The development of an industry including distribution sector is influenced by not only government policy but the related firms' behaviors. Recently the large-scale retailers have had more enormous channel power than any other distributors including monopolistic makers. Now is the time for government to prepare some policies against the unfair transaction behaviors by large-scale retailers. In this paper I tried to inquire into the distribution competition policy from a political correspondent point of view related with the transition of distribution system. For the purpose of this article I compared the case of Korea with Japan. According to the results so far inquired, there are some commons and differences in the cases of the two. Some suggestions are as follows. Considering the predominant position the concept of large-scale retailers is to be extended from a single store to numerous chain stores in the political level. Government needs to examine the standard propriety for large-scale retailer; the size of selling area and amount of sales a year. When a large-scale retailer store is to be established, it need to be taken a permit or a pre-inspection. The Fair Trade Commission have to secure the neutrality from Government's strategies. And government should find out the examples of unfair transaction behavior types and prepare some proper guidelines continually. For the last time statistical data by distributors are to be fitted out and the actual investigations for estimating the effects of government policies need to be enforced.

본 논문에서는 시각 장애우의 식품 안전성 증진을 위해 광학 문자 인식 (optical character recognition, OCR) 및 실시간 객체 인식 (you only look once, YOLO) 알고리즘에 기반한 식품의 유통기한 자동 알림 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 1) 스마트폰 카메라를 통해 실시간으로 입력되는 영상에서 YOLO 알고리즘을 활용하여 유통기한으로 예측되는 이미지 영역을 검출하고, 2) 검출된 영역에서 OCR 알고리즘을 활용하여 유통기한 데이터를 추출하며, 3) 최종 추출된 유통기한 데이터를 음성으로 변환하여 시각 장애우에게 전달한다. 개발된 시스템은 유통기한 정보를 추출해서 사용자에게 전달하기까지 평균 약 7초 이내의 빠른 응답 속도를 보였으며, 62.8%의 객체 인식 정확도와 93.6%의 문자 인식 정확도를 보였다. 이러한 결과들은 제안하는 시스템을 시각 장애우들이 실용적으로 활용할 수 있다는 가능성을 보여준다.

이 논문은 지식정보 자원 통합 및 상호운용성 제공을 위한 국가 수준의 지식정보자원의 자동 생성 및 유통 시스템의 주요한 특징을 기술한다. 국가 지식정보 관리시스템들은 지식 유형과 지식관리 역할을 수행하는 종합정보센터에 따라 생성 자원 유형 및 유통 메커니즘이 상이하며, 다양하게 분류된다. 이러한 상호운용의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템간의 표준화된 지식정보 공유 기능 제공을 위한 국가 지식 정보자동 생성 및 유통 표준 모델의 설계가 요구된다. 이를 위해 설계된 모델은 분산 아키텍처 모델, 프로세스 모델 및 서비스 운영 모델로 구성되며, 국가 지식정보 공유를 위한 생성 및 유통 시스템의 개선, 신규 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 위한 참조모델로서 활용할 수 있다.

It is necessary to propose the plans for achieving a stable supply and enhanced distribution efficiency based on the cooperative integration system in the aspects of product logistics information cash flow among the entities of the entire supply chain in order to overcomes the limitations of separate and independent distribution and logistics management system and solve the instability problems of supply & price in Domestic agricultural products distribution sector. Therefore, this paper looks over the problems of information management system in agricultural distribution process and proposes the reference standard model and the standardization plans for information structure on the agricultural products integrated distribution information system.

In these days of severe changes in the environment and economic slump, it is indispensable for firms to cope with the environment effectively. This study is an attempt to investigate the mechanisms through which output sector munificence and dynamism affect distribution channel performances, such as, satisfaction, trust, and commitment. Especially, this study focus on moderating effects on distribution channel integration that has not been investigated in the past. For the purpose of empirical testing, 70 corporate channels, 120 contractual channels, and 100 conventional marketing channels have been selected and analyzed. According to the result from moderated regression analysis, munificence strengthens distribution channel performances, while dynamism weakens them. And integration reinforces the effects.

우리에게 농업은 단순히 식생활의 문제를 떠나 사회에 근간이 되는 분야이다. 하지만 급속히 정보화가 추진되고 있는 다른 분야에 비해 농업분야의 정보화는 그 발전 속도가 현저히 떨어지는 것은 살아있는 생물을 다루는 분야이기 때문이다. 하지만 정보화는 어쩔 수 없는 당면 과제이기에 정부산하의 농업 관련 기관들은 개별적인 정보화 시스템을 구축 운용해 오고 있다. 현재의 농업 정보화 시스템은 농업관측정보시스템과 농산물 유통 종합정보 시스템 그리고 농축산물 생산 및 수급정보 분석 시스템 등으로 볼 수 있지만 이러한 시스템은 초기의 기대와는 달리 비효율적으로 운영되어진 것이 현실이다. 여기에는 농업관측 모형이 현실을 제대로 반영하지 못하는 문제점도 있지만 정부 산하의 각 기관들의 개별적인 개발로 인한 중복 투자와 시스템의 비효율적인 윤용 등의 문제점을 들 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 현재 개별적으로 운용되고 있는 농업관측 정보 시스템, 농산물 유통 종합 정보 시스템 그리고 농축산물 생산 및 수급 정보 분석 시스템을 통폐합하고 유통관리 시스템과 기술지원 시스템의 구현과 종합 DB 시스템 구축과 이를 통합한 농업 종합 정보 시스템을 제안하며 농업 종합 정보 시스템의 활성화를 위한 각종 시책 등을 제시하고자 한다.

With the rapid development of information technology and internet in these days, resources of knowledge information have been digitalized and distributed on the internet, However, the location of digital content and a change of content have generated problems for users access and services. In line with this regard, the research on the identification of digital content utilizing standardized identification system and distribution system is necessary. This study intends to contribute to the implementation of information system based on standard digital identifier for the effective management and safe distribution of digital contents. This study first tries to survey SDI outline, practical application case and distributed business model and to analyze information distribution status Finally, this study tries to draw up a plan for the establishment of KISTI's SDI. content identification system, content distribution system.

As the number of SSM(Super Supermarket) has been growing, the conflict between large companies and small-to-medium retailers is being deeper in which large-sized market has been growing rapidly and small to medium retailers has been depressed. To solve the conflict, the government enacted the system of business limiting of large enterprises by SMEs. It brought growth of sales of small-to-medium retailers. However, unintended effects were caused by the system. This research aims to analyze underlying structure beyond conflicts between SSM and small to medium retailers using system thinking and draw relationships between key factors. Thus we can provide political alternatives through simulation model which is developed based on the factors.
