Interspecific heterokaryons were obtained by polyethylene glycol induced fusion of protoplasts from auxotrophic mutants of P. ostreatus+P. cornucopiae, P. ostreatus+P. florida, P. ostreatus+P. sajor-caju, P. florida+P. cornucopiae, P. florida+P. sajor-caju and P. sajor-caju+P. cornucopiae protoplasts. The Fusion products of protoplasts were induced by MCM+benomyl, but segregation of sectors were not identified. Interspecific fusion products of protoplasts between incompatible strains did not form true clamp connections and did not produce fruit bodies. For induction of fertility, interspecific heterokaryons crossed with their parents by hyphal anastomosis.

The study was to expand the choice of electric toothbrush by number of operations of the plaque removal effect on the tooth surface. Three different toothbrushes were selected for oscillations and pulsations type of electric toothbrush. A is Oral-B D12 (7,600 pulsations), B is Oral-B D16 (20,000 oscillations and a 7,600 pulsations), C is Oral-B D20 (40,000 oscillations and an 8,800 pulsations). In each trial, each tooth was brushed for 2 seconds. For the 10 trials. And each tooth was coated with 1layer, 2layers and 3layers. After the experiment, the plaque removal effect was calculated and analzed using the Image J program(p<0.05). According to the study, C toothbrush had the highest rate of plaque removal effect. Based on this results of the study, dental worker will need to evaluate oral hygiene and recommend appropriate toothbrushes according to oral conditions.

As a method of breeding L-lysine producing strains, the intergeneric protoplast fusion between Brevibacterium flavum and Corynebacterium glutamicum was performed. As a results, Brevibacterium flavum ATCC 21528 R showed 99％ of protoplast formation and 10％ of regeneration frequencies when treated with 400$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ of lysozyme for 12hrs. In Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 21514 S, 99％ and 12％ were obtained by treatment of 300$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ lysozyme for 12 hrs. In intergeneric protoplast fusion between Brevibacterium flavum ATCC 21528 R and Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 21831 S, 1.0$\times$10$^{-6}$ of recombinant frequency per regenerable cells was observed by use of PEG 6000, 30％(w/v). Among the strains obtained KR$_{43}$ strain showed 12％ higher productivity of L-lysine than the parental cell. Then, the activity of aspartokinase of KR$_{43}$ was about 13％ higher than the parental cell.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between health behaviors and asthma among male and female adolescents. The data were derived from the 12th Korea youth risk behavior web-based survey 2016 in Korea. The subjects were 65,528 Korean adolescents. The diagnosis rate of asthma in male adolescents was 10.3% and the diagnosis rate of asthma in female adolescents was 7.8%. In male adolescent, health behaviors that related to diagnosis of asthma were drinking (OR=1.087), second-hand smoke exposure (OR=1.087), non-vigorous physical activity (OR=1.084), obesity (OR=1.291), insufficient sleep time (OR=1.113), and stress (OR=1.257). In female adolescents, health behaviors related to asthma were smoking (OR=1.242), second-hand smoke exposure (OR=1.111), vigorous physical activity (OR=0.899), obesity (OR=1.178), and stress (OR=1.251). The results of this study will be used as basic data to develop a health promotion program of asthma youth according to gender.

지방공기업 경영평가는 지방공기업의 경영성과에 대해서 평가하는 것이므로 경영 성과를 균형있게 평가하는 것이 중요하다. 지방공기업의 평가 대상 유형은 상수도, 하수도, 도시철도공사, 도시개발공사, 특정공사 공단, 시설관리공단, 환경시설관리공단 등 7개로 구분된다. 이 가운데 2017년 상수도 분야의 평가 대상 공기업은 지방공기업법 제78조 및 동법 시행령 제68조에 의거하여 115개이다. 행안부에서 주관하는 8개 광역 직영 기업 그룹과 시 도에서 주관하는 107개 기초지자체 직영 기업 그룹를 구분하여 평가하고 있으며 지방상수도 경영성과 평가 지표은 크게 리더십/전략, 경영시스템, 경영성과, 정책 준수로 구분되며 총 21개의 세부지표로 구성된다. 경영 성과 지표 가운데 주요사업성과와 경영효율성과 지표에 해당하는 상수도관리, 상수도보급률, 요금부과율, 요금 현실화율은 해당 지자체의 인구규모에 따라 평가군을 설정하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 평가군을 설정하는 인구 기준에 대한 명확한 근거가 없고 동일한 평가군 내에서도 지자체 상수도 시설, 면적, 인구 밀도 등에 따라 관로길이나 상수도 원가 등이 크게 차이가 발생하고 있어 경영 평가 결과에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단순 인구 규모가 아니라 지자체 지방상수도는 경영효율화에 영향을 미치는 변수를 선별하여 주요사업 활동 성과 지표 측정에 적용할 수 있는 성과 평가군을 군집분석을 통하여 분석하고자 한다.

In this paper, the weight reduction design of the yaw gearbox for wind turbine was performed through the finite element analysis method, and the stability was checked by performing the critical speed analysis. The weight reduction product can improve engine efficiency, save parts materials, and earn economic benefits. The yaw gearbox is lightweighted with the goal of achieving a safety rate of 1.3 or higher for wind turbine as indicated by IEC61400-1. In order to reduce the weight of the carrier, a topology optimization method was performed. The safety factor was verified by performing finite element analysis on the carrier. In addition, the housing and carrier were modeled using the finite element method, and the gear train was modeled using MASTA. For the yaw gearbox, the housing and carrier FE model and the gear train model were connected by the partial structural synthesis method to perform the rotational vibration analysis. Vibration excitation sources are mass unbalance and gear mesh frrequemcy, and as a result of the critical speed analysis, it was found that there was no resonance within the operating speed range.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is an acute leukemia caused by suppression of bone marrow function due to overgrowth of immature lymphocytes in the bone marrow. It accounts for 30% of acute leukemia in adults, and children show a cure rate of over 80% with chemotherapy, while adults show a low survival rate of 20% to 50%. However, research on a machine learning algorithm based on medical image data for the diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia is in the initial stage. In this paper, we compare and analyze CNN algorithm models for quick and accurate diagnosis. Using four models, an experimental environment for comparative analysis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia diagnostic models was established, and the algorithm with the best accuracy was selected for the given medical image data. According to the experimental results, among the four CNN models, the InceptionV3 model showed the best performance with an accuracy of 98.9%.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness and perception of eco-friendly oral products by comparing and analyzing the dental bacterial film removal rate of eco-friendly toothbrushes and general toothbrushes, and by examining the satisfaction of the research subjects with toothbrushes through questionnaires. As a result of the study, there was no significant difference in the removal rate of dental bacterial film between eco-friendly toothbrushes and general toothbrushes, so it was found that the function of eco-friendly toothbrushes was not much different from that of ordinary toothbrushes, and the satisfaction with eco-friendly toothbrushes was generally positive.

Auxotrophic mutants were obtained by UV-irradiation to mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum. Induction rate of auxotrophs was 5.78%. Interspecific fusion products of protoplasts were obtained by polyethylene glycol induced fusion of protoplasts from auxotrophic mutants of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma applanatum. Fusion products were selected by means of the comparison with the mycelial growth rate and colony morphology. Fusion products were confirmed by mycelial morphology and esterase isozyme pattern. Some segregants were observed and fusion product produced fruit bodies.

S. diastaticus hydrolysised $\alpha$-1.4 linkage of the starch and was known fermenting yeast strain, but poorly hydrolized $\alpha$-1.6 linkage of the starch. To improve the starch fermentation ability of yeast, we tried that protoplast fusion between S. diastaticus and C. tropicalis and finally two starins of fusant (FPDC42, FPDC43) were obtained. C. tropicalis well hydrolysis both $\alpha$-1.4 and $\alpha$-1.6 linkanges in the starch. The protoplast of parental auxotrophic cells were fused in the presence of 10mM CaCl$_2$ and 35% of polyethylene glycol (M. W. 4,000). The fusion frequency was 10$^{-5}$ to 10$^{-6}$. Properties of the fusants(genetic stability, assimilation of carbon sources, random spore formation, copper resistance, NaCl tolerance, DNA content, cell size and growth rate) were investigated.
