The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between health insurance and health by evaluating the impacts of health insurance coverage expansion on health care utilization and health status. To analyze the causal relationship between health insurance and health, this study employed a "difference-in-difference method" that could compare changes in health care utilization and health status across groups in health insurance coverage expansion in 2005. The researcher predicted that the expansion of health insurance coverage would be an exogenous source of variation in the prices of health service use. First, the difference-in-differences estimator between 'illness group' and 'non-illness group' revealed that the increase in coverage of inpatient care services would result from the increases in the stay of length of 'non-illness group' rather than that of 'illness group'. However, the difference-in-differences estimator between 'serious illness group' and 'chronic illness group' identified that the policy change that focuses on expansion of the coverage for 'serious illness' effects on the increases in health care utilization and promotion of health status. In summary, the changes of health insurance coverage focusing on serious illness and inpatient care have positive effects on health care utilization and health status of serious illness group. But, 'non-illness groups' with acute illness receive more benefits from the policy change than 'illness group' with chronic illness.

In recent years, the importance of the safety of medical device software has been emphasized because of the function and role of the software among components of the medical device, and because the operation of the medical device software is directly related to the life and safety of the user. To this end, various standards have been set up that provide activities that can effectively ensure the safety of medical devices and provide their respective requirements. The activities that standards provide to ensure the safety of medical device software are largely divided into the development life cycle of medical device software and the risk management process. These two activities should be concurrent with the development process, but there is a limitation that the risk management requirements to be performed at each stage of the medical device software development life cycle are not classified. As a result, developers must analyze the association of standards directly to develop risk management activities during the development of medical devices. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the relationship between medical device software development life cycle and risk management process, and extract risk management requirement items. It enables efficient and systematic risk management during the development of medical device software by mapping the extracted risk management requirement items to the development life cycle based on the analyzed associations.

국내 병원들은 의료서비스 시장 개방을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 의료서비스의 시장 개방은 의료 공공성을 유지하면서 의료서비스의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있는 반면, 의료비의 상승과 의료의 양극화 우려를 동시에 내포하고 있다. 의료산업에서 가장 중요한 것은 물론 의료서비스의 품질이다. 그러나 이제 글로벌 경쟁에 대비해야 하는 국내 상황에서 다양한 경영전략이 필요한 때이다. 여기서는 급변하는 병원산업에서 향후 허용될 것으로 예상되는 의료기관의 다양한 광고전략 중에서 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 브랜드 커뮤니티에 관련하여 병원이 대비해야 할 활용전략을 제시한다. 여타 산업에서의 브랜드 커뮤니티 성공요인과 사례를 바탕으로 병원종사자 뿐만 아니라 의료서비스 이용자들을 위한 의료산업에서의 온라인 커뮤니티 구축에 초점을 두었으며, 본 연구에서 제시하는 병원의 브랜드 커뮤니티를 활성화하는 6가지 요소는 운영자의 역량, 프리미엄 가치의 제공, 독특한 컨셉, 보안과 확장성이 보장된 장, 오프라인 모임, 그리고 다양한 홍보루트이다.

의료영상은 디지털이라는 속성으로 인해서 일상생활에 적용되는 저작권법으로 저작권을 보호한다는 것이 어렵다. 특히 의료 영상은 복사를 하면 또 하나의 원본이 생성되므로, 의료 영상 이미지를 생산해 내는 사람의 입장에서는 똑같은 원본을 자신도 모르는 사이에 다른 사람에게 전달하게 된다. 그렇게 되면 과연 누가 이 디지털 작품을 만들었는지에 대한 의료 분쟁이 생길 수밖에 없다. 디지털시대의 의료 환경에서 필수 불가결하게 제기될 수 있는 의료영상보안은 특히 우리나라처럼 의료보험의 부당 청구가 사회적인 큰 물의를 일으키고 있는 시점에서 많은 관심과 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 분야의 핵심적인 문제점을 도출하고, 문제점 개선을 위해서 워터 마크를 통해 영상 보안 기법을 제안하였다. 그러나 의료영상의 대표적인 특징인 무결성을 보장 받지 못해 법적인 인증에는 한계가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there are differences in medical expenses according to medical security type in the use of medical services with high disease burden such as coronary intervention. Methods: Chi-square test and covariance analysis(ANCOVA) were conducted to identify the differences in the characteristics and costs according to medical security type of 1,904 patients who underwent coronary intervention in a university hospital from 2011 to 2012. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to determine whether the cost affects medical expenses. Results: In the medical aid group, the proportion of women, those without a job, those without a spouse, and those who received hemodialysis was high, length of stay was high, patients using the emergency room and those who died was high. The medical aid patients were significantly higher in the non-benefit medical expenses, optional medical expenses, physician and admission, meals, medications and injections. National health insurance patients were significantly higher in procedure. The medical security type was found to be significant as a variable affecting the medical expenses. Conclusions: Provision of medical expenses should be managed in advance by providing prevention and education services for the vulnerable, and care services in the region should be provided to suppress the occurrence of medical expenses due to the increase in the number of days spent. In addition, it is necessary to support medical expenses to prevent unsatisfactory medical services from occurring for non-benefit and optional care.

Korea is faced with the challenge of adapting to the world's fastest - growing low birthrate, aging society, and low growth with low interest rate era. With low fertility and aging population, the factors of financial income of health insurance are decreasing, and the increase of public interest in health, high cost medical technology and the development of medicine are leading to increase expenditure of health insurance. In this study, I will examine the strengthen protection of health insurance, financial stabilization, and fairness of medical care. First, the present status and limitations of health insurance were identified through domestic policy report, domestic and foreign literature, and precedent research. Second, the foreign health insurance policy measures to stabilize the finances were examined separately. Based on this study, in order to maintain sustainable health insurance through reinforcement and financial stabilization of health insurance, the current financial income structure of health insurance must be renovated. It will be necessary to expand government subsidies and discover new tax revenues. In addition, a policy to save finances by reorganizing the medical bill payment system and medical delivery system will also be needed.

치과마취학의 교육목표는 치과치료 시 적절한 환자평가와 함께 동통 및 불안을 관리하기 위한 약품선택과 치과치료를 위한 흡입법과 정맥주사를 이용한 의식하진정법과 언제, 어떻게, 어디로 전신마취를 의뢰하는지를 알아야 할 사항과 특히 의학적 병력을 가진 환자와 특별한 관리가 필요한 소아 노인 장애인의 전반적 이해와 치료 전 전신적 환자평가를 할 수 있는 능력과 치과진료 중 일어날 수 있는 의료적 응급 상황과 치과응급상황을 식별하고 인공소생술을 포함한 치과 치료 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 의학적 응급상황들에 적절한 관리를 할 수 있어야 한다. 치의학교육의 최소한의 질 보장을 위한 국가적 수준의 치과의사 역량체계를 구축함으로써 치의학교육의 질 향상을 위한 치과대학(원)의 변화를 자극하고, 치과의료와 의료인력의 질적 증진 및 치과의료행위의 최소수준을 보장하는데 있다. 하지만 현행 국가고시에 있어 치과마취과학은 구강외과 과목에 포함되어 위 기술한 치과마취과학의 교육목표를 달성하는 데 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 국가수준의 치의학교육의 질에 대해 제고하고 학교의 교육과정 변화와 개선에 적용하고 국시원의 새로운 과목의 도입과 실기시험을 통하여 치과마취과학의 교육목표를 달성하는 데 목적이 있다.
