최근 들어 조사통계는 응답자들의 응답 부담에 의하여 무응답 혹은 통계의 질 저하라는 문제에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 조사 대상자인 사업체는 어떤 요인에 특히 응답 부담을 가지고 있는 지 실태조사를 통하여 파악해 보았으며, 그 결과 통계조사가 너무 많다라는 점과 조사표가 너무 전문적이라는 의견을 알 수 있었다. 또한 응답 부담을 객관화할 수 있는 지표를 검토하면서 응답 부담 경감방안에 대해 살펴보았다.

본 연구는 미국 Utah주의 Logan시에 있는 유타주립대하(USU)Credit Union의 멤버들을 대상으로, 신용사용과 신용에 대한 태도가 그들의 경제적 만족도와 어느정도 관련이 있는지를 조사하였다. 연구는 1989년 3월에서 5월까지 걸쳐 USU Credit Union의 지원으로 이루어졌으며, 자료는 21세에서 65세까지의 멤버들 중 500명을 임의 추출하여 설문지 조사를 실시하여(설문지는 본 연구를 위한 문항과 Credit Union 멤버 Survey문항이 함께 이루어졌다) 그중 274명(54.8%)으 답변이 자료분석에 사용되었다. 대부분의 사람들은 집이나 차, 또는 교육비, 의료비에 신용을 사용하는데 긍정적 태도를 보였으며, 반수 이상의 사람들이 신용을 사용함으로써 수수료 또는 이자를 지불하고 있었다. 월평균 신용 납부액은 $643이였으며, 반수 이상의 응답자가 그들의 신용차입액에 대해 걱정하고 있는 반면, 4.4%의 응답자만이 신용을 사용하지 않고 있다고 대답했다. t-테스트, 변량분석, 그리고 상관관계 분석에 의해 경제적 만족도와 의미있는 관계를 가지고 있는 요인들이 단계별 다중 희귀분석에 이용되었는데, 그 결과 사람들의 신용부담액에 대한 근심도가 그 어느것보다도 경제적 만족도와 강하게 연관되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 과거의 조사들이 가정의 빚, 즉 신용부담액과 수입에 대한 비율로써 가정의 경제적 만족정도(financial well-being)를 측정해온 것에 반한 사실로서, 경제적 만족도는 개인의 주관적 측정인 신용부담액에 대한 근심도와 큰 관련이 있음을 보여주었다.

본 연구는 서울 열린데이터 광장의 공공 데이터를 활용하여 의료 복지 서비스 지원 방안을 조사한다. '올해 의료비로 인한 가계 부담 정도' 데이터를 분석하여, 의료비 부담이 일반 가구에 미치는 영향을 깊이 있게 조사하였다. 이 데이터는 응답자들이 느끼는 의료비 부담의 다양한 정도(전혀 부담 안 됨, 부담 안 됨, 보통, 약간 부담됨, 매우 부담됨)를 포함하고 있으며, 이를 통해 지역별, 성별, 연령별, 소득별 의료비 부담 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 각 그룹별로 상이한 의료비 부담감을 보여주며, 이는 향후 의료 서비스 접근성 개선과 정책적 지원을 위한 근거 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 의료비 부담을 완화하기 위한 다양한 정책 제안을 포함하며, 공공 데이터를 활용한 의료 자원의 최적화를 목표로 한다. 이러한 분석은 보다 효율적인 의료복지 서비스 제공에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

현존하는 세계 최고의 금속활자본인 직지심체요절의 문화적 자산가치는 8694억원이라는 조사결과가 나왔다. 충북개발연구원(원장 이태열)은 최근 '직지의 가치추정 및 활용방안'이라는 연구보고서를 통해 "비시장 재화에 대한 화폐가치를 평가하는 조건부 가치측정(CVM) 방식으로 직지의 가치를 조사한 결과 이같이 추정됐다"고 밝혔다. 조건부 가치측정이란 환경과 문화, 관광자원 등 거래가 되지 않는 재화에 대한 가치를 평가하는 방법 중 하나로, 이번 조사에 제시된 조건은 '직지의 보전 및 세계화에 부담금을 낸다면 얼마를 낼 용의가 있는가'였다. 전국 340여명의 표본조사 응답자들은 이 질문에 44.4%(151명)가 '부담 의사있다'고 답변했고, 부담금은 5년간 매년 1만840원이 적정할 것이라고 말했다. 연구원 측은 이를 근거로 전국 가구 수에 적용할 경우 직지의 문화적 총자산가치는 8694억원에 달할 것으로 추정했다. 다음은 이번 보고서의 주요 내용을 요약한 것이다.

${\bullet}$ 새로운 건축기술과 각종 신소재의 등장, 새로운 설계기법 및 공법의 개발 등으로 국내 건축시장의 건축 관련 업무는 증가하고, 건축주의 요구조건도 다양해지고 있음 ${\bullet}$ 현재 건축 관련 교육은 건축사에 한정되어 있으며, 건축사사무소 소속직원은 교육 의무규정 및 관리체계 등이 부재한 상태로 교육의 기회를 얻지 못하고 있음 ${\bullet}$ 관련하여 설문조사를 시행한 결과, 건축사 중 대부분이 소속직원 역량 향상 및 교육의 필요성을 느끼고 있었으며, 만일 교육을 한다면 의무교육 형태를 요구하는 응답자가 절반 이상으로 나타났음 ${\bullet}$ 하지만 의무교육을 실시할 경우, 시간 할애 및 비용에 대한 부담을 느끼고 있어, 의무교육을 실시할 경우 이에 대한 해결책을 필요로함.

Medical cost for elderly is increasing with ageing society and putting more and more burden on both individuals and government. To find a solution to reduce medical cost among elderly and to propose implication/suggestion to central government and a local government, different degree of medical cost burden by type of household and factors that affect increased medical cost are investigated based on elderly in Suwon city in this article. According to the research result, 59.3% of respondents felt medical cost burdensome. Also, according to the multiple regression performed to understand factors that increases medical cost by type of household, subjectively felt health status was found to be a statistically significant factor commonly in three groups which are living household with adult child, living household with spouse only, living household alone. And the degree of medical cost was higher in living household with spouse only, more higher in living household alone. And socioeconomic status and health status, health status, and health status and private insurance, medical security system were found to be significantly related to medical cost burden to household type of the elderly.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among caregiving stress, depression, and partner violence by gender. Data were gathered though questionnaires surveying 223 cases living in the Seoul and Kyeonggi, Pusan areas. In analyzing precess, the researchers used t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression. Additionally, bootstrapping was used to verify the significant mediating effect of depression. The findings are follows: First, approximately 37.3 percent of adult children caregivers reported having experienced partner violence in the past year. And the depression mean score among adult children caregivers was 1.00, higher compared to 0.73 of general population. Female caregiving burden and depression level was higher than those of male. Second, the results from regression analysis revealed that caregiving stress influenced to partner violence positively. Depression has the full mediating effect between caregiving stress and partner violence. The results suggest a necessity of intervention to reduce caregiving stress, depression and prevent partner violence in the dementia caregiver's family. The implications for social work practice were also discussed.

본 연구는 간호학과 교수들과 간호학과 학생들의 전자책에 대한 인식 및 이용현황을 살펴보고 앞으로 대학교 학술교재를 전자책으로 전환할 때 필요한 요소에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 간호학과 교수 82명과 간호학과 학생 127명들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 전자책에 대한 선호도와 현재 사용 중인 대학교재를 전자책으로 대체할 경우 전자책의 원하는 기능들에 대해서 조사하였다. 70%이상의 응답자들이 대학교재는 아직까지 인쇄형태의 교과서를 선호하였으며, 그 이유로는 전자책으로 이용 가능한 교재수가 적고 전자책 단말기 구입비용에 대한 부담을 꼽았다. 전자책에 추가되었으면 하는 기능으로는 손쉬운 메모기능과 하이라이트 기능, 비디오나 이미지 자료 삽입, 검색의 용이성과 사전기능 추가를 추천하였다.

This study investigated the total annual direct cost of cerebrovascular disease patients. For this study, 265 respondents who answered that they used more than one emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services for cerebrovascular disease during the year of 2012 among Korean medical panel investigators in 2012 were included. In general, patients with cerebrovascular disease responded to cerebrovascular disease among Korean medical panel respondents in 2012. Percentage of respondents using inpatient and outpatient services. Total direct cost was calculated. According to the results of the study, the per capita annual medical expenditure per person is about 561,934 won, 669,557 won for men and 448,696 won for women. In the case of health insurance subscribers, the per capita self burden due to cerebrovascular disease averaged 634,459 won and the medical benefit recipients 160,236 won. The average total direct cost of 265 people with cerebrovascular disease is about 162,165,690, 193,223,955 won for men and 129,486,685 for women. The total direct cost per person due to cerebrovascular disease was 183,095,125 won and the medical benefit recipient was 46,241,705 won. According to household income, the highest rate of 672,268 won in the third income group of the household income, and 108,970,650 won in the fifth income group, the lowest total direct cost of the patients with cerebrovascular disease.

This study was designed to provide basic visiter information for establishing effective park management strategies. A questionnaire survey was at major entry points in Hallasan National Park(Eorimok and Youngsil). 237 random samples among the visitors on the way back home from their visit were chosen to represent general visitor population. As for the results, visitors' recreational satisfaction level with the area was relatively high. The majority of the visitors were satisfied with 20 uses and management related attributes provided by Hallasan National Park system. However, considering lack of sense of hygienic sanitary facilities, consequential deterioration of natural and cultural resources, and entrance fees as well as other costs, there needs to be a managerial priority on visiter service.
