  • 클라우드 서비스는 사용자가 인터넷 접속만으로 언제 어디서나 데이터, 네트워크, 콘텐츠 등의 사용이 가능한 서비스이다. 공공부문과 선진기업의 클라우드 서비스 도입이 증가하면서 관련 서비스가 급속히 확대되고 있고, 향후 시장규모가 급성장 할 것으로 전망된다. 특히 클라우드 서비스는 다양한 산업 도메인에 적용되어 새로운 융 복합 서비스가 나타나고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 다양한 클라우드 기반의 융 복합 서비스의 사례를 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 클라우드 기반의 융 복합 서비스의 사례 분석을 위한 산업군을 분류하여 클라우드 기반의 융복합 서비스의 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 사례 연구를 통하여 클라우드 기반 융 복합 서비스의 활용 방안과 융 복합 서비스의 사례를 통한 시사점 및 발전전략을 제시하였다. 궁극적으로 클라우드 기반의 융 복합 서비스를 활성화하기 위해서는 클라우드 기술과 서비스에 관한 표준화 및 법제도정비를 조속히 추진하여야 하며 관련 서비스를 활성화할 수 있는 생태계 기반 조성이 필요하며 ICT산업은 물론 다양한 산업군이 참여하므로 생태계 구성원간의 윈-윈 할 수 있는 서비스 비즈니스 모델 발굴을 통한 선순환 구조의 조기형성이 중요함을 도출하였다.

Effect of social support on the organizational commitment and the service quality of the labors in the convergence service industry (사회적지원이 융복합서비스산업 종사자의 조직몰입과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to explore the influence of the social support services that have an effect on the organizational commitment and service quality of the labors working in the convergence service industry. Data for this study were collected from 233 labors working in the convergence service industry;20 smaller businesses located in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Structural equation modeling analysis method was performed for analyzing key data. As a study result, support of seniors and colleague, which is regarded as the variable of social support, had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment of the labors working in the convergence service industry. It also had a significant positive effect on the service quality that organizational commitment went through the support of the seniors and colleagues. I discussed theoretical and empirical implications with these findings and described the future research.

  • 디지털 컨버전스는 IT산업 내에서 기기 및 네트워크간의 융합을 중심으로 전개되어 왔으나 최근에 와서는 IT의 활용 범위가 보다 확대되면서 타 산업 기술과의 접목이 활발히 전개되고 있다. 기기 또는 네트워크간의 통합이나 동일산업 내의 서비스 통합에서 벗어나, 의료, 자동차, 건설 등 다양한 산업과 IT산업이 결합되는 이종산업간 융합이 진행 중이다. 특히 최근에 와서는 오래된 역사를 갖는 건설 분야와 반세기 동안 비약적인 발전을 이룩한 IT 분야가 서로 융 복합되어 새로운 형태의 서비스를 탄생시키고 있다. 건설-IT 기술의 융 복합을 통해서 서비스가 고도화가 되고, 지능화 되고 있으나, 이런 편리함에 비례하여 보안적인 문제들이 많이 생겨나고 있다. 본 고에서는 건설분야 IT기술 적용 현황에 대해서 분석하고 건설-IT 융 복합 환경에서 발생되는 보안적인 취약점 및 이슈사항을 분석을 통해 건설-IT 융 복합 기술이 나아가야할 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

  • The size of global IT convergence market is expected to increase more and more and cloud computing in industrial convergence environment provides the useful solutions to support convergence environment between other industries. It is necessary and important to predict and develop integrated service structures and types of combining cloud computing and other application technologies. Therefore this paper presents technical factors to provide cloud service. In additions, the requirement and technical factors for various convergence service models are introduced and analyzed using use case which is efficient modelling methodology to construct many system. Using the research results, we performed the case study to develop a convergence cloud service. Eventually, this study is expected to use the basic researches to develop the various the multidisplinary cloud service models based on use case to create the new values.

  • 본고에서는 현재 활발하게 논의가 이루어지고 있는 IT융복합의 다양한 사례와 서비스를 소개한다. 디지털 컨버전스에 따른 융복합서비스는 지난 몇 년간 여러 방면의 시도를 통해 서비스의 기틀을 꾸준히 마련해 왔으며, 올해는 다양한 융복합서비스의 본격적인 개막을 알리는 도입 원년으로서 앞으로 실질적인 변화를 기대하고 있다. 즉, 말로만 요란했던 서비스가 현실화되어, 실제적인 서비스 형태로 실생활에서 구현될 것으로 예상되고 있는 것이다. 특히 과거 기술/제품간의 기능적 결합에서 최근에는 제품/서비스간의 결합과 함께 기존 산업에 IT를 접목하여 산업 고도화와 신 사업을 창출하고자 하는 방향으로 진전하고 있다. 이러한 다양한 서비스 출현으로 나타날 수 있는 문제점에 대해서도 알아보고자 한다.

  • This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

  • As ICTs are more advanced, in the current Smart Society that can be characterized by the terms of real-time, mobility and customization, the area of Geospatial Information is required to react to the needs of the society in more practical ways. Because Geospatial Information is getting more accepted as one of the very basic social infrastructure for everyday life activities in all sectors of life. In accordance, the legal basis of convergence Geospatial Information services are described on Geospatial Information Industry Support Law(Article 2, Item 7 & Article 4 Item 5). But it is required to come up with more detailed and practical definition of convergence GIS with more detailed supporting policies. In this context, this study aims at investigating what the needs of Geospatial Information services are in the Smart Society, and suggesting the policy directions and realization strategies of convergence GIS based on spatial hierarchy from global to local.

  • It is said that the highlight in the media covergence and integration within digital environment era is 'Contents'. Due to the advent of new media and various covergence and integration services, the competition between the platforms has become aggressive. As a result, it is predicted that the negotiation power of a 'Content's industry will be strengthened. In reality, the actual environmental changes in the media environment have accompanied elements of industrial crisis rather than opportunity to expand the market. The changes are especially causing sales structure distortion and proceeds deterioration in the Korean film industry. Moreover, telecommunication and broadcasting businesses are making their entrance into the film industry, through the appearance of the media covergence and integration as a backdrop. Thus, the situation that the Korean film industry is facing is closely associated with the development of the digital technology and new media environment. Eventually, weathering the crisis and pioneering the future will be possible through changes in the media environment. The purpose of this study is to show how the media covergence and integration phenomenon is occurring in the film industry. This study will also focus on what new problems are occurring as a result, and seek out the solutions that are available.

A Framework for Design and Evaluation of Robot Industry Business Model based on Cloud Services in an Aging Society (고령화 사회에서 클라우드 서비스 기반 로봇산업 비즈니스 모델의 설계 및 평가를 위한 프레임워크)

  • It is expected to change for convergence robotic services according to emergence new communication technologies and cloud computing, etc. Robot industry is evaluated the biggest filed that is possibility to convergence of new IT technology. This paper presents a design framework for robot industry business model on cloud services through the cloud computing and environment of robot industry, features and provide valuable of cloud-based robot service, analysis of customer needs and value chain in the market in an aging society. In addition, we describe the evolution path of the proposed business model in terms of technology development and market. This study is expected to help that cloud and robot services companies when establishing new service model development and marketing strategy.

The Exploration of Intersectoral Convergence of Spatial Information Industry and Forecast of its Market Size (공간정보산업 융·복합부문 탐색 및 시장규모 전망 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the convergence sector of the spatial information industry based on the business transaction data of spatial information companies and to predict the market size of the industry using the Seemingly Unrelated Regression(SUR) model. The convergence part of spatial information industry, which cannot be identified in the Spatial Data Industry Survey, was analyzed by exploring keywords related to spatial information using the business DB of Korea Enterprise Data (2010-2019). The convergence of spatial information businesses mainly appeared in the business relationship between the value chain between Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The convergence business has the largest sales in the value chain 2 (utilization, service) & 3 (convergence), and also the convergence in the value chain 1 (production, construction) & 2, 2 & 3 stages has doubled in 2019 compared to 2010. In 2019, the total sales of the spatial information industry based on the Statistical Korea were announced at about 8 trillion won, but in this study, the total sales of the spatial information industry were estimated at 28 trillion won considering convergence activities. Finally, when scenario 1 (0.38% population growth, 2020-2024) and 0.07% (2026-2030) were applied using the SUR model to predict the expected market size of the industry, sales decreased by -0.37% to 0.069% in 2025 and 2030 by respectively. When scenario 2 (average wage growth 1.2%) was applied during the same period, sales in the industry increased by 2.326% to 12.185%. In other words, the sales in the spatial information industry depends on Labor, Total Factor Productivity, and Capital Productivity so it is necessary to additional research on policy development and alternatives of enhancing each productivity.
