Currently, the itemized box loading operation at the Agriculture Products Processing Center which distributes agricultural products for the region is carried out manually. The process of loading agricultural products requires great manpower and had been resolved through the part-time employment of the residents of farm villages. However, recently it has become quite difficult to secure manpower as the aging within the rural community has been intensified. Hence, the necessity for countermeasures such as facility automation or use of robots have become necessary. This study suggests an automatic robot system for the itemized loading of apple boxes at the Agriculture Products Processing Center. The suggested method is to design and develop equipment such as a conveyer, robot, and bar code reader. In addition, a sorting plan, operational control, generation of control information, and software module that could monitor the inside of the Agriculture Products Processing Center is needed. After test-operating and evaluating the developed system, the existing manual work would be replaced with the automated robot system in order to enhance work efficiency and resolve safety issues.

This paper presents GDOCF(Government Document Enterprise Architecture Framework) based on the direction of EA(Enterprise Architecture) framework to build GDOCEA. The construction of EA for GDOC offered various types of information technology Platform which advanced the interoperability between Government Information Systems. In addition, it insured the interoperability between the e-Government Initiatives and helped a consistent management for information resource. As a result, MOGAHA could support a policy decision and capital investment plan for information. Also, all the information needed for the operation and management of GDOC has been being referenced, shared and utilized as EA repository. Eventually Pilot EA would be a corner stone to build EA master plan considering all the information systems in MOGAHA.

Recently competitive Korean companies are suffered from financial loss due to illegal exposure of their own proprietary know-how secrets, since it is difficult to watch hidden illegal channels to leak them due to their digitalization. Today the DRM-based system designed to protect such secrets is insufficient to prevent it, since DRM-based protection system cannot defend the intelligent robbery of secrets, in special, employee's robbery. The MSEC is much appropriate to secure secrets against employee's robbery. Our paper notes that IGMP, MSEC and SNMP can work easily together to realize secure system that satisfy strong security condition for prevention from leaking secrets. Since the previous research was on the architectural design for prevention of illegal exposure, this paper proposes the efficient protocol based on MSEC protocol. Our protocol satisfies the strong security conditions that the principles that the secret should be stored/distributed only in an encrypted shape, and should be separated physically from its encryption key, and should be carried in registered mobile storage separate from its processing device, and should be verified in terms of both user and device. Thus this paper proposes both the protocol for secret document distribution and its group key management.

하천정보의 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현 및 분석단위가 관리주체에 따라 다르며, 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수 및 치수, 하천 환경 등을 고려한 국가수자원종합계획의 수립을 어렵게 해왔다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화시키고, 유역정보, 수문정보 등에 대해서 국가 수자원 정보망의 형성을 통해서 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구해야 한다. 또한, 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템간 중복을 방지하고 상호 연계가 원활히 이루어져 대정부, 대국민에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공이 가능하도록 추진을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보 신뢰성 높고 다양한 하천정보 DB 구축을 통하여 보다 편리하고 유용한 시스템 사용 환경을 제공 및 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 하천정보서비스 구축사례를 분석하고 국내 실정에 맞는 하천정보서비스의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해서는 지속적인 중장기종합정보화전략계획 수립과 국내에 적합한 필수 데이터 항목도출, 데이터모델과 구축방법론 표준화로 체계적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 하천공간정보의 유통체계는 기존의 국가공간정보 유통 기구를 이용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 사료된다.

유통분야에서 물품관리를 위해 사용되었던 바코드를 대체할 차세대 인식기술로 꼽히는 RFID 기술은 IT기술의 주요 시장으로 부상하면서 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있는 분야이다. 유통 및 물류분야에서는 다량의 물품을 실시간으로 식별해야 하는 경우가 필요한데 이를 위해 여러 개의 리더가 동시에 사용 된다. RFID 시스템을 구축하는데 있어서 다중 리더 운영 기법은 전체 RFID 시스템의 성능을 좌우한다. EPCglobal에서 제안 된 Gen2 프로토콜은 900MHz 대역의 단일 통합 표준으로서 ISO/IEC 18000-6 C타입으로 채택되었다. 하지만 Gen2 프로토콜에서 다중 리더 운영 정책에 대해서 Session 기능을 간단히 내놓았을 뿐 자세한 소프트웨어 응용법을 제시하지 않았으며, 이에 관한 미들웨어 연구도 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 현재 Gen2 프로토콜에서의 태그 인식 기술과 EPCglobal에서 제안하는 RFID 프로토콜, Sesssion 개념을 소개하고 Gen2 프로토콜을 이용하는 RFID 시스템에 다중 리더 관리 모듈을 설계를 통해 다중 리더를 운영하는 기법을 제안한다.

인터넷을 통한 제품 소개와 더찰어 판매자가 구매자로부터 해당 제품에 대하여 주문을 받고 물건을 파는 상거래 행위도 최근 크게 증가하고 있다. 맞벌이 부부의 증가, 교통난, 주차난 등 현대 사회의 여러 제약 조건에 의해 야간 쇼핑 및 통신을 통한 홈쇼핑의 수요가 크게 증가하고 있다. [3] 홈쇼핑에 있어 상대방과의 신용확인 및 지속적인 거래를 위해서는 단순 상품진열보다는 상대방과의 대화를 통한 서로간의 활동적인 거래가 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 모델은 인터넷기반의 전자상거래 시스템을 구축하여 유통적인 예약시스템을 통해 인터넷상에서의 대화 및 거래를 어떻게 상호 작용할 수 있는 지 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 예약형 면단 시스템은 단순 직무의 감축으로 인한 소형거래 상에서 유용하게 쓰여질 수 있으며 국제 무역에서 전문적 상품의 거래서비스나 유통서비스 등에 다양한 응용을 할 수 있다.

최근 정보화 사회에서 정보의 처리와 공유에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하지만 기존 지리정보시스템(GIS)이 갖고 있던 상호 이질적인 지형공간데이타 포맷을 가지고는 효율적인 정보의 처리와 공유가 어려운 형편이다. 이러한 지형공간데이타 포맷의 문제로 인해 지형공간 데이터의 중복수집의 문제가 발생하였으며, 또한 많은 시간과 경비가 중복 투자퇴고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지형공간 데이타 중복수집의 문제점을 효과적으로 해결하고, 이미 구축되어 있는 지형공간 데이타를 필요로 하는 사람들과 공유하고 유통하기 위하여 KGDC(Korean Geospatial Data Clearinghouse)를 설계 및 구현하였다. KGDC를 통하여 ESRI와 Intergraph사의 상용 지리정보시스템들의 데이타를 별도의 처리과정 없이 공유할 수 있으며, 또한 OGC(OpenGIS Consortium)의 OpenGIS 구현명세에 기술되어 있는 표준 OpenGIS 인터페이스를 지원하는 지형공간 데이타 서버의 데이타도 효과적으로 공유할 수 있다. 특히, KGDC는 다양한 검색 기능과 다양한 정보를 제공하여 손쉬운 지형공간 데이타의 공유 및 유통을 가능하게 하며, 검색을 위한 정보와 검색의 결과로 이용하기 위해 ISO/TC211 표준 메타데이타를 부분적으로 지원하고 있다.

인터넷 환경에서 디지털 콘텐츠의 수요는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으나 복제의 용이성으로 인해 콘텐츠의 불법 유통이 큰 사회적 이슈로 논의되고 있다. 따라서 저작권 보호 수단 중 가장 많이 쓰이는 DRM 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문은 디지털 응원(MP3)의 불법 복제를 방지하고 저작권 보호를 위해 DRM 시스템을 적용한 전자상거래 시스템을 설계하였다. 128비트 대칭키 암호화 기법인 SEED를 사용하여 디지털 콘텐츠를 암호화하고 사용자가 오프라인에서 디지털 콘텐츠 재생할 때 다운로드 방식과 스트리밍 방식의 중간 단계인 하이브리드 방식으로 재생하여 불법 복제로부터 음원을 보호할 수 있다 XrML 명세언어 사용으로 사용권한을 정의하고 재인증 기법으로 사용자 시스템 변경시 사용자의 권한을 보존해 준다

It is important to control environment information such as temperature in distribution & logistics systems. To manage temperature and environment information in realtime, SCCM(Smart Cold Chain Management) system must manage and integrate tags and various types sensor information. But, it needs standard code system to manage and integrate various types tags and sonsors. In this paper, we propose standard code system to apply the SCCM system.

본 논문에서는 RFID의 특성인 비 접촉형 인식과 높은 인식률을 통하여 사용자로 하여금 자동화된 식자재 관리를 돕는 스마트 냉장고 시스템을 설계하여 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 냉장고 사용자로 하여금 냉장고속 식품에 관한 정보를 냉장고를 열지 않아도 한눈에 볼 수 있으며, 이를 통한 식자재 관리에 자동화를 통한 편의성을 제공 하는 동시에 RFID를 이용한 식품이 판매가 되어 소비자에게 가기까지 유통과정의 투명성을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 이러한 목적을 바탕으로 구성되어야 할 스마트 냉장고 시스템에 관한 요구사항을 분석하고 구현하여 멀지 않은 미래에 RFID를 활용한 가정 내의 냉장고 사용 프로세스를 예측해 보고자 한다. 이 시스템을 통하여 물류산업의 효과적 유통은 물론 냉장고 사용자의 식자재에 관한 비용을 절감시킬 수 있을 것이라 예상한다.
