A Study on Improving Weighted DGRP-based Routing Protocol in VANETs (VANET에서 WDGRP-based 라우팅 프로토콜 개선에 관한 연구)

  • 최근 VANET 라우팅 프로토콜에 관한 연구가 증가하는 이유는 차량에 통신장비를 장착하여 차량 간 또는 기간통신망 간에 통신수요 증가가 가까운 미래에 활성화 될 것으로 예상되어 국제적으로 현실에 적용이 가능한 VANET 라우팅 프로토콜에 관심과 중요성이 높아지고 있다. VANET 라우팅 프로토콜에서 주요한 성능을 결정하는 사항은 패킷처리율, 패킷전송지연 그리고 오버헤드이다. 이러한 조건을 만족시키는 VANET 라우팅 프로토콜로 DGRP(Directional Greedy Routing Protocol)이 있다. DGRP는 위치기반 라우팅 프로토콜로 GPSR보다 높은 패킷처리율, 낮은 패킷전송지연과 오버헤드를 갖는다. 이러한 장점을 통해서 본 논문에서는 우리는 DGRP를 개선한 WDGRP를 제안하고자 한다. WDGRP는 기존의 VANET 라우팅의 프로토콜의 장점을 포함하고 있으며 알고리즘을 개선함으로써 DGRP보다 높은 성능을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 라우팅 프로토콜인 GPSR, DGRP 라우팅 프로토콜을 WDGRP와 함께 각각 성능비교를 하였다. 그 결과 WDGRP은 다른 라우팅 프로토콜보다 패킷전달율이 증가하였고 오버헤드와 패킷전송지연은 감소하였다.

Protoplast Fusion of Saccharomyces and Kluyveromyces to Develop Thermotolerant Ethanol-Producing Yeast Strains (고온내성 에탄올 생산 효모균주의 개발을 위한 Saccharomyces와 Kluyveromyces의 원형질체 융합)

  • To develop thermotolerant ethanol producing yeast strains, the protoplasts of Saccharomyces carlsbergensis having good fermentability at $30^{\circ}C$ and Kluyveromyces marxianus able to grow at $42^{\circ}C$ were fused. Under the optimal conditions for protoplast formation, the frequency of protoplast formation of S. carlsbergensis was 92 - 94% and that of K. marxianus was 98%. Fusion frequency between S. carlsbergensis and K. marxianus was $1.4\times10^{-6}-4.8$\times10^{-7}$. Among the 27 fusants obtained, 6 fusants were able to grow at $42^{\circ}C$. While the parental strains produced 3.2-3.4%(w/v) ethanol after 3 days from the fermentation medium containing glucose, fusants SK41-4 and SK53-22 produced 5.2%(w/v) ethanol in the same condition. The thermotolerance of SK53-22 was not high, but that of SK41-4 was quite high.

Effect of Media, Synchronization of Fibroblast Cells, Culture Time, $\textrm{O}_2$ Concentration and Activation on Developmental Rate of Nuclear Transferred Porcine Oocytes (배양액, 섬유아세포, 배양시간, 산소 농도 및 활성화 처리가 돼지 핵이식 배의 체외발달에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to examine in vitro development of porcine embryos constructed by the microinjection of cultured fetal fibroblast cells into porcine oocytes matured in vitro. Single fetal donor cells were deposited into the perivitelline space of enucleated oocytes, followed by electrical fusion and activation. Activated embryos were cultured in NCSU-23 medium supplemented with 5% FBS, at 38.5$^{\circ}C$ for 6 to 8 days in 5% $CO_2$ and air. In experiment 1, fusion rates of nuclear transfer embryos did not differ for fetal fibroblast cells incubated in 5% FBS + NCSU-23 or 5% FBS + TL Heaps medium, nor did fusion rates of donor cells differ between 1-8 hr incubation durations. Fusion rates for the four treatment subclasses ranged from 72.1% to 78.0%. In experiment 2, Pre-synchronization in medium containing 0.1 $\mu\textrm{g}$/m Hoechst 33342 an increase from 0 and 8 versus 15 h culture an increased percentage of porcine fibroblast cells in G2/M at the end of the synchronization period (12.4%, 17.5% and 47.6%). Neither an increase in the concentration of H 33342 (0.2-1.6 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$) nor a longer exposure time (12h, 18h and 24h) increased the proportion of porcine G2/M fibroblasts. In experiment 3, fusion rates did not differ significantly far nuclear transfer embryos constructed using donor cells cultured in 5% FBS + NCSU-23 medium for 1-2, 6-8 or 12-14 days (60.0%, 73.3% and 62.5%), respectively. The cleavage rate for nuclear transplant embryos using fetal fibroblast cells cultured for 1-2 days was 44.0%, significantly less than 56.7% and 50.0%. for 6-8 or 12-14 days duration of culture, respectively. In experiment 4, the proportions of nuclear transfer embryos that developed to the $\geq$2 cell and to the blastocyst stage were not affected significantly by culture medium (5% FBS + NCSU-23 or 5% FBS + TL-Heaps) or by $O_2$ concentration of the culture (5% vs 10%). Rates of development to the $\geq$2 cell stage ranged from 65.9% to 70.1%, and development rates to the blastocyst stage ranged from 9.8% to 12.5% for the four treatment subclasses. Developmental rate was highest for embryos cultured in 5% FBS + NCSU-23 under a gas atmosphere of 5% $O_2$ in air.

  • 본 논문에서는 유도가열조리기의 효과적인 설계를 위하여 입력주파수 변화에 따른 유도가열조리기의 자계와 열계 해석 방법을 제시하였다. 유도가열조리기의 내부자계는 3차원 축대칭 유한요소법을 사용하여 해석하였으며, 열원은 유도가열조리기의 내부에서 유도된 와전류에 의하여 발생되고, 열은 열원과 열방정식을 사용하여 계산되어진다. 또한, 유도가열조리기의 온도특성을 스테인레스와 알루미늄 각각에 대하여 주파수와 투자율에 따라 제시하였다.

  • 자동 음성 인식(ASR) 시스템에, 끝점 추출과 에너지 정규화는 중요한 역할을 하게 된다 그러나 낮은 SNR이나 nonstationary 환경에서, 기존 방법은 끝점 추출과 에너지 정규화에 있어서 자주 실패하게 되며, ASR을 급격히 열화시키곤 한다. ASR을 수행하기 위해, 최적의 필터에 3상태 천이도를 사용하고, 필터는 정확성과 강인함을 확실히 하기 위해 여러 이론들을 이용하여 설계하였고 여러 가지 잡음이 있는 음성 신호환경에서 거의 일정한 응답을 주었다. 검출된 끝점은 곧바로 에너지 정규화에 적용된다. 실험 결과는 제안된 알고리즘이 낮은 SNR에서 에러율을 크게 감소시키고 있다는 것을 보여준다.

Vehicle detection for Traffic Surveliiance (교통 감시를 위한 자동차 검출)

  • 본 논문에서는 교통 감시 시스템의 필수 단계중에 하나인 실시간 자동차 검출 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 후보 영역 추출 단계와 자동차 인식 단계로 이루어진다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 연속된 두 프레임간의 차영상 분석 방법을 기반으로 하여 움직임이 있는 후보 영역을 추출한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 추출된 후보 영역에 자동차가 포함되어 있는지를 판별하기 위해 웨이블릿 변환 계수들을 입력으로 하는 신경망을 사용한다. 일반 도로에서 획득한 230대의 자동차가 포함된 동영상을 실험한 결과, 자동차 검출율은 97.8%, 프레임당 처리 시간은 0.12ms이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 실시간 자동차 검출 방법은 교통 감시 시스템에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 cdma2000 규격을 채용한 역방향 링크 동기식 DS-CDMA 시스템을 시뮬레이션 하여 시스템의 성능을 분석하려다 cdma2000 시스템은 기존의 IS-95와는 달리 Pilot 채널을 이용하여 페이딩 채널을 추정하고 이를 이용하여 채널 환경에 의한 수신신호의 위상변화를 보상해 준다. 채널 추정필이 31pcg 심볼에서 Pilot 채널과 Traffic 채널의 최적의 전력비를 구하였다. 또한 시스템에 Power Control을 적용하여 Target FER을 만족시키기 위한 required Eb/No를 구하였고, 서로 다른 데이터율의 사용자가 동시에 전송할 때의 성능을 분석하였다.

Effects of Activation Regimens of Recipient Cytoplasm, Culture Condition of Donor Embryos and Size of Blastomeres on Development of Reconstituted Bovine Embryos (수핵 난자의 활성화 방법과 공핵 수정란의 배양체계 및 할구의 크기가 소 핵이식 수정란의 발달에 미치는 영향)

  • To improve the efficiency of nuclear transplantation in bovine, in this study the development in vitro of nuclear transferred (NT) embryos was compared by different activation regimens of the enucleated oocytes. The effect of developmental stage and culture system of donor nuclei on fusion and development in vitro of NT embryos were also evaluated. Oocytes were collected from Hanwoo ovaries obtained from slaughterhouse and matured in Ham's F-10 supplemented with hormones. After 20~22 h maturation, the oocytes were vortexed to be free from cumulus cells and subsequently their nucleus and the first polar body were removed. Enucleated oocytes were divided into 3 groups for activation; the oocytes of group I were activated with ionomycin for 5 min and subsequently incubated in 6-dimetylarninopurine (DMAP) for 4 h, Those of group II were treated with DMAP for 4 h at 39 h after onset of in vitro maturation (IVM) and those of group III were kept in room temperature ($25^{\circ}C$) for 3 h at 39 h after onset of IVM. After in vitro fertilization (IVF) the embryos for muclear donor were cultured either by group culture (20 embryos /50 ${mu}ell$ drop) or individually (1 embryo /50 ${mu}ell$ drop) for 4 day and 5 day. At day 4 and 5 after IVF, blastomeres were separated in calcium-magnesium free medium, and then classified into small (day 5: $\leq$ 38 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, day 4: $\leq$ 46 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) and large (day 5 : $\geq$ 38 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, day 4 ; $\geq$ 46 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$). The separated blastomeres were replaced into enucleated and activated recipient cytoplasm. The blastomere-oocyte complexes were fused by electrically. The NT embryos were cultured in TCM-199 containing 10% FCS in 39$^{\circ}C$, 5% $CO_2$ incubator for 7 day. The results obtained were summarized as follows; There were no differences in fusion and development to blastocyst between groups as group I (68%, 10%), group II (75%, 14%) and group III (73%, 9%), respectively. However, the cell number in blastocyst of NT embryos in group III were significantly fewer than in the other groups (P<0.05). No differences in fusion and development to blastocyst were found between individual or group cultured and between small or large blastomeres of day 4 and day 5 donor embryos. From these results, it was concluded that the combination of ionomycin and DMAP, or treatment of DMAP at 39 h after onset of IVM were useful for the efficient of production of NT bovine embryos, and the individual cultured embryos could be simply used as donor nuclei for NT bovine embryo.

A Convergence Study on Comparison of the Difference in the Blue-Light Transmittance by Goggles and Dental Curing Light Unit Tips (청색광이 광중합기용 팁과 보안경에 따라 투과되는 투과율 차이 비교의 융합적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of blocking of blue light of the tips and goggles of the curing light during the dental treatment using the blue light of the light curing. The light curing tips and goggles were placed on a UV-Vis spectrometer and the results of light transmission were analyzed. Comparative analysis. As a result, all four types of light curing tips used in the analysis showed excellent blue light blocking effect. In the case of safety goggles, red-type goggles showed blue light transmittance similar to those of light curing than yellow-type goggles. As a result, it is recommended that the attachment of the light curing with high degree of blue light blocking and the wearing of safety glasses are necessary to protect the eyes. This behavior is thought to reduce persistent irritation and fatigue in the eyes.
