최근의 서비스 마케팅 문헌은 서비스 조직의 경쟁력 향상의 방편으로 서비스 고객에게 관심을 집중하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 서비스 고객은 부분적 종업원으로 인식될 수 있기 때문에 서비스 조직에 대해 참여행동을 나타낼 수 있으며, 이를 통해서 서비스 조직은 추가적 비용 없이 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라 고객행동 관리가 강조되고는 있으나 아직까지 실증적 연구의 주제로는 거의 다루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 지금까지 간과되었던 부분인 고객참여가 고객만족에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 메카니즘을 실증적으로 분석하기 위해, 고객참여의 영향을 매개하는 변수로서 서비스 성과와 기대를 제시하는 연구모델을 설정하였다. 구성개념을 측정하기 위해 관련 문헌들을 참고하였으며, 본 연구의 서비스 상황에 적합하도록 수정을 가하였다. 최근에 교육 서비스와 병원 서비스를 제공받은 경험이 있는 대학생을 대상으로 구조방정식을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 연구모델의 적합도는 양호하였으며 모든 연구가설이 지지되었다. 참여는 매개변수로 제시된 성과, 기대와 유의한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과와 기대는 또한 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해서 서비스 관리자는 종업원과 마찬가지로 서비스 고객을 적극적으로 관리할 필요성이 있고, 특히 고객의 서비스 성과지각과 서비스 기대에 더욱 관심을 기울여야 함을 이해할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 이러한 실증결과에 대한 시사점을 논의하였고 미래연구를 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

As FTA is spreading, it is becoming more and more necessary to improve the accuracy and reliability of the country of origin information at the domestic trading stage in preparation for the actual surveys expected to surge in the near future. However, there are many problems in collecting and managing information related to origin. It is pointed out that the shortage of export-oriented profits and the incentive for issuance of FTA-related profits, as well as the lack of information on the distribution and management of origin information of domestic manufacturing companies are also pointed out as important causes. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the efficiency of management and circulation of smooth FTA origin (comprehensive) certificate of Korean companies and to improve reliability through manipulation prevention by building prototype of origin information management system based on private block chain Hyperledger. The block chain, called Distributed Ledger or Trusted Internet, provides a technical infrastructure that enables various related companies to distribute origin information with high reliability and immediate distribution in the supply chain, but research on its application is still in the beginning stage.

This study was carried out to develop the educational program which can be used in the university library or archives to their students under an aspect that each individual should preserve own personal archives themselves. Based on precedent studies and foreign cases, a survey study on preservation of digital personal archives for the university students was carried out. The educational program of preservation reflected conditions of the undergraduates attending Pusan national university. The educational program is dealt with a total of seven contents including awareness-raising, creation methods, managements methods, selection of archives, construction of preservation folder, construction of preservation copy, and the management of preservation copy.

현행 Internet 도메인 네임(domain name)에 대한 관리체계를 개선하기 위한 gTLD-MoU회의가 4월 29일부터 5월1일까지 스위스 제네바의 ITU본부에서 개최되었다. 현재 미국 독점으로 관리되고 있는 Internet top level domain name의 등록 및 관리체계를 전면적으로 개선하기 위해 개최된 본 회의는 지난해 11월 발족이후 이에 대한 검토작업을 진행해 온 IAHC(Internet International Ad Hoc Committee)의 주관으로 IANA, ISOC, ITU, WIPO를 포함, 전 세계로부터 101개 기관, 126명의 대표가 참석하였으며, 향후 Internet top level domain name의 등록업무 및 관리체계 개선에 관한 세부내용을 담은 양해각서(gTLD-MoU)에 대한 논의와 함께 80개 기관 대표가 서명에 참가한 가운데 gTLD-MoU에 대한 서명식을 가졌다. 한편, gTLD-MoU가 5월 1일로 정식 발효됨에 따라 ITU는 앞으로 gTLD-MoU의 관리기관(depository) 역할을 수행하게 되며, MoU 및 서명자 관리와 관련정보의 유통업무 등을 담당하게 된다.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 윤영욱)가 올해 4월 1일부터 6월 15일까지 총 11주간 진행한 제19기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신교육 결과, 총 99명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제19기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 (주)남경 김소영 실장이 총점 1백점 만점에 93.9점을 획득, 일반부문 최고 성적 우수자로 선정됐으며, (주)아이마켓코리아 전자계열 2팀 조형래 과장이 93.2점으로 2등, (주)남경 한강수 사원과 롯데중앙연구소 안경목 연구원이 92.7점으로 공동 3등으로 수료했다. 또한 학생 부문에서는 강릉원주대학교 식품가공유통학과 위경일 학생이 1등으로(88.0점), 유영현 학생이 2등85.5점, 나윤진 학생이 3등(85.3점)으로 수료했다. 한국포장협회는 정부의 산업기술기반 조성사업의 하나인 인력양성(포장분야)을 목적으로 포장기술관리사 통신교육을 실시해 오고 있으며, 금번 제19기 포장기술 관리사를 포함, 그동안 총 1천5백35명을 배출했다. 본 고에서는 제19기 포장기술관리사 우수성적 수료자들을 소개해 본다.

This study is based on big big data base for real-time collection/analysis/processing of data, creative analysis of data assets, and intelligent processing system based on IoT, which can measure distribution phase in real time. The mobile terminal uses the SDK of the provided device to measure the data information on the consumption of specific seafood production and distribution. We use the oneM2M protocol to store various kinds of information needed for seafood production, and implement a DB Server and a system that allows the administrator to manage the system using the UI.

Scientists at the research front communicate informally each other and social organization based upon this communication relation is identified. Seventy-four percent of the scientists are joined together in a large communication network which includes all of the most productive and communicative scientists. Central scientists are the nodal points for dissemination of information as well as important information sources.

산업 및 무역, 유통 기업들은 수많은 물류자원이 된다. 이러한 기업들은 물류 비용을 절감하기 위해 전문 물류 기업에 물품 운송 부분을 맡긴다. 전문 물류 관리 기업들은 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전으로 공급자, 구매자와 타사 기업들간에 인터넷으로 서로 연결된다. 하지만 서로 다른 회사에서 사용하고 관리하는 소프트웨어 때문에 이기종데이터는 타사 기업을 위한 물류 정보시스템에 큰 문제가 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 전문 물류 회사를 위한 도메인 온톨로지 기반의 검색 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안한 도메인 온톨로지 기반의 검색 프레임워크는 통합 환경에서 전문 물류 회사를 위한 다양한 시스템과 프로세스를 포함한 문서로 제공될 수 있고 여러 다양한 문서의 통합 검색을 지원하며 문서 안의 의미 정보를 고려할 수 있다.

Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.
