A Plan for Establishing IOT-based Building Maintenance Platform (S-LCC): Focusing a Concept Model on the Function Configuration and Practical Use of Measurement Data (IOT 기반 건축물 유지관리 플랫폼 구축(S-LCC) 방안 : 기능구성과 계측 데이터 활용을 위한 개념 모델을 중심으로)

  • The reliability of the results of LCC analysis is determined by accurate analytical procedures and energy data from which the uncertainty is removed. Until now, systems that can automatically measure these energy data and produce databases have not been commercialized. Therefore this paper proposes a concept model of an S-LCC platform that can automatically collect and analyze electric energy consumption data of equipment systems using the IOT, which is the core tool in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and operates the equipment system efficiently using the analyzed results. The proposed concept model was developed by the convergence of existing BLCS and IOT and was comprised of five modules: Facility Control Module, LCC Analysis Module, Energy Consumption Control Module, Efficiency Analysis Module, and Maintenance Standard Reestablishment Module. Using the results of LCC analysis deduced from this system, the deterioration condition of an equipment system can be identified in real-time. The results can be used as the baseline data to re-establish standards for the maintenance factor, replacement frequency, and lifetime of existing equipment, and establish new maintenance standards for new equipment. If the S-LCC platform is established, it would increase the reliability of LCC analysis, reduce the labor force for entering data and improve accuracy, and would also change disregarded data into big data with high potential.

  • To enhance the capability of starch fermentation of the transformant TSD-14, the heat treated protoplasts of TSD-14 were fused with the protoplasts of C. tropicalis (lys$^-$) in the presence of 30% (w/ v) PEG and 20 mM CaC1$_2$. Fusants were selected by nutritional complementation on minium medium and the fusion frequency was 4.4$\times$10$^{-5}$. All fusants tested were possessed of complemented traits concerning carbon compound assimilation, and the cell volumes of the fusants were approximately 1.5 times larger than the parental strains. The fusants were genetically very stable, and were able to hydrolyze alpha 1,4-glucosidic linkage as well as alpha 1,6-linkage of starch contrary to one of parents TSD-14, The most promising fusant FSC-14-75 produced 8.7% (v/v) of ethanol from 15% liquefied potato starch medium, but the result was enhanced to 9.3% (v/v) by addition of 0.3% peptone. The corresponding fermentation efficiency was 86.0%.

Ethanol Fermentation of Fusant between Heterologous Transformant of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida tropicalis in Mini-jar Fermentor Scale (Mini-jar fermentor Scale에서의 Fusant의 Ethanol 발효)

  • The optimum conditions for ethanol fermentation and ethanol productivity of the fusant ESC-14-15 were examined in a mini-jar formentor scale (working volume : 2.5 liters) to assess the possibility of practical application. Addition of yeast extract to fermentation broth greatly enhanced the ethanol productivity and shortened the period of fermentation. The pH 4.2 was more favorable than pH 5.5 with respect to ethanol productivity and fermentation speed. The optimum concentration of liquefied potato starch for ethanol fermentation of FSC-14-15 was 15%(w/v) and the corresponding productivity was 8.7%(v/v) of ethanol with an efficiency of 80.6% to the theoretical maximum. When the fresh fermentation broth containing 20% of liquefied potato starch was inoculated with love(v/v) of inoculum, the fusant FSC-14-75 produced 11.0%(v/v) of ethanol in 4 days, which is considered comparable to that from an industrial process. From the liquefied cassava starch or the equal mixture of liquefied barley and sweet potato starch prepared according to the same method as in the industrial process except saccharification step, the fusnnt FSC-14-75 produced 8.5%(v/v) or 7.6%(v/v) of ethanol in 4 days, respectively.

A Systematic Review on Studies Related to Disaster (재난관련 연구의 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the trends in domestic and international disaster-related research through a systematic review of the literature and to establish a basis for future disaster-related countermeasures and development directions. A related literature search was conducted through the domestic and foreign databases through the combination of disaster-related terms from 2000 until February 28, 2017, and 79 articles were used in the analysis based on selection and exclusion criteria of 177 total documents. As a result of the research, 31.6% of disaster research type was quantitative studies, and 29.1% of the major disciplines were medical research. In addition, there were engineering(18.9%), public administration(13.9%), and nursing(11.4%). In foreign literature, there are many triage studies for the classification of patients in multiple lesions. On the other hand, only 30.4% of total triage studies in Korea were detected. Most of them were related to triage development, triage evaluation, triage research, and reviews. In addition, according to the disaster nursing capacity framework of the International Council of Nurses, 72.3% of studies were related to the response phase. Future research on disasters requires interdisciplinary convergence, patient classification, and technology integration to improve the survival rate of multiple injuries, and an integrated system based on the results of collaborative research among interdisciplinary groups is needed.

  • The purpose of this paper is to implement a multiple bio-signal central monitoring system based on textile fabrics flexible platform which can obtain and monitor bio signals(heart rate, body temperature, electrocardiography, electromyogram) of workers in special working environments and additional situational information (3-axis acceleration, temperature, humidity, illumination, surrounding image). This system can prevent various accidents that may occur in the remote work environment and provide fast and efficient response by detecting workers' situations in real-time. For it, the textile fabrics flexible platform was made as innerwear or outerwear so that it does not interfere with workers' performance while collecting bio-signal and situational information, and obtained information is sent to the central monitoring system through wireless communication. The central monitoring system is based on wireless medical telemetry service of WMTS (Wireless Medical Telemetry Service); can monitor from 2 to 32 people simultaneously; and was designed so that it can be expanded. Also, in this study, to verify performance of the WMTS communication model, packet transmission rates were compared according to the distance.

  • 4S (Ship to Ship, Ship to Shore) communication is the key to strategic development of e-navigation, a core element of IT vessel convergence. 4S communication is intended to integrate and standardize various communication infrastructures on land and communication equipment complying with communication equipment equipped in ships. This paper aims to apply the Korean technology IEEE 802.16e adopted as an international standard, to replace and compensate for existing vessel communication media such as low speed HF/MF/VHF to the ocean environment. To this end, various experimental conditions between the coast station where a relay station was installed and related equipment equipped on a ship are set. Communication signals were monitored and the RSSI and CINR were measured. Based on experimental analysis and results, various challenges and solutions which may occur in ocean environment were sought, and communication availability was analyzed through transmission data throughput, at the maximum effective distance range of the signal. It was proven that high speed multimedia data could be exchanged for up to 20 km even among 80km kph ships moving around near the sea, ensuring that this technology could be applied to the ocean environment.

  • 정보통신 기술의 발달과 디지털 방송의 시작, 뉴미디어의 출현으로 인한 통신과 방송의 융합은 가속화되고 있다. 또한 2010년까지 광대역통신망 BcN과 홈네트워크 구축을 위한 정부정책이 실행 중에 있다. 100Mbps의 전송속도를 구현해야 하는 광대역 통신망(BcN)을 위해 기존 인터넷 백본 1)망은 잘 구축이 되어 있으나 가입자까지의 망 구조에 많은 문제점을 앉고 있다. 기존 전화국을 이용한 XDSL과 지역 SO를 활용한 Cable Modem의 경우 병목현상과 이론상 속도 또한 BcN과 통방통합이 요구하는 50-100Mhz의 전송속도를 만족하지 못한다. 새로운 망 구조를 구축하기 위해 많은 비용과 시간의 소요가 예상된다 가입자 망 구축에 따른 많은 방법과 이론이 제시되고 있다. 똔 논문에선 지역 SO를 활용하여 가입자까지 망을 통방통합과 BcN에 적합한 가입자 망을 새롭게 구성하는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저 지역 50의 망을 활용하기 위해선 기존 KT와 파워콤의 COF(Glass Optical Fiber)망과 지역 케이블 SO의 HFC 망을 이용하기에는 동축케이블 망의 물리적 특성에 따른 한계로 통방통합과 BcN에 부적합하다. Tree And Branch 구조의 HFC망 대신 $SMF^{2)}$의 기존 SO의 자가망을 새롭게 설계하고 광분배망 기술인 $E-PON^{3)}$방식을 접목시켜 최대한 동축망을 사용하지 않고 굴곡 특성에 약한 $FOG^{4)}$의 특성을 극복하기 위해 $POF^{5)}$망을 이용하여 댁내 홈게이트웨이까지 연결하는 방식으로 지역 SO를 거점으로 활용하여 댁내까지 FHHT와 홈 네트워크까지의 가입자 망을 새롭게 구성하고자 한다. 저장의 효율성을 위해 이진 포멧인 IPMP화된 MP4 파일을 생성할 수 있다.으로써, 에러 이미지가 가지고 있는 엔트로피에 좀 근접하게 코딩을 할 수 있게 되었다. 이 방법은 실제로 Arithmetic Coder를 이용하는 다른 압축 방법에 그리고 적용할 수 있다. 실험 결과 압축효율은 JPEG-LS보다 약 $5\%$의 압축 성능 개선이 있었으며, CALIC과는 대등한 압축률을 보이며, 부호화/복호화 속도는 CALIC보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다.우 $23.87\%$($18.00\~30.91\%$), 갑폭 $23.99\%$($17.82\~30.48\%$), 체중 $91.51\%$($58.86\~129.14\%$)이였으며 성장율은 사육 온도구간별 차는 없었다.20 km 까지의 지점들(지점 2에서 지점 6)에서 매우 높은 값을 보이며 이는 조석작용으로 해수와 담수가 강제혼합되면서 표층퇴적물이 재부유하기 때문이라고 판단된다. 영양염류는 월별로 다소의 차이는 있으나, 대체적으로 지점 1과 2에서 가장 낮고, 상류로 갈수록 점차 증가하며 지점 7 상류역이 하류역에 비해 높은 농도이다. 월별로는 7월에 규산염, 용존무기태질소 및 암모니아의 농도가 가장 높은 반면에 용존산소포화도는 가장 낮다. 그러나 지점 14 상류역에서는 5월에 측정한 용존무기태질소, 암모니아, 인산염 및 COD 값이 7월보다 다소 높거나 비슷하다. 한편 영양염류와 COD값은 대체적으로 8월에 가장 낮으나 용존산소포화도는 가장 높다.출조건은 $100^{\circ}C$에서 1분간의 고온단시간 추출이 적합하였다. 증가를 나타내었는데

  • In this study, change of the view of love was analyzed by big data analysis in TV drama of married person's love. Two dramas were selected for analysis with opposite theme of love story. The sympathy of audience for the one month period from the end of the drama was analyzed by text mining and sentiment analysis. In particular, changes in the meaning of home meaning are identified. Home is not 'a place where a husband and wife play a social role', but 'a place where they can share real sympathy and one can be happy'. If individuals are not happy, they need to break their homes. In this study, the current divorce rate and the question regarding the matter should be considered. But based on Google Trends, in Korean society, interest in marriage were still higher than romance. It means that people prefer to 'a love to get marriage' in Korean modern society, than 'love for love affair'. It seems to be reflection of cognition change, marriage should be based on true love. This study is expected to be applied to the study of trend change through social media.

A Case-Control Study on Attitudes to Dietary Life and Nutrient Intakes of Colorectal Cancer Patients in Daegu·Gyeongbuk Area (대구·경북지역 대장직장암 환자의 식생활 태도와 영양소 섭취에 관한 환자-대조군 연구)

  • The incidence of colorectal cancer (CRC) in Korea has been gradually increased and it has been reported that dietary life is highly associated with the development of CRC. To investigate dietary attitudes and nutritional risk factors for CRC, we analyzed food intake of 34 patients diagnosed with CRC within 1 year and 51 subjects without gastrointestinal diseases as a control reside in Daegu·Gyeongbuk Area using semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. The results showed that dietary regularity and variety of food intake in control subjects was better than CRC patients whereas, CRC patients eat more frequently animal and vegetable protein foods, fried foods, green and yellow vegetables, and fruits than control subjects. Nutrient intake analysis showed that Vitamin A, E, K, C, sodium, magnesium, iodine, and cholesterol intake of CRC patients was higher than control subjects. Especially, after adjusting age and sex, regression analysis showed that Vitamin K (OR = 1.022, 95% Cl 1.003-1.043, p = 0.026) and sodium (OR = 1.001, 95% Cl 1.000-1.002, p = 0.032) were identified as risk factors for CRC. In the future, verification of the relationship between these nutrients and CRC risk and appropriate nutrient education will be needed for the prevention of CRC.

The Effect of 12weeks Pilates Mat Exercise on Body Composition and Lipid Metabolism in Obese Middle-aged Women (12주간 필라테스 매트 운동이 비만중년여성의 신체구성 및 지질대사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to provide basic data for maintaining and promoting health of obese middle-aged women who are interested in various chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and coronary artery disease by comparing and analyzing the effect on body composition and lipid metabolism through a 12-week Pilates mat exercise program for obese middle-aged women. This study targeted middle-aged women residing in Gyeonggi-do A, who are obese middle-aged women in their 40s and 50s with a body fat ratio of 30% or more, and had no regular exercise in the past three months. Obese middle-aged women(n=19) were divided into two groups, the Pilates mat exercise program group(n=9) and the control group(n=10), conducting exercise for 60 minutes three times a week for 12 weeks. As a result of analysis, the exercise group had a positive effect on body weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, body fat percentage, and BMI in body composition, but not in the control group. In the lipid metabolism, the exercise group had a positive effect on TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, and FFA, but not in the control group. These results suggest that the 12-week Pilates mat exercise program conducted in this study is an exercise program that can prevent cardiovascular and chronic diseases in obese middle-aged women.
