Elderly people should have a great load because of life in facility away from their a community. It needs careful concern for Public spaces. The mayor questions of this thesis are to seek a correlation of a Layout patterns of Public-spaces and Resident's behaviors in Public spaces ; and to seek a correlation of a Layout patterns of Public-spaces and the scale of Paid residential care facilities for Elderly people in Korea and Japan. Finally, the thesis suggests the layout patterns of public spaces that is suitable to scale of facilities and Elderly people's behaviors.

According as the aging procese have been high, last stage patient become more important. Therefore, todays hospice ward of hospital is glandized, specified too. However, its study is few performed in domestic and its architectural planning data is few obtained. Therefore, this study aims to represent the standard of the architectural planning of the hospice ward in hospital. As its method, the present conditions, the interview with staffs, space programs of 4 hospice ward were investigated and analyzed, add to 2 free standing hospice were selected, theirs architectural space programing were studied.

The demand of the care facilities for the elderly will be increased, because of the social changes which desire well organized medical treatment service. However, they have been illogically administrating such as preparing service at living space because of lacking places which provide living service. So the side of administration, it is necessary to have a security and improvement in that kind of needed place. The studies of elderly care facilities have been placing too much emphasis on the living space of the residential facilities and their welfare facilities compare with the service providing place which is ignored just as a part of the living space. This study focus on a situation of elderly care facilities and analyze a service space using in facilities, so it can be applied to service place plan for the future.

최근 병원에서는 빅데이터, 지능형 사물인터넷(AIoT) 등 인공지능 기반 기술들을 활용하여 환자 진료 및 치료 영역은 물론 의료산업 및 의료 시설 등과 관련된 다양한 영역에서의 활용방안을 모색하고 있다. 지능형 사물인터넷(AIoT, Internet of Things)은 AI와 IoT의 기술적인 결합으로 산업의 혁신을 가져와 국가 전체의 생산성을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 삶의 질의 변화는 물론 병원의 의료 환경에 있어서도 많은 파급 효과를 가져다 줄 것으로 예상하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 병원의 효율적인 공간관리를 위한 AIoT 기반의 가변 스마트 진료실 예약 시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현을 통하여 병원의 주요 자산인 공간이라는 개념을 효율적으로 이용하고 병원 내 소통과 협업을 위한 유연한 진료 환경을 제공함으로서 병원의 규모와 진료 전문성에 맞추어진 가변적 공간 기능을 통해 병원의 경쟁력을 높이는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다.

우리나라의 국민건강보험은 빠른 시간에 보편적 의료시스템을 정착시키는데 큰 기여를 했다. 하지만 연령대에 따른 의료서비스의 차이는 지속되고 있으며, 내과, 가정의학과, 소아청소년과와 같은 핵심의료 서비스에서 이러한 불평등이 존재하는 것은 큰 우려를 불러일으킬 수 밖에 없다. 진료기관 접근에 대한 불평등은 연령대만이 아니라 지역, 특히 도시와 농촌 사이에도 크게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 1995년부터 2021년까지 초기진료기관의 분포를 이용하여 변화하는 경제환경 속에서 의료서비스의 공간적 불평등이 어떻게 변화되어 왔는지를 살핀다. 다양한 불평등 지수와 공간통계분석의 결과를 토대로 볼 때, 1997년 IMF 경제위기, 2008년 금융위기, 그리고 2020년의 COVID-19 공중보건 위기를 겪으며 불평등이 심화 확대된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 초기의료기관의 불균등 분포에 큰 변화가 온 시기도 밝혀낼 수 있었는데, 이러한 변화에는 유소년이나 전체 인구 분포보다는 고령인구의 분포가 큰 역할을 하고 있었다. 본 연구결과는 인구와 의료서비스의 공간적 분포를 통합적으로 고려하여 핵심적인 의료자원의 불평등을 해소하기 위한 노력이 절실히 필요하다는 것을 강조한다. 특히 이러한 노력은 미래의 경제적 충격에도 적절한 수준의 의료 서비스를 지속할 수 있는 기반이 될 수 있을 것이다.

구급차는 병원 전 응급의료서비스의 중요한 요소이며, 119 구급대원의 업무능률 향상을 위한 중요한 공간이다. 구급대원들이 직무능력을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 구급차 내부의 환경을 최적의 공간으로 하여 구급대원들의 책임과 기능적 역할을 제공할 수 있도록 개선되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구급차의 내부 공간에서 환자실에 탑재되어야 하는 응급의료 장비와 약제의 탑재 공간 확보 및 구급차 내에서의 응급처치에 따른 원활한 공간의 배치를 재구성하였으며, 환자의 위치와 응급처치 요원의 배치에 따른 공간 배정에 대한 분석 및 효율적 방법을 제시하고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 구급차 주행 중 처치공간에서 수행하는 119 구급대원 업무의 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 구급대원의 직무수행에 적합한 구급차 내부 수납공간의 디자인 설계 및 사용 환경에 대한 파악 및 문제점 분석을 통하여 응급의료서비스에 대한 안전성과 효율성을 제공하기 위한 새로운 환자실 공간 크기 및 디자인 안을 제시하고자 한다.

대부분의 의료 영상 관리 시스템이 의료 영상의 저장, 전송 등의 기본적인 기능만 지원될 뿐 상위 응용 계층에서 내용기반 검색이 지원되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 내용 기반 검색 기능을 지원하는 의료 영상 검색 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 의료 영상 검색 시스템은 질의 이미지의 내용기반 검색을 위해 색-공간, 질감, 모양 특징에 의한 유사 비교 기법을 사용하고 각각의 유사 비교 검색에 의해 생성된 결과 집합들을 통할하고 최종 결과 제시를 위해 복합 질의문 계획 생성 알고리즘을 제시한다.

Wards are the biggest part in hospital buildings and the flow of medical personnels and materials is an important factor in the ward design. The evaluation method of the wards and is esscential for the optimum design considering function, environment, patient psychology, etc. This study attempts to classify ward pattern and analyse architectural characteristics, survey the wards in Korea. The purpose of this study is to get the design guideline of the wards To achieve this goal, ward type by using corridor form were introduced and then each type was systematically analyzed. A evaluation method are developed from studied factors and are applied to existing wards to check the reliability.

As a society advances and develops more rapidly, there is a corresponding increase in an aging population; and therefore, transportation and transportation needs develop in a complicated way. In these times, medical rehabilitation services are required and the demands for these services will increase as time passes. Moreover, the scope of disability as defined by the government has been expanded owing to the welfare policy for the disabled. Therefore, the number of disabled who require medical services is on the rise. Along with an increase in medical rehabilitation demands, the necessity for medical rehabilitation increases as well and its role becomes more diverse on a wider spectrum. However, architectural studies on rehabilitation facilities have been insufficient and there are many problems currently in facilities operations. This study aims to present a spatial organization system along with required space that would form the basis for the most effective spatial plan and facility operation for rehabilitation hospitals.

컴퓨터와 네트워크 기술을 바탕으로 한 IT 기술이 비약적으로 발전하면서 많은 분야에 IT 기술이 접목되고 있다. 의료복지 분야도 예외는 아니어서 지난 수 년 간 의료기기 분야에 IT 기술이 활발히 접목되고 있으며, 특히 방사선 의료기기 분야는 의료 분야의 IT 기술 접목의 구심점이 되고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 우리 나라를 포함하여 전세계전자의료기기 시장은 점점 그 규모가 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 한편, 사회의 소득수준이 향상되면서 의료복지와 웰빙에 대한 관심은 날로 높아지고 있어, 의료 분야의 초점도 과거의 치료의료에서 예방의료로 구심점이 이동하고 있다. 이런 추세에 맞추어 최근에는 의료복지에 유비쿼터스 개념을 접목하여 건강진단 및 건강관리의 시간과 공간제약을 대폭 줄인 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 시스템의 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다.본 기고에서는 의료기기와 IT 기술의 접목 추세를 알아보고, 이에 대한 우리의 대응 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.
