This paper was conducted to verify the relationship of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency of convergence e-business valuation. For this paper, it surveyed 179 students and the data were collected Nov. 2~30, 2015. This research analyzed all the samples through ANOVA, t-test utilized by SPSS 22.0 The results as follow. First, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency had statistically significant difference according to gender. Second, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency showed statistically significant difference according to grade. The results of this study reveal the fact that the general characteristics like gender and grade made difference to the understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency. Furthermore, this paper may need to include various variables of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency and suggest research about several university.

In this paper, the security characteristics of healthcare institutions were derived through analysis of previous research, and the characteristics and status of small and medium sized healthcare institutions were surveyed through field surveys of small and medium sized healthcare institutions. The security management evaluation model for small and medium sized healthcare institutions was designed and verified based on the security characteristics of small and medium healthcare institutions. For the design, we compared and analyzed existing security management system and evaluation certification system of healthcare institutions. We also confirmed the proposed security management evaluation model and the degree of sharing. In addition, we conducted validation for the statistical verification of the proposed security management evaluation model for small and medium sized healthcare institutions, and we performed the relative priority analysis through AHP analysis to derive the weight for each item. The result of this study is expected to be used as a standard of security management evaluation model that can be practiced in small and medium sized healthcare institutions.

Recently, the need for non-stop service is increasing by the business mission-critical Internet banking, e-payment, e-commerce, home shopping, securities trading, and petition business increases, clustered in a single database of existing, redundant research on high-availability technologies related to technique, etc. is increasing. It provides an API based on the Active Log in addition to the technique of redundancy, ALTIBASE$^{TM}$ Log Analyzer (below, ALA), provides scalability and communication of the same model or between heterogeneous. In this paper, we evaluated the performance of ALA by presenting the design of the database system that you can use the ALA, to satisfy all the synchronization features high scalability and high availability, real-time.
