The purpose of this study is to investigate how the emotional labor and emotional intelligence of nurses working at a general hospital affect their job stress, and how the integration factor of emotional labor and emotional intelligence affects their job stress. The subjects of research were the nurses working at general hospital in Seoul city from March 11-29, 2013. The collected data was analyzed after computerized statistical processing using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. It was found that the frequency of emotional expressions, one of emotional labor variables, significantly negatively influenced job stress(${\beta}=-.301$, p<.01), and that the attention required for the norms of emotional expressions significantly positively affected job stress(${\beta}=.277$, p<.01). Among emotional intelligence variables, understanding of self-emotion and control of emotion were found to significantly negatively affected job stress. Given the study result, in order to alleviate nurses' job stress, it is necessary to have positive emotional expressions with patients, come up with a plan to show nurses' emotions which they fail to express because of the norms of emotional expressions in hospital, and make their effort to improve understanding of their own emotions and the capability of controlling emotions.

The purpose of this study is to examine to identify the mediating effects of emotional intelligence in the relation between critical thinking disposition and clinical competence among new graduate nurses immediately after graduation. Subjects were 181 new graduate nurses immediately after graduation. in two general hospitals in C city and K city. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires from February 27 to March 30, 2017. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Multiple regression and Sobel test to test the significance of a mediation effect using SPSS 23 software. Emotional intelligence were significantly positive correlations with critical thinking disposition(r=.62, p<.001) and clinical competence(r=.60, p<.001) in new graduate nurses immediately after graduation. Emotional intelligence partially mediated the relationship between critical thinking disposition and clinical competence which showed significance in Sobel's test(Z=3.88, p<.001). Theses results indicated that in order to improve the clinical competence of new nurse, it is necessary to develop and test the program for improving not only on the critical thinking disposition but also on the emotional intelligence.

As artificial intelligence services targeting humans increase, social demands are increasing that artificial intelligence should also be made on an ethical basis. Following this trend, the government and businesses are preparing policies and norms related to artificial intelligence ethics. In order to establish reasonable policies and norms, the first step is to understand the public's perceptions. In this paper, social data and news comments were collected and analyzed to understand the public's perception related to artificial intelligence and ethics. Interest analysis, emotional analysis, and discourse analysis were performed and visualized on the collected datasets. As a result of the analysis, interest in "artificial intelligence ethics" and "artificial intelligence" favorability showed an inversely proportional correlation. As a result of discourse analysis, the biggest issue was "personal information leakage," and it also showed a discourse on contamination and deflection of learning data and whether computer-made artificial intelligence should be given a legal personality. This study can be used as data to grasp the public's perception when preparing artificial intelligence ethical norms and policies.

This study is to establish the effect of the call center counselors' personal characteristics and perceive organizational support(POS) on their organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). through survey targeting 290 call center counselors in Seoul. Accordance with these conclusions, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy except Emotional Intelligence were positive(+) influence on Organizational Commitment. and Emotional Intelligence, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy were positive(+) influence on OCB. Also Self-esteem and Organizational Commitment, OCB were full mediation on POS And Self-efficacy and Organizational Commitment, OCB were part mediation on POS. This result implies call center needs the approach method and different perspectives to increase the degree of call center counselors' organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study is to develop a lighting apparatus of the illuminance and color temperature to maximize the ability of the optimal combination of light sources that can be controlled efficiently control device. Finding people comfortable feeling for indoor lighting that can be used in a variety of color temperature illumination area by combining light sensitivity can be realized. Lighting apparatus for fluorescent lamps with different color temperature of 2000K and 8000K, and by varying the quantity of each of the fluorescent lamps, the illuminance of lighting equipment and color temperature through optical simulations were evaluated. By infrared remote control receiver, divided into 5 types of relaxation, conversation, meeting, hospitality, arts and the lighting environment you want to transfer the PC0 ~ PC4 through the parallel port on the mode selected by the user at the receiving end the DC voltage output. High-tech sensibility textile and fashion, in which consumers' emotions and various textile and fashion technologies are converged, is an important industrial group. It is important to develop the ability to apply in practice by gathering the creative by understanding other fields and exchanging ideas through interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of emotional engineering. Through interdisciplinary research and collaboration, talent must be nurtured of individuals who would lead the era of the 4^th Industrial Revolution with the ability to empathize with others as well as the creative convergence-type intellectual ability necessary for the rapidly changing society. To determine content-creation methods, basic research is conducted. Additionally, this study investigates on the current status and educational process of the emotional textile-fashion industry worldwide. To nurture talents in the textile and fashion sensibility science, the basic contents are created to manage the knowledge that delivers sensibility science and the ICT related to this field, as well as in the intensive, PB-style conceptual design based on sensibility. The process from derivation of consumer emotion analysis and product development can be experienced through smart kit practice. Moreover, various methods are developed to set up intellectual property rights generated while developing ICT convergence products as start-ups. The study also covers new knowledge rights to develop emotional textile fashion.

This study analyzed the effects of e-sports games on psychological well-being and life satisfaction of individuals by focusing on social and psychological aspects, recognizing e-sports games as subjective area activities based on psychological experiences as well as a means of leisure activities. To this end, 250 game users with actual experience in online games were analyzed using a structural equation modeling(SEM). The research results are as follows. First, except for other's emotion appraisal, which was a sub-factor of emotional intelligence of e-sports game users, self-emotional appraisal, use of emotion and regulation of emotion were found to have a significant positive effect on psychological well-being. Second, psychological well-being in e-sports games was found to have a significant positive relationship with life satisfaction, and psychological well-being was found to significantly mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and life satisfaction. The findings of this study imply that managerial implications for related organizations as a platform that could support individual psychological well-being in a situation where the stress level of young adults as well as teenagers in a non-face-to-face environment is increasing.

Recently, the necessity of safety diagnosis of electrical devices has been increasing as the fire caused by electric devices has increased rapidly. This study is concerned with the safety diagnosis of electric equipment using intelligent Fuzzy technology. It is used as a diagnostic input for the multiple electrical safety factors such as the use current, cumulative use time, deterioration and arc characteristics inherent to the equipment. In order to extract these information in real time, a device composed of various sensor circuits, DSP signal processing, and communication circuit is implemented. The fuzzy logic algorithm using the Gaussian function for each information is designed and compiled to be implemented on a small DSP board. The fuzzy logic receives the four diagnostic information, deduces it by the fuzzy engine, and outputs the overall safety status of the device as a 100-step analog fuzzy value familiar to human sensibility. By experiments of a device that combines hardware and fuzzy algorithm implemented in this study, it is verified that it can be implemented in a small DSP board with human-friendly fuzzy value, diagnosing real-time safety conditions during operation of electric equipment. In the future, we expect to be able to study more intelligent diagnostic systems based on artificial intelligent with AI dedicated Micom.

The development of information technology introduced digital contents and Social Network Services(SNS), and allowed the virtual transaction and communication between users called "the experience knowledge" advanced from "the objective knowledge." This paper will analyze interactive storytelling system creating different types of stories on narrative genre about family history, personal history and so on. Through analysis on narrative interviews, direct observations, documentations and visual records, contents about CEO story, corporate story, family story and especially family history will be categorized into sampleDB and informationDB. Accumulated contents will allow the user to increase the value and usage of the contents through interactive storytelling system by restructuring the contents on family history. This research has developed writing tool data model using different digital contents such as texts, images and pictures to encourage open communications between first generations and third generations in Korea. Furthermore, researched about connected system on interactive storytelling creation device using various genre of family story that has been data based.

Due to the development of communication technology and expansion of Intelligent Transport System (ITS), the car is changing from a simple mechanical device to second living space which has comprehensive convenience function and is evolved into the platform which is playing as an interface for this role. As the interface area to provide various information to the passenger is being expanded, the research importance about smart car based user experience is rising. This study has a research objective to propose the guidelines regarding the smart car user experience elements. In order to conduct this study, smart car user experience elements were defined as function, interaction, and surface and through the discussions of UX/UI experts, 8 representative techniques, 14 representative techniques, and 8 locations of the glass windows were specified for each element. Following, the smart car users' priorities of the experience elements, which were defined through targeting 100 drivers, were analyzed in the form of questionnaire survey. The analysis showed that the users' priorities in applying the main techniques were in the order of safety, distance, and sensibility. The priorities of the production method were in the order of voice recognition, touch, gesture, physical button, and eye tracking. Furthermore, regarding the glass window locations, users prioritized the front of the driver's seat to the back. According to the demographic analysis on gender, there were no significant differences except for two functions. Therefore this showed that the guidelines of male and female can be commonly applied. Through user requirement analysis about individual elements, this study provides the guides about the requirement in each element to be applied to commercialized product with priority.
