Complex impact of Patient Safety and Medical Quality on Hospital Management Activities due to Healthcare Accreditation Adoption (의료기관인증제 도입에 따른 환자안전과 의료의 질이 병원경영활동에 미치는 복합영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to confirm the complex relationship between patient safety-medical quality and hospital management activities to observe the mediating effect of organizational culture in the relationship due to healthcare accreditation adoption. For this, we conducted a 4 weeks survey, from September 22, 2014 to October 17, 2014 to the employees of 6 hospitals that could accommodate less than 300 patients or more than 300 patients located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The study includes 377 participants who have worked for more than one year in the hospital. All of hospital with less than 300-beds or more than 300-beds, such as patient safety-medical quality, organizational culture, hospital management activities found a positive correlation among variables. The mediating effect of organizational culture in the relationship between patient safety-medical quality and hospital management activities was shown by the partial mediating effect and high causal effect. Therefore, these study suggest that patient safety-medical quality due to healthcare accreditation adoption has the potential to improve hospital management activities.

  • u-Health 서비스는 의료기술에 ICT을 접목하여 보다 나은 건강관련 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 패러다임이다. 그러나 이러한 시스템을 도입하기에는 현실적으로 많은 도전이 존재한다. 개인의 건강관리 도구로 존재할 수 있을 것처럼 보이는 이러한 서비스는 그것이 국민의료의 질과 연관되는 이슈로 확대될 때, 환자라는 소비자집단, 의료인이라는 공급자집단, 그리고 국가라는 보건행정을 담당하는 관리집단의 이익이 첨예하게 대립할 수 있는 이슈가 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 서비스의 제공을 이러한 개개 이익집단의 관점에서 탈피하고 순수한 양질의 의료 서비스 제공의 관점에서 살펴보아 과연 어떠한 ICT 관련 서비스 제공이 의료 환경 제고를 위해 필요한지를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 특히, 원격지에서의 자료공유를 통한 의료 서비스의 질 제고에 대해 관심을 가지고 이를 이익집단간의 이해관계가 크지 않은 ODA국가를 대상으로 하여 적용할 수 있는 서비스 모델을 제안하고자 하였다.

Factors Influencing Chinese Customers' Loyalty to Korean Medical and Tourism Services (중국인의 한국 의료관광 서비스에 대한 질과 만족도가 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to the loyalty of Chinese customers who use Korean medical and tourism services. Methods: Participants were 158 Chinese who visited plastic surgery clinics in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, $Scheff{{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson Correlation and Hierachical Multiple Regression. Results: Medical service quality, tourism service quality and medical and service satisfaction were positively correlated with customer loyalty. Medical service quality and medical and tourism service satisfaction had significant influence on customer loyalty. The explained variance for customer loyalty was 84.9%. Conclusion: These results suggest the need to improve the tourism service and medical and tourism service satisfaction to retain loyal customers.

A Study on the Request for Proposal & Outsourcing of Management for PACS in Kyung Hee Medical Center (경희의료원 PACS 운영관리를 위한 외주관리와 제안요청 연구)

  • PACS 유지보수 서비스의 중요성을 살펴보고 PACS 분분별 제안요청 요소를 분석하여 향후 시스템 유지보수 계약의 지표를 제공하는데 목적이 있으며 경희의료원의 PACS 유지보수 제안서요청의 사례를 중심으로 유지보수 RFP 작성의 필요성, 중요사항 및 분야별 요구사항 등에 대하여 기술한다. 제안 부문은 9 개로 구분하였으며 총 139 항목의 제안 요청 사항을 정리하였다. 제안 요소 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. PACS 유지보수 분야는 PACS Software 부문, 데이터베이스 부문, 서버 및 스토리지 부문, 네트워크 부문, CR 및 DR System 등과 같은 영상획득장치에 관한 부문, 판독용 및 임상용 모니터 부문 등으로 구분하며, 각 부문별 제안 요구사항을 기술한 제안요청서를 작성하여 각 부문별 제안서를 요청하여야 한다. 2. 병원에서는 PACS 부문의 외주관리를 체계적으로 구분 관리하여 시스템 유지보수의 수준을 높이고 이를 질 높은 의료서비스로 연계되도록 하여야 한다. 3. PACS 관련 회사는 병원에서 요청된 제안 요청사항을 수용하며 질 높은 관련부문 서비스를 제공하기위한 기술적 배경을 체계화하여야하며 향후 주요 매출원으로 자리 잡게 될 유지보수 서비스를 상품으로 인식하고 이에 대한 적극적인 상품화전략과 홍보 노력이 필요하다.

Relationship among Nursing Service Quality, Medical Service Satisfaction, and Hospital Revisit Intent (간호서비스 질, 의료서비스 만족, 병원 재이용 의도간의 관계)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the influence of nursing service quality and medical service satisfaction on intent to revisit the hospital, and to identify mediating effects of medical service satisfaction between nursing service quality and intent to revisit the hospital. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Participants were 390 hospitalized patients at one general hospital in Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected from July 21 to September 10, 2010 and analyzed using SPSS/PC version 18.0. Results: The score for nursing service quality continuously improved but the scores for medical service satisfaction and intent to revisit the hospital did not changed significantly after estimated. Factors influencing intent to revisit the hospital were nursing service quality, medical service satisfaction, 'same religion', and 'Christian', and the explanation power of these four factors was 79.7%. Medical service satisfaction had a partial mediating effect between nursing service quality and intent to revisit the hospital. Conclusion: Findings indicate that nursing service quality is a very important factor to improve both medical service satisfaction and intent to revisit the hospital. Nursing managers should develop strategies to improve nursing service quality.

The Effects of Medical Service Quality and Service Value by Relationship Quality on Customer Behaviour (의료 서비스 품질 및 서비스 가치가 관계품질에 의한 고객행동에 미치는 영향 - 치과 의료기관을 중심으로 -)

  • This study is to investigate the effects of medical service quality and service value by relationship on customer behaviors. The empirical findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, the findings on effects of medical service quality on relationship quality showed that rise in medical service quality resulted in a significant rise in relationship quality. Second, the findings on effects of service value on relationship quality verified that rise in service value had positive(+) impacts on relationship quality. Third, the findings on effects of relationship quality on customer behaviors verified that relationship quality had significant impacts on customer behaviors. Lastly, the findings of relationship with medical service quality, service value, and customer behaviors verified that relationship quality served as a parameter. The findings from the above study show that dental medical institutions have to seek more differentiated and various service strategies, continue to develop consistent service methods to meet customer's expectation, and enhance the reliability of customers in dental medical institutions in order to maximize the results of customer behaviors.

  • The purpose of this study is to research how to effectively export the dental prosthetic restoration and the service to the overseas. The study showed the present status of dental prosthetic restoration service in South Korea and some suggested ways to improve the export of the dental prosthetic restoration service to the overseas. The size of the medical service market has been gradually increased because of the globalization and the development of the information-oriented tendency. The medical industry is being perceived as a highly valuable service industry that emphasizes the importance of quality. Through the efforts of the nations attempting to develop the market and create new employment, the medical field is becoming a prospective field of trade. In order to develop the medical industry, the strategies; firstly, medical institutions need to explore overseas markets and strengthen globalization; secondly, medical service should be upgraded through specialization; and finally, specialized management system has to be established and medical management system has to be innovated.
