Case Study on the Bogie Arrangement of the Load-out System for On-ground Shipbuilding (선박 육상건조를 위한 로드-아웃 시스템의 보기 배치 사례 연구)

  • This study presents the bogie arrangement of the load-out system for on-ground shipbuilding. The load-out system is one of the most important systems to perform the bogie arrangement of the on-ground shipbuilding technique without dry dock facilities, and this system is composed of four pieces of equipment: bogies, driving bogie with motors, trestles, and power packs. Also, the bogie arrangement analysis (BAA) is employed to simply calculate the reaction forces at the trestle for structural safety. In this context, the purpose of this study is to propose an optimal design method to perform the bogie arrangement satisfying structural safety requirements with minimal cost. It is expected that the proposed methodology will contribute to the effective practice as well as to the improvement of competitive capability for shipbuilding companies at the on-ground shipbuilding stage. Furthermore, we describe some problems and their solutions of the deformation that may occur in the bottom of the hull during the load-out process. As a result, it is shown that we applied it to the 114K crude oil tanker (Minimum bogie 54EA) and the 174K CBM LNG carrier (Minimum bogie 88EA), it can minimize the number of bogie and critical risks (Safety rate 1.61) during the load-out of on-ground shipbuilding. Through this study, the reader will be able to learn successful load-out operation and economic shipbuilding in the future.

  • A floating dock is the main facility for launching ships. In the early 2000s, ship-launching technology using floating docks was developed in Korea. Therefore, the opportunity to participate in new construction projects without investment in dry docks has expanded. In this paper, a basic calculation for the safe mooring of a floating dock was performed, and a mooring system was designed based on this. This study was conducted considering the typhoon situation, which is the most serious environmental requirements of Daebul Pier, a site to be installed and operated, for a floating dock. The design load was calculated by wind load, tidal load, and wave-induced load in accordance with the internationally accepted standards. After performing the initial arrangement of the mooring line of the floating dock using the existing mooring facilities of Daebul Pier, the minimum breaking load for each mooring line was calculated for the given load. Based on the calculation, the mooring arrangement was modified to minimize the breaking load, and a final specification of each mooring line was selected.

  • Since the shipbuilding industry is at its peak to assimilate the large volume of orders in recent years, the Floating Dock has been an alternative to the dry dock which takes a certain period of time to build. Hence the use of Floating Dock is steadily increasing. Since the Skid Launching System(SLS) is used in Floating Dock, the balancing of the ship while launching is important and achieved by adjusting the Ballast tank of the Floating Dock. In this paper a Floating Dock Control Simulator for SLS is developed through the on-line interface of VRC(Valve Remote Control), Tank Level & Draft Measuring System and Valve Control algorithm on Simulation Tank Plan.

  • 전복은 부착기 유생을 부착 규조파판에 채묘하여 규조류를 주 먹이로 사육하여 각장 1cm 정도의 것을 바다에 방류하여 상품크기의 것을 다시 수확하는 방식으로 양식되어 왔으나, 최근에는 전복양식에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 전복을 육상수조에서 양성하는 곳이 현저히 증가되고 있다. 하지만, 전복을 양성하는 양어가들은 육성용 먹이로 미역, 파래, 다시마와 같은 천연 먹이를 주로 사용하다가 여름에는 건조미역이나 건조다시마를 공급하고 있는 실정이어서 체계적인 양식 발전에 제한적인 요인이 되고 있다. (중략)

IT조선 융합 분야에서는 IT융합을 통한 선박건조(Digital Shipyard), 선박통합통신망(SAN)이 적용된 지능형 선박(Smart Ship), 항로최적화 등을 위한 선박운항 기술개발 등이 고려될 수 있습니다. 국제적으로 EU, 미국, 일본 등에서 대형 프로젝트를 통해 기술개발을 완료하고 e-Navigation 정책의 국제적 합의 도출을 기다리는 상황입니다. e-Navigation은 선박의 안전항해를 실현하기 위한 방법으로써 선박에 사용되는 IT기자재의 표준화와 항해사의 의사결정을 도울 수 있는 도구 개발에 핵심을 두고 있습니다. 이를 위해 선내 모둔 기자재는 네트워크에 연결되어 선박의 항행정보와 선박기자재의 운전정보 등이 실시간으로 모니터링 되고 용이하게 제어되어야 하며, 이러한 정보는 육상에서도 모니터링 되고 필요시 육상에서 항해사의 의사결정을 도울 수 있어야 합니다. 정보교환을 위해서는 선박과 육상(Ship-Shore), 선박과 선박(Ship-Ship) 사이에 끊임없고 신뢰할 수 있는 통신채널이 유지되어야만 가능합니다. 이를 기반으로 e-Navigation의 최종 실현목표인 해양환경보호 및 항해 안전과 선박의 안전을 달성할 수 있으므로 표준화 분야도 이 범주 내에서 이루어져야 할 것입니다.

Nutritional Evaluation of Muscle Protein of Flounder, Limanda herzensteini, Dried by Different Methods (참가자미 육단백질(肉蛋白質)의 건조방법(乾燥方法)에 따른 영양학적(營養學的) 품질변화(品質變化))

  • Muscle fillets of flounder, Limanda herzensteini, were sliced into small pieces and dehydrated by the methods of sun drying, hot air drying and vacuum freeze drying, and evaluated for the protein quality by the method of shortened pepsin pancreatin digest residue (SPPDR) index which is the modified method of shortened pepsin digest residue index. In the analysis of the muscle protein hydrolysates, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and lysine comprised about 39% of the total amino acids of the protein. The content of pure protein in flounder muscle was 18.8%. The result of nutritional evaluation of the dried muscle protein by the computation of the SPPDR index showed that the freeze dried flounder muscle protein was superior in the nutritional efficiency to the others, sun dried. The freeze dried flounder muscle protein marked 89 of the SPPDR index number which is quite similar to the muscle protein of terrestrial animal in nutritional quality.

  • 젤라틴은 일반적으로 콜라겐의 가수 분해로 생성되어지는 단백질로서 대부분 동물의 결합 조직이나 피부, 배에 존재한다. 젤라틴은 젤리, 제빵 및 제과, 유화제 및 chewing gum base 등과 같은 식품용은 물론이고, 의약용, 사진용, 미생물 배양용 등으로도 사용되어 지고 있다. 젤라틴은 대부분 돼지나 소와 같은 육상 동물에서 얻어지고 있으나 최근 들어 광우병과 구제역과 같은 안전상의 문제가 대두되는 시점에서 그들의 대체 원료가 필요로 하게 되었고 이들을 대신하기 위해 어류에서 추출한 젤라틴에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다.   • The authors had consisted the construction of shipyard must be investigated under the consideration of long term ship's demand and so the Floating Dock might be an alternative to the dry dock. This paper shows a development of Floating Dock Controller for Skid Launching System(SLS). While loading out a block to the Floating Dock and launching ship from the Floating Dock, the balancing of the ship and the dock is very important and achieved by adjusting the Ballast tank of the Floating Dock In this paper a Floating Dock Controller for SLS was developed through the on-line interface of VRC(Valve Remote Control), Tank Level & Draft Measuring System and Valve Control algorithm on Tank Plan. The control system developed was applied to a shipbuilding and verified good and stable.

Community Structure and Vegetation Succession Tendency of Outstanding Forest Wetlands in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do (전라남도 고흥군 우량 산림습원의 군락구조 및 천이경향)

  • This study was conducted to identify the community structure of two outstanding forest wetlands in Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, and to investigate their succession trends. vegetation survey was conducted using the Z-M phytosociological method From May to October, 2023, and based on this data, the Actual vegetation map was created by categorizing communities. This resulted in the classification of six communities. namely, Rhynchospora faberi community, Alnus japonica-Molinia japonica community, Ilex crenata-M. japonica community, M. japonica community, A. japonica-Pinus densiflora community and A. japonica community. The results of each layer's importance value (IV) analysis results indicated that in the R. faberi community, that of R. faberi, an obligate wetland plant, was high. In the subtree and shrub layers of the other five communities, A. japonica, a key species in wetland ecosystems, and Pinus densiflora and I. crenata, both obligate upland plants, exhibited higher IV. In the herb layer, the IV of M. japonica, a representative species of intermediate wetlands, was notably high. The results of classifying all observed plant species in the survey area based on their wetland preference revealed that in the R. faberi community, the occurrence rate of obligate wetland plants was high. However, in the other five communities, the occurrence rate of obligate upland plants was predominantly observed. Excluding the R. faberi community, in the other five communities constituting the outstanding forest wetlands, the occurrence rate of upland plants among the forest plants was high. It was observed that M. japonica which typically appears during the transition of wetlands to drier stages, was flourishing, indicating that the wetland was undergoing vegetation succession and terrestrialization.
