The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between sustainable PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) activity and performance. To ensure this purpose, we designed the S-PLM Framework which is consisted of traditional PLM activity and sustainable PLM activity. We also conducted path analysis to investigate PLM success factor on manufacturing company and to understand the relationship between these success factors. First the result of analysis of the relationship between traditional PLM activity and sustainable performance. Second, there is significantly positive relationship between sustainable activity and performance. Third, traditional PLM activity and sustainable PLM activity factor have an influence on the innovation performance factor. Fourth, sustainable performance have an effect on the management and business performance. In conclude we analyzed and verified the influence sustainable PLM establishment mechanism and the sustainable PLM activity factors. Therefore this study is to create innovative performance and to improve efficiency of Convergence PLM establishment and operation.

To make maximum benefit through the R&D investment, various methods is presented to support cooperating company in managing product information which reaches to conceptual design, detail design, production and a service from planning phase of production. Recently, the induction of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is being accelerated to design the enterprising system which is various from the idea phase for a product plan to the elimination through the life cycle of the product by the major companies. This study is focused on the research and development of the major companies which is producing products like sets, parts and equipment. This study proposes the process of product strategy, goods planning, development, information and the renovation of decision-making system.

This study starts from interests on an endeavor of each economy unit, especially the enterprises, for the survival and sustainability of themselves. Competition, how to get it, maintain it and advance it! Agreeing the perceivedness of industries, scholars and public; what the core competition of manufacturer is an competitiveness of product, this study focuses on the PLM system as the key solution for obtaining the competitiveness of product with reviewing the contents and studies of PLM formulated. PLM is highlighted as the one of top tier ICT solution for the product development domain of manufacturing industry today. First of all, this study deals with the opinion of actual work-site and management of our small&medium business for the benefits of PLM based on product development; the impact on the performances of management, which is the key objective of the existence of enterprises. In conclusion, the answers for these questionnaires shows positive perception of actual work-sites and managers for the PLM system. They agree some useful effects on shortening the term and downsizing the cost of product development due to Data integration and Process management, even if they have not full confidence on the effectiveness of the individual functionality of the PLM system.

In this study, the performance of the technological innovation of small and medium enterprises is divided into short-term aspects of technological innovation and long-term aspects of ambidextrous innovation, and the effects of dynamic capabilities affecting these achievements are explored. For the purpose of conducting empirical analysis, the survey conducted a survey of 219 small businesses belonging to various industries, and dynamic capabilities performed a parallel multi-parameter analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of technological innovation performance, including exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. Through this study, it aims to understand the dynamic capabilities of the small and midsize enterprises and provide suggestions on how to manage of the company, thereby improving the understanding of dynamic capabilities and helping to improve the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
