최근 서비스 사이언스에 대한 관심과 함께 다양한 서비스의 융합을 통한 서비스 혁신이 논의되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 방송통신서비스를 중심으로 융합 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 융합모델을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 서비스 사이언스의 관점에서 방송통신서비스의 특성을 분석하고, 방송통신서비스를 다양한 서비스의 융합채널로 활용하는 서비스 모델을 교육, 의료, 관광 등의 분야에 대하여 제시한다.

현재의 메타버스 서비스는 메타버스 학술대회, 메타버스 입학식 등과 같이 단순히 실제 세계의 대체품 역할만을 수행하고 있으며 앞으로의 메타버스는 실제 세계와 가상 세계가 융합된 실·가상 융합형 메타버스 서비스로 발전할 것이다. 실제 세계와 가상 세계가 융합하기 위해서는 실제 세계에 존재하는 다양한 물리적 개체의 정보가 가상 세계로 반영되어야 하며 메타버스 서비스의 규모가 증가함에 따라 높은 확장성을 지원하는 통신 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 높은 확장성의 통신 미들웨어인 DDS와 시간 확정적 전송을 보장하는 TSN 표준을 융합하여 메타버스 서비스가 요구하는 방대한 데이터를 시간 확정적으로 전송할 수 있는 DDS-TSN 계층 구조를 설계한다.

Convergence technology stimulating participation sharing openness to the public of web 2.0 such as Open-API, Mash-Up, Syndication gives diversity to education field. The convergence in education field means the revolution toward education 2.0 and new education reflecting web 2.0 stream is called 'education 2.0'. Education environment can be the space of social network intimately linked between learners, educators and educational organization. Network technology developed in ontology language makes it possible to educate semantically which understands privatized education service and connection. Especially, filtering system by the reputation system of Amazon and the collective intelligence of Wikipedia are the best samples. Education area can adopt actively because learners as educational main body can broaden their role of participation and communicate bilaterally in the equal position. In this paper, new network architecture in contents linkage is introduced and researched for utilization and analysis of the architecture for web 2.0 technology and educational contents are to be converged. Education 2.0 service utilizing convergence technology and network architecture for realizing education 2.0 is introduced and analyzed so that the research could be a preceding research to the education 2.0 platform foundation.

ICT와 다른 기술의 융합이 가속화되면서 주력 산업을 비롯하여 제조업과 서비스 산업에서 IT를 활용한 가시적 성과가 창출되고 있는 추세이다. ICT 융합은 기술발전, 국가 정책 수요증대, 일반 국민의 니즈 확산을 기반으로 안전, 건강, 교육, 복지, 환경 등 인간생활과 밀착된 분야로 외연이 확대되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 생활밀착형 ICT 융합 서비스의 국내외 추진 동향을 살펴보고 공간 환경별 다양한 서비스 유형과 종류를 도출하며 향후 서비스 활성화를 위한 R&D 방향을 제언하고자 한다.

최근 학문간 융합을 통한 STEAM 융합인재교육에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. STEAM 교육은 과학, 기술, 공학, 예술 그리고 수학의 학문 영역을 유기적으로 융합하여 차세대 학습자들이 미래 사회에 필요한 핵심역량을 높일 수 있도록 하는 교육방식이다. 국가적인 차원에서 창의적인 융합인재를 위한 미래형 과학기술 교육을 중요하게 여기고 있으며, 과학기술 교육 패러다임에 변화를 기대하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 융합형 인재양성을 위한 집단지성 기반의 STEAM 교육 방안을 연구하고, 학습자의 과학기술에 대한 흥미와 이해를 높이고 융합적 사고와 문제해결 능력을 배양하기 위한 지능로봇 교육과정을 제시한다. 또한 집단 학습자들 간의 교육 적용 사례를 소개하고, 학습자의 만족도 분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 향후 본 연구의 결과로 집단 학습자의 학습 성취도를 향상시키고, 융합형 과학기술 인재양성 교육방안으로 발전하기를 기대한다.

최근 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 빠르게 확산되고, 초고속 광대역 IP 네트워크 기술이 발전하면서 통신과 방송의 독자적 개별 서비스가 서로 공존하여 통합융합 서비스로 진화발전하고 있다. 대표적 방송/통신융합 서비스인 IPTV는 통합융합서비스의 가장 강력한 응용분야이며, IPTV와 같은 서비스들이 증가함으로 인해 다양한 인터넷 서비스를 구현하기 위해서 인터넷 프로토콜을 통한 고화질의 데이터 처리에 대한 관심이 통신업계의 화두로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소규모에서 사용되는 표준 라우팅 프로토콜인, RIP 환경과 대규모 자율 네트워크에서 사용되는 링크 상태 라우팅 프로토콜인, OSPF 환경을 구현하여 IPTV 서비스 중에서 방송 화질의 PSNR값으로 성능을 측정하고 평가하여 효율적인 IPTV 서비스를 위한 네트워크 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The New IT industry based on Brain Science, a new industry combined with brain science and IT, will develop new IT services based on Brain Science. The purpose of the Convergence study is to analyze the impact of students' satisfaction and educational performance through research on overall educational service quality factors for beauty academies. The subjects of the study were conducted from March 29 to April 12, 2020 for those in their 10s and 40s attending beauty academies in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon, and 377 surveys were analyzed and used for research. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 21.0 program for research purposes. As a result of the study, the higher the level of empathy, reliability, responsiveness, type, and certainty of educational service quality, the higher the satisfaction level of the class. The higher the satisfaction level, the higher the educational performance. Based on these research results, measures to improve the quality of education services that can enhance the satisfaction and educational performance of beauty academies should be improved by diversifying educational methods and contents and enhancing the quality of education and service expertise. The expertise of education should be strengthened to improve competitiveness. Therefore, follow-up research is needed to develop various programs to enhance future course satisfaction and educational performance and to develop education methods to enhance the quality of beauty education services.

This paper intends to propose a technology for recommending convergence/composite art playlist contents that are fused with tags suitable for the user's situational information and taste to users for non-face-to-face art appreciation education. For the implementation of the proposed technology, the characteristics of works of art are analyzed, and related music and works of art are matched based on the tags of the analyzed works. In addition, we would like to propose a technology that automatically creates content for fusion and complex art viewing playlists using matched works.

The purpose of this study is to analyze educational needs and perception of job performance in the community service investment program service providers. Data were collected from 619 service providers and was analyzed by t-test. In the case of the director, there was a significant difference in 10 professional qualification areas, 2 business management areas, 4 customer management areas, and 4 service development and marketing areas. In the case of the practitioners, there was a significant difference in 3 professional qualification areas, 2 business management areas, 2 customer management areas, and 5 service development and marketing areas. In the case of the therapist, there was a significant difference in all 35 areas. These findings offer theoretical background and practical implications for the education direction of community service investment program service providers.
