정부의 인공지능 국가전략을 통해 인공지능 교육은 초등학교에서도 필수교육으로 대두되고 있다. 또한 인공지능 소양을 습득하기 위해 타 교과와 융합한 인공지능 융합 교육의 필요성이 증가하고 있고, 인공지능 발달에 대한 수학의 역할을 고려하여 수학 교과를 통해 인공지능의 이해를 기르는 것이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수학 교과와 인공지능 교과가 융합한 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 초등학교 3~4학년 수학 교과의 도형 분류를 의사 결정 나무 모델을 활용하여 가르치는 인공지능 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 프로그램은 초등학생의 인공지능 개념학습을 통한 인공지능 기초소양 함양뿐만 아니라 수학 교과의 이해 및 성취도 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

본고에서는 미래창조과학부 ICT R&D 사업 중 융합SW 분야 중점 추진 방향과 개편 내용에 대해서 알아본다. 융합SW 분야 R&D는 응용SW, 응용플랫폼, 인공지능응용SW, 인터넷SW 등 4개 중점분야에 대해 국가 정책 전략 중심의 선도원천 기술개발 지원 사업과 기업의 혁신적 아이디어를 기반으로 글로벌 사업화를 추진하는 GCS(Global Creative Software) 지원사업으로 추진된다.

본고에서는 디지털 융합시대의 국가 미래 IT 인프라 전략으로 지능형 광대역 인프라를 제시하였다. 지능형 광대역 인프라는 광대역 네트워크 인프라, 정보통신 서비스 인프라, 기반체계 인프라로 구성되는 디지털 사회간접자본으로서 전통적인 사회간접자본과 융합되어 신(新)지식기반 SOC를 구축함으로써 국가 지식인프라의 하부구조를 이루게 된다. 초고속정보통신망 정책 성공요인에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 지능형 광대역 인프라의 성공적 구축을 위한 정책과제를 제시한다.

기계 산업은 최근 10년간 높은 성장세를 보였으나 금융위기, 선진 기계류 시장의 침체, 중국의 기계설비 자립화 등으로 성장세가 둔화되었다. 세계 경제의 불확실성이 가중되고 보호 무역주의가 득세하는 지금 신흥 시장에서의 MID-Tech 제품의 경쟁력 및 기계 산업 서비스 경쟁력 강화를 위한 수익 창출 비즈니스 모델의 변화가 강력히 요구되고 있다. 선진국의 기술 개발 동향 및 우리 나라 기계산업의 현황 분석을 통해 도출한 기계산업 발전 4대 전략인 신흥 시장 확대, 서비스화, 스마트화, 신산업 창출 등은 ICT 융합과 매우 밀접한 연관이 있기 때문에 기계 산업의 ICT 융복합의 적극적 추진이 강력히 요구된다. 본고에서는 이러한 기계산업과 ICT융합 동향과 사례등을 살펴본다.

드론산업은 항공 SW 통신 센서 소재 등 연관 산업이 융합된 차세대 전략산업이며, 다양한 비즈니스 모델 창출이 가능한 특징이 있다. 특히, 드론 체험관산업은 다양한 수요에 대응한 IT 센서 등 융 복합이 요구되는 융합의 특징을 지닌다. 드론 체험관 구성을 위해서는 드론제어/운영 SW, 배터리, 센서 융합기술이 필요하다. 시장구조분석은 마이클 포터의 5가지 산업구조 분석요소를 사용하여 분석하였다.

This article was to study the following three purposes. First, to identify and describe the platform strategies, content strategies, and management challenges that currently define the South Korean terrestrial broadcasting business. Second, to analyze from various angles the business area of global media group, in terms of platform strategies, content strategies, and management challenges. Third, to suggest how Korea's terrestrial broadcasting industry can become competitive with media groups. Looking at the digital conversion process and strategy as well as terrestrial broadcasting in each country, when digital switchover point and Action Plan, and the similarities in values and the role of digital terrestrial broadcasting times there are differences may be found.

Neural machine translation using deep neural network has emerged as a mainstream research, and an abundance of investment and studies on model structure and parallel language pair have been actively undertaken for the best performance. However, most recent neural machine translation studies pass along decoding strategy to future work, and have insufficient a variety of experiments and specific analysis on it for generating language to maximize quality in the decoding process. In machine translation, decoding strategies optimize navigation paths in the process of generating translation sentences and performance improvement is possible without model modifications or data expansion. This paper compares and analyzes the significant effects of the decoding strategy from classical greedy decoding to the latest Dynamic Beam Allocation (DBA) in neural machine translation using a sequence to sequence model.

This study investigates strategies to increase learning efficiency for programming subjects to which flipped learning teaching method is applied targeting non-major students. Design a learner-centered flipped learning-based programming class and get strategies for effective application methods for field application. Also, the purpose is to explore the efficient application of the flipped learning teaching method to the computational thinking subject of liberal arts classes at this university. By applying the flipped learning teaching method, one of the innovative teaching methods, we consider ways to improve the quality of programming subject classes, the efficiency of practical education, and the improvement of learner achievement. The purpose of this study is to design an efficient learning model for software education targeting non-majors by applying various teaching methods and learning design models convergence away from the traditional teaching method.

The study aims to explore industrial and firms' strategic factors affecting diffusion of digital convergence by studying major global IPTV markets. Market and firm variables are selected using the Industrial Organization's SCP approach. Data for the variables are collected from global 31 IPTV operators representing 20 countries. The analysis indicates that the penetration of broadband Internet and the market share of a dominant player in the Pay TV positively affect the penetration of the IPTV service, whereas the penetration of Pay TV, ARPU, firms' strategy and resource do not have influence on its penetration. The study is the cross-country analysis and contributes to the media study by exploring the relationship between market variables and the development of convergent media. Consequently, the study is expected to help policy makers tailor their digital policy for local environment.

The paper explores the relationship among paradigms, ecosystem which need to establish broadcasting, information and communications industry as the core of national competitiveness in the digital convergence era, and proposes the future progressing strategies and policies directions that consider environmental factors which all mass media converged on Internet. This paper makes an attempt to contribute innovative & integrated perspectives in the industry.
