A study on the driver training simulator for train (전동차 모의운전 시뮬레이터에 관한 연구)

  • 전동차 시뮬레이터는 제한된 공간상에서 영상 및 음향, 운동, 운전석에 있는 각종 계기와 모니터 시스템들을 이용해 운전자에게 실제 주행하고 있다는 현실감을 제공하는 일종의 가상현실 장비이다. 시뮬레이터의 유효성은 각종 차량 특성과 운전조건 변화에 대해 CAB 상의 승무원에게 실제에서 경험할 수 있는 각종 주행환경을 제공하는 데 있다. 주행 현실감을 확보하기 위해서는 CAB 승무원에게 소리, 영상, 운동, 촉각 신호 등과 같은 큐(Cue)를 현실적으로 제공해야 한다. 대부분의 큐는 운전자의 조작 명령에 반응하는 차량의 동특성 해석을 통해 결정되어 시각, 음향, 모니터 등에 제공된다. 그러므로, 시뮬레이터 운용에 있어서 핵심적인 위치를 차지하고 있는 실시간 전동차 시뮬레이션 시스템의 전동차 모델은 차량의 운동을 현실적으로 모사할 수 있어야 하며, 실시간으로 시뮬레이션 되어야 하는 서로 상충되는 조건을 만족시켜야 한다. 실시간 전동차 시뮬레이션을 수행하기 위해서 특히 공학적으로 검토되어야 할 요소는 전동차 모델의 적절성, 적분기법, 운용 소프트웨어 및 실시간 시뮬레이션용 컴퓨터 등에 관하여 연구하였다.

Implementation of the Aural Cueing System of the Reconfigurable Tactical SFTS for the Rotor Aircraft (회전익 항공기용 가변형 전술용 시뮬레이터의 음향 재생 시스템 제작)

  • We implemented the Aural Cueing System(ACS) system of the reconfigurable tactical trainer(RTT) for th rotor aircraft. RTT provides a collective training system to meet aviation training requirements and supports organizational training for aviations units in combined arms collective training and mission rehearsal. ACS handles the volume, pitch and repetition of the digitally stored sounds based on commands it receives from an UDP/IP. In this paper, we explained and implemented the conceptual and detail design the ACS system for the rotor aircraft such as AH-1H(Iroquios), UH-60(Blackhwak), AH-1(Cobra) etc. The conceptual design composed of the sound cueing data analysis, sound modelling which is inner, outer, weapon and warn environment of rotor aircraft, sound synthesis and replay.

  • In this study, we developed a PC - based motorcycle simulator based on the development technology of the virtual patrol motorcycle training system. In order to get the impression that the motorcycle simulator is operating in a realistic way, it is important to have a reliable signal transmission and operation feeling between the driver and the simulator. In order to achieve this, we developed a system that can apply the sub-systems of the actual vehicle to the motorcycle simulator in order to generate the same operation feeling as the actual vehicle. Based on these results, We have developed a method for generating a feedback queue. Vehicle dynamics simulates real-time vehicle motion by receiving input from a steering wheel, accelerating / decelerating pedal, etc. operated by a driver on a vehicle simulator and transmitting the result to a visual and acoustic system, It is the central element of the simulator to generate. I want to summarize the main requirements of simulation dynamics.

Performance Analysis of a Dynamic Priority Control Scheme for Delay-Sensitive Traffic (음성 트래픽을 위한 동적우선권제어방식의 성능분석)

  • This paper considers the performance of a dynamic priority control function (DPCF) of a threshold-based Bernoulli priority jump (TBPJ) scheme. Loss-sensitive and delay-sensitive traffics are applied to a system with a TBPJ scheme that is a general state-dependent Bernoulli scheduling scheme. Loss-sensitive and delay-sensitive traffics represent sound and data, respectively. Under the TBPJ scheme, the first packet of the loss-sensitive traffic buffer goes into the delay-sensitive traffic buffer with Bernoulli probability p according to system states which represent the buffer thresholds and the number of packets waiting for scheduling. Performance analysis shows that TBPJ scheme obtains large performance build-up for the delay-sensitive traffic without performance degradation for the loss-sensitive traffic. TBPJ scheme shows also better performance than that of HOL scheme.
