Through field investigation, understand the users' needs for intelligent design of smart countryside, and on this basis, design the maximum space of the region as a cognitive smart rural demonstration park, and quantitatively analyze the user experience feedback after the completion of the project. Before and after the actual design and application of the "Xikou village" in the demonstration area, chapters 3 and 4 are the symbols that can remember the rural era, the Rural Cultural Exchange Square. In the intelligent office space and living space, the user needs are composed of the design results. In order to reduce the anxiety of residents and tourists caused by the intelligent environment, the artificial manual service part is also designed. Now, as a case of intelligent rural space design, resident residence is developing continuously.

  • Focusing on the TikTok, this paper studies the factors that influence the use intention, flow and addiction of the elderly in short videos from three aspects of media attraction, perceived usefulness and user characteristics through quantitative research methods. In recent years, influenced by various factors, more and more seniors have begun to indulge in short form videos, which will do harm to their physical and mental health. Therefore, the researchers believe it is necessary to identify the behavioral intention of seniors and the path to addiction. According to the research results, the attractiveness of TikTok and the characteristics of seniors have a positive impact on the usefulness of media. In addition, the study confirms that media usefulness has an impact on use intention and use behavior, which may develop into immersion and addiction. This study not only supplements the classical TAM theory, but also provides a reference for helping seniors to use the Internet in a healthy way. The researchers look forward to expanding the research on the various Internet platforms used by seniors in different countries and regions.

  • Due to the popularization of smartphones, most of the recorded speech files submitted as evidence of recent crimes are produced by smartphones, and the integrity (forgery) of the submitted speech files based on smartphones is emerging as a major issue in the investigation and trial process. Samsung smartphones with the highest domestic market share are distributed with built-in speech recording applications that can record calls and voice, and can edit recorded speech. Unlike editing through third-party speech (audio) applications, editing by their own builtin speech applications has a high similarity to the original file in metadata structures and attributes, so more precise analysis techniques need to prove integrity. In this study, we constructed a speech file metadata database for speech files (original files) recorded by 34 Samsung smartphones and edited speech files edited by their built-in speech recording applications. We analyzed by comparing the metadata structures and attributes of the original files to their edited ones. As a result, we found significant metadata differences between the original speech files and the edited ones.

The survey questionnaire included the categories as follows: the general characteristics of the participants, the status of outing and mobility, usage of low-floor buses & taxi for the disabled, service improvement, and mobile support center. Data collected from 219 with physical disabilities were analyzed for this purpose by using descriptive statistics. The study results showed that 54.6% of the total tended to go out everyday, and 17.0% rarely. 53.4% could go out without any assistance, and the major obstacles not to go out were stairs and inconvenience of public transportation. 26.9% used low-floor buses, and 71.1% preferred to use taxi for the disabled. The average waiting time for the usage of low-flow buses and taxi was 66.57 minute and 42.65 minute, separately. 78.7% insisted that the function of mobile support center in the community should be expanded, whereas only 49.8% recognized the role of mobile support center. Based on the study results, the researchers suggested to facilitate access by persons with disabilities to mobility aids, and to improve the actual state of pedestrian environment. In addition, the function of mobile support center should be expanded to help the mobility disadvantaged persons live independently in community, thereby contributing to the promotion of their quality of life.

R&D activities of social enterprises are at an early stage or are not systematic compared to general enterprises, so the process modeling method is used to group detailed activity elements to standardize and systemize them. As a result of the research, social enterprises are aware of the necessity and importance of R&D activities to secure competitiveness of products and services to increase social value, and because of their lack of R&D experience and capabilities, R&D specialized institutes (R&D planning institutes, government-funded research institutes), Universities, etc.) and are expected to improve R&D capabilities. The performance indicators of social enterprise R&D activities are derived in units of input-process-performance indicators through demand survey, activity analysis, and in-depth interview (FGI), and the logical model of R&D support policy is in the areas related to business strategy and performance.

  • The innovative development of museum cultural products is an important way for museums to play the function of cultural communication with their collections. In the context of consumer upgrading, traditional cultural product design and sales methods gradually fail to meet the diverse needs of consumers. This study aims to propose the construction of a customized interactive experience platform for museum cultural products, promote the development of museum cultural products, and facilitate the inheritance and preservation of museum culture. The research methodology analyzes the model and characteristics of existing cultural product customization platforms by collating existing literature studies, and distributes 159 questionnaires to investigate the needs of cultural product consumers, and finally combines the customization experience with existing e-tailing platform systems according to user needs, proposes a theoretical framework and conducts design practice and usability testing using the Shenyang Palace Museum as an example. The findings show that users have a high acceptance of the customized platform for cultural products and that the design of the customized platform can be used to promote the dissemination of the cultural connotations of museums, optimize the personalized user experience of cultural products, and provide new ideas for the development, design, and retailing of museum cultural products. Based on the above findings, this paper suggests that museums' cultural product development can utilize the design model of customized platforms to further enhance consumers' personalized service experience.

  • This study deals with the credibility of citizens when investing in uncertain project companies, as well as the Social Performance Compensation Project (SIB) and the IT sharing economy. This allows the convergence of the three sectors to address investment inequalities in economic effectiveness and social security. Activates the model of the overall Social Impact Bond (SIB) process that successfully activates the exchange of information. The empirical presentation of the operations and techniques for social IT service finance examines how the innovation ecosystem can be created with social performance and reward projects. The analysis shows that small sharing institutions or citizens can participate directly to create the ability to connect with private investors, identify the possibility of recognizing non-shared barriers to participation, and show the great impact of citizen trust in IT sharing projects in uncertain areas. As a result, for the sake of social sharing and IT cooperation promoted by the City of Seoul, before the project has the ability to design directly, it will be responsible for reliability and safety in the planning of the project. Therefore, non-shared citizens can also participate in the platform that has been effectively constructed and created.

As a major variable, the mediating effect of the change of the disabled was examined in the relationship between residential facilities satisfaction and family life satisfaction. A total of 810 responses were collected by conducting a questionnaire survey on 856 persons with disabilities and their parents. As a result, the facilities satisfaction for the disabled has a significant influence on the family life satisfaction and the change of the handicapped. In the relationship between facility satisfaction and family life satisfaction, the change of disabled showed partial mediating effect, and it was confirmed that the effect of facility satisfaction on family life satisfaction increased when there was a change in the disabled. The results of this study can be used as the basic data to structure the discussion of living facilities for people with disabilities and their families, as well as can be used to restructure policies and practices for residential support services for the disabled. In particular, it is meaningful as a basic data for proposing various future types of residential facilities required by parents of adults with disabilities.
