The purpose of this study is to understand how a teacher's teaching can be changed while he or she teaches the same contents in different classes. The qualitative research method was used in this study. Data were collected from classroom observations, several in-depth interviews, and stimulated-recall interviews after each class. All the data were transcribed and analyzed interpretively, and then, the results of the analysis were checked by each participating teacher. The results are as follows: First, changes appeared in each class in terms of the teaching items, tools, sequence, and time, even though the same teacher taught the same contents. It showed that the teacher's teaching practice changed immediately and intuitively in class. Second, teachers tried to implement "exploratory teaching" or "move-testing teaching" to address the emerging problems during their teaching. They then reflected on and modified their own teaching. This type of change, which happened during the teaching practice, can be an example of "Reflection-in-practice." Thus, the results of this study can provide helpful insights into how teachers might adapt and reflect in their teaching. It suggests that teachers need to recognize their subconscious teaching changes and learn "Reflection-in-practice."

At present, we are at the point of change of the 4th industrial revolution era due to the development of artificial intelligence(AI) and rapid technological innovation that no one can predict until now. This study started from the question of 'What role should home economics education play in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution?'. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by AI, cloud computing, Internet of Things(IoT), big data, and Online to Offline(O2O). It will drastically change the social system, science and technology and the structure of the profession. Since the dehumanization of robots and artificial intelligence may occur, the 4th Industrial Revolution Education should be sought to foster future human resources with humanity and citizenship for the future community. In addition, the implication of education in the fourth industrial revolution, which will bring about a change to a super-intelligent and hyper-connected society, is that the role of education should be emphasized so that humans internalize their values as human beings. Character education should be established as a generalized and internalized consciousness with a concept established in the integration of the curriculum, and concrete practical strategies should be prepared. In conclusion, home economics education in the 4th industrial revolution era should play a leading role in the central role of character education, and intrinsic improvement of various human lives. The fourth industrial revolution will change not only what we do, or human mental and physical activities, but also who we are, or human identity. In the information society and digital society, it is important how quickly and accurately it is possible to acquire scattered knowledge. In the information society, it is required to learn how to use knowledge for human beings in rapid change. As such, the fourth industrial revolution seeks to lead the family, organization, and community positively by influencing the systems that shape our lives. Home economics education should take the lead in this role.

A variety of creative convergence education studies have been conducted around the world, but the study of creative convergence education based on problem-oriented learning is insignificant. STEAM education development research for engineering human resources also recognizes important factors like ethics awareness and consideration, cooperation, leadership, and communication skills. This study developed a model of interdisciplinary classes between marketing and commercial English classes as a way to effectively learn to cultivate the creative and fusion talents required by modern society. A model was developed for the process of convergence classes to be developed for evaluation after class by designing courses, selecting subjects, designing classes, drawing questions, and developing problems, as well as for discussion of pre-convergence courses, class performance, and class evaluation. The Mongolian university discussed in this paper plans to introduce a suitable educational environment by developing a problem for interdisciplinary classes in marketing and business English. Based on the need to nurture talent required by the rapidly changing knowledge-based society, Mongolian universities should continue the strategy of fostering creative convergence talent through the convergence of technology. This is because creativity is the most important thing in the current situation.
Police officers interact with the citizen a lot, they have high possibility of corruption, graft, and conflict with the citizen. The Police have governmental authority and regulation right, which requires police officers to have high ethical consciousness. because of this, disciplinary action upon them has higher standard. According to the actual statistical data between 2008 and 2012, showed that only 801 police officers were disciplined in 2008. But in 2009, average 1,100 police officers were disciplined. To solve the problem of unreasonable discipline, government is enforcing an Appeal System. Appeal system is a special system which allows government employees to make a formal objection against unfavorable discipline. Through Appeal system, many police officers were saved from being disciplined. Discipline given to the police officers were decided to be invalid, or to be reducted. The data showed that approximately 25% of police officers were saved by this system. As a research was done about a correlation between disciplinary policy and entreaty, correlation between entreaty quotation and working department, to look in to the correlation between discipline and appeal system. The result showed that certain characteristic existed depending on the substance.
Recent environmental issues such as genetically modified organisms, the loss of biodiversity, climate change, and nuclear waste cannot be reduced to a matter of science or society and explained through nature-society dualist approaches because of their complexity and heterogeneity. This paper examines how nature-society dualism has been embedded in science studies and geography and how this dualism can be overcome. Actor-Network Theory as an attempt to overcome this nature-society dualism is appropriate in analysing "strange imbriglio" of biology, politics, technoscience, market, value, ethics and facts that constitute our society by focusing on heterogeneous association, and can contribute to providing a useful framework to solve environmental problems.
The whole crisis of human being derived from environmental pollution has changed the human -centered paradigm into the ecological paradigm based on the harmony of human and nature, which have made it inevitable for designers to participate in the environmental problem-solving. In the line of this sense, it is necessary for designers to recognize the social and ethical responsibility for environmental pollution and to change into the designing for environment, not for sale itself. In accord with the context above, the purpose of this study is to suggest some clues for resolving environmental problems with the analysis of design for long-selling product, as we call, product durability analysis. That is, this study is under some assumptions that designing durable product and durable product itself are able to extend a product life cycle, delay a product disusing, reduce a rash development competition for new product among companies, mitigate consumption-oriented attitude of consumers, eliminate a waste of resources, and go far toward the environmental problem solving.

The purpose of this study is to improve media literacy through home economics education. To this end, in this study, developed were 10 teaching-learning plans, learning activity sheets, and teaching materials for the 'relationship' area, the core concept of the 2015 revised home economics curriculum, using the ADDIE method. Pre- and post-survey results after implementing the developed program showed statistically significant improvements in enhancing participants' ability to access media and critical understanding of media. Through this, also found was that the ability to express and produce one's own thoughts and feelings has improved. As a result of a qualitative analysis, it was found that students who participated in the class experienced an overall change in the performance goals of media literacy, especially in 'critical understanding and evaluation', and improved in media use ethics and social participation consciousness as well. It is significant that this study has developed a program that can foster media literacy in home economics education. It is expected to help improve the acceptability of media literacy education in home economics education, enhancement of the expertise of home economics teachers' media literacy education, and the improvement of teaching and learning activities in the field.
This study is to examine the current situation of Korean sports culture and seek its pointing spot and alternatives to its advancement. First, out of the current situation of Korean sports culture, that of school physical education, even though it is the most significant basis for sports culture, is riddled with so many contradictions that the pace of its change is very slow. Only when the elite sport is normally operated and well coordinated, can it have the value of existence as a stable field. The mass sports have been determined to have insufficient self-reliance of sport facilities, sport programs and instructor management since the national policy for physical education has been focused on the elite sports. Second, internalization of "Winning First Policy" as a pointing spot of sports culture has been found to be an production of the value system with not only a very passive tendency caused by political changes. Accordingly, the concept of sports-culturism has been introduced as a new pointing spot of sports culture and then it has been emphasized that the sports-culturism is the awareness of sports advancement. Third, in terms of finding any alternatives to sports culture, enacting a school physical education promotion law has a very significant meaning as its advancement method. Next, the immorality of and match-fixing by sport organizations and the umpire's bad call have been mentioned as major problems to the elite sport, and also the alternative to each field has been set. Last, it has been assented with emphasis that Law of Sports for All should be enacted for the public sports to have any significance of the times.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of such erosion control measures as sowing, planting and small earth structures on the soil and vegetation. In order to study the changes in soil and vegetation, 36 plots were surveyed from 1981 to 1982 in the large erosion control area which is restored last 20 years. The factors which were measured included vegetation coverage, tree growth, number of species, soil depth, soil consistancy, and Chemical properties of soil. The results were as follows; 1) Maximum coverage of the overstory and understory was attained 7 years after the initiation of erosion control. So the overstory need to be tended and pruned. 2) Diversity of species increased until age 6 after which it began to decrease. 3) In order of tree growth, black locust was the fastest, followed by siberian alder and pitch pine. The initial growth of black locust, though the best among the 3 tree stop., decreased rapidly year by year. At the same time, siberian alder and pitch pine grew well until 12 and 6 years after the initiation of erosion control respectively. 4) Fifty percent of the initially planted trees died within 8 yeard. The mortality of siberian alder occurred until the 20th year while the mortality of pitch pine stopped after 10 years. Thereafter 500 trees per hectare were maintained. 5) The soil depth in A and B horision increased by 2cm annually during 20 years. The soil consistency also decreased rapidly until 7th year. The physical soil properties of the rehabilitated areas were improved after the 14th year. 6) The soil pH tend to decrease from 5.3 during the first year to 5.1 during the twentieth year. 7) The organic matter and nitrogen content in the soil were increased by fertilization but after 20 years these nutrients are still deficient for normal tree growth. 8) The phosphorous content in the soil was high in the first year but the longer the period after the initiation of erosion control the lese the content of phosphorous. 9) The biomass of black locust was the highest and increased continuously. The biomass of siberian alder on the contrary decreased from the 15th year because the number of trees in this place was very low. The total biomass in the twentieth year after erosion control initiation was 105.7 ton per hectare.
The formation of knowledge of the people of Korean society is the social practices of collective subjectivity. Subjectivity is the truth of the self, which is incessantly created, questioned and modified in the milieu of self-reflection. In an attempt to examine the hermeneutics of the subject of Korean society, a conceptual framework is proposed, which, with the notion of life embedded, consists of a historical sequence of the popular, minjung, multitude, people and community. The ideological solidarity is formed in the the next two decades, in contestation with immediate and physical threatening such as poverty and dictatorship. The democratization of Korean society and the global expansion of neoliberal regime gave a re-birth of multitude and people which is characterized with their pursuit of the co-existence and co-realization of singularity and universality on the ethical principle of the open and communicative radicality.
