본 논문에서는 음성신호처리 기법을 이용하여 장애음성을 진단, 개선하는 데 필요한 다양한 신호처리방법에 대하여 다루고자 한다. 음성장애중 성대장애를 중심으로 신호에 나타나는 현상과 이를 이용한 신호처리 방법들을 소개하며 응용사례로 음성을 이용한 성대질환의 진단에 관한 내용을 소개한다.

There is getting worse to various liver diseases due to change in eating habits, stress, alcohol etc in modern society. Therefore, we proposed methodology to diagnose early for liver disease to study the influence on voice in liver diseases. To this end, we carried out experiment to apply parameter of voice analysis to collect each voice inpatients and patients by treatment of liver diseases patients. Particularly, we carried out experiment to apply element value of pronunciation and the third formant frequency bandwidths about velar sounds associated liver in oriental medicine, then to produce objective index resonance cavity and influence vocalization in liver diseases. In addition, we carried out to study about design of system to monitoring a liver function in u-Health environment based on result by experiment.

Baby's diseases diagnosis has inconvenient for received direct coming to help that order expression ability was insufficiency which consciousness situation concern about the infant health because of birth rate and decrease the marriage rate and divorce rate. So in this paper through the infant crying sound about home a foundation which infant diseases develop the system comparison normal infant with take a infant that analysis the extract the voice analytics component. Especially this paper propose about the methodology for development system that infant cold, infant pneumonia, infant asthma among extract the crying sound feature part for infant respiratory diseases discussion the most easy has involved the infant. So infant respiratory put case stimulus diseases about all voice organs and experiment the analysis method through the bandwidth about phonetics analysis component that comparison normal infant with take a respiratory infant. Through these method, we were extracted to results that infant's frequency bandwidth suffering from respiratory diseases than a normal infant is short.

후두기능의 전기생리학적 특징에 대한 관심은 1940년대부터 시작되어 1950년대와 1960년대에는 유럽 및 일본에서 Faborg-Anderson, Hirano 등이 후두근전도의 임상적 적용에 대해서 보고한바 있으며, 1970년대부터는 미국에서도 Bleir, Miller등이 후두근전도의 임상적 역할에 대해 보고하고 있다 이와 같이 후두근전도가 임상에 도입된 지 오래되었고 신경후두학 분야에서 후두근육의 전기생리상태를 알 수 있는 아주 중요한 진단도구이나 아직까지 후두근전도는 양적인 평가가 가능한 표준화된 검사는 아니고 내시경이나 방사선학적 검사처럼 경험이 있는 의사에 의해 판독되어지는 검사로 음성장애가 있는 모든 환자에서 집단검진(screening test)으로 이용될 수 있는 검사도구는 아니다. 후두근전도가 임상에서 유용하게 이용되고 있는 질환은 성대운동 장애와 연축성 음성장애이다. 최근 성대운동 장애에 대한 다양한 수술방법이 개발되면서 수술 방법 및 시기 결정, 예후측정에 후두근전도의 이용이 필수적이 되었으며 또한 연축성 음성장애 환자에서 어떤 후두 근육에 botulinum toxin을 주사할 지를 결정하는 데 이용하고 있다. 이번 강의에서는 위 두 가지 질환을 중심으로 후두근전도의 임상적 유용성을 살펴보기로 하겠다.

서양의학은 다양한 진단 기기들의 개발로 인해 발전을 거듭하고 있는 반면, 한의학은 임상의의 직관에 의존하여 환자들에게 시각적이며 객관적으로 질병의 상태를 표현해 줄 수 있는 기기들이 부족하다. 즉, 질병에 대한 진단 결과가 시각화, 객관화될 수 있다면 한의학에 대한 진단 의존도는 향상되게 된다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 한방 진단 방법의 신뢰성과 정확성을 높이기 위해 한의학에서 몸을 다스리는 중심기관이며, 생명과 정신의 근원처로 알려진 심장과 음성 신호와의 관계를 한방에 기초하여 규명하고 분석하고자 한다. 특히 심장은 인체의 기관 중 혀와 관련되어 있어 음성과 연계하여 생각하면 심장질환자는 혓소리의 발음이 불명확함에 초점을 맞추어 심장 질환 유무를 판단하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 끝으로 실험에 의해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.
