It is not a practical solution that the DDoS attacks or worm propagations are protected and responded within a domain itself because it clogs access of legitimate users to share communication lines beyond the boundary a domain. Especially, the DDoS attacks with spoofed source address or with bogus packets that the destination addresses are changed randomly but has the valid source address does not allow us to identify access of legitimate users. We propose a scheme of distributed network security management to protect access of legitimate users from the DDoS attacks exploiting randomly spoofed source IP addresses and sending the bogus packets. We assume that Internet is divided into multiple domains and there exists one or more domain security manager in each domain, which is responsible for identifying hosts within the domain. The domain security manager forwards information regarding identified suspicious attack flows to neighboring managers and then verifies the attack upon receiving return messages from the neighboring managers. Through the experiment on a test-bed, the proposed scheme was verified to be able to maintain high detection accuracy and to enhance the. normal packet survival rate.

The proliferating use of e-journals has led increasing interest in collecting and analyzing usage statistic information. However, the existing manual method and simple journal usage reports provided by publishers hinder the effective collection of large-scale usage statistics and the comprehensive/in-depth analysis on them. Thus we have proposed a hybrid automatic method of collecting e-journal usage statistics based on screen scraping and SUSHI protocol. In addition, the generation method of summary statistics presented in graphs, charts and tables has been suggested in this study. By utilizing the suggested system and analysis data, librarians can compose various reports on budget or operation of the libraries.

본 논문에서 저작권 보호 기술 적용을 위해 실감형 360도 영상의 강인성 정보를 이용하여 UCI 운영을 위한 응용 메타데이터 요소를 제안한다. 오늘날 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 산업의 규모가 비약적으로 커지고 있음에 따라 이를 효과적으로 관리 및 유통할 수 있는 콘텐츠 고유의 식별체계가 요구되고 있다. 현재 국내에서 운용 중인 대표 식별자는 정통부가 개발한 UCI가 활용되고 있다. UCI는 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 효과적으로 관리 및 유통할 수 있으나 저작권 보호 기술에 직접적으로 연관이 되어 있지 않아 이를 보완할 수 있는 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 UCI와 직접으로 연동할 수 있는 실감형 360도 동영상 응용 메타데이터 요소 및 운영 방법을 제안하여 저작권 보호 기술을 적용할 수 있도록 한다.

본 논문에서는 실생활에서 식품을 취급하는 대학생 및 독립거주자를 위한 식품 안전관리 시스템을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다. 사용자는 실시간 등록 및 스캔을 통하여 신뢰성 있는 식품관리가 가능하고 알람을 통하여 유통기한의 경과여부를 알 수 있도록 구현 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 어플리케이션의 사용으로 개인 생활건상 향상 및 경제적 절약효과를 기대하는 것이 가능하다.

연구 개발자들은 자신의 정보활동에 있어 전체 활동의 20 ${\sim}$ 40%를 관련 정보의 탐색 및 분석에 사용하고 정보활동 결과는 개인 컴퓨터에 저장한다. 그러나 개인 컴퓨터상의 유용한 정보는 정보관리 및 공유 도구의 부재로 인하여 가치 및 유용성을 상실하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 데스크 탑 서치와 P2P 기반의 정보공유 기능을 갖는 시스템을 제안한다. 데스크 탑 서치를 통하여 연구 개발자는 본인의 컴퓨터에 저장된 정보를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다. 연구 개발자들이 많은 시간을 들여 축적한 유용한 정보자원을 쉽게 공유할 수 있게 하는 P2P 기반의 정보공유는 연구개발 활동의 전체적인 생산성을 높일 수 있다.

본 연구는 닭고기의 품질 등급을 설정하기 위한 기초 자료로 이용하기 위하여 시중 도계 장을 대, 중, 소로 구분하여 생산 관리 책임자들을 대상으로 닭고기 등급제 적용에 따른 도계 장 및 유통업소 및 판매장 조사를 통하여 등급판정 방법, 표본 수 선발 방법 등을 설정하여 설문지에 의한 방문 조사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 도계 장 설문조사에서 등급제 적용 시 적용 단위는 대부분의 도계 장에서 농가단위보다는 롯트 단위를 선호하였다. 닭고기 등급제 조사방법은 대부분의 도계 장에서 전수조사보다는 샘플조사를 선호하였다. 닭고기 등급제 시행초기에는 도계 장에서 요청한 물량에 대해서만 등급판정을 실시하는 것을 선호하였다. 통닭 뿐 만 아니라 부분 육에 대해서도 등급제를 적용해야 된다는 의견이 많았다. 닭고기 등급제 적용시의 중량의 범위는 대규모 도계 장에서는 $8^{\sim}12$호에 대해서 등급 판정을 선호하였다.

HACCP is a scientific and systematic program that identifies specific hazards and gives measurements in order to control them and ensure the safety of foods. Transportation of livestock and its products is one of the vulnerable sectors regarding food safety in Korea, as meats are transported by truck in the form of a carcass or packaged meat in a box. HACCP application and its acceleration of distribution, in particular transportation, are regarded as important to providing consumers with ultimately safe livestock products. To achieve this goal, practical tools for HACCP application should be developed. Supply chain management (SCM) is a holistic and strategic approach to demand, operations, procurement, and logistics process management. SCM has been beneficially applied to several industries, notably in vehicle manufacture and the retail trade. HACCP-based real-time visibility system using wireless application (WAP) of the livestock distribution is centralized management system that enables control of temperature and HACCP management in real-time for livestock transportation. Therefore, the application of HACCP to livestock distribution (transportation, storage, and sale) can be activated. Using this system, HACCP management can be made easier, and distribution of safe livestock products can be achieved.

According to lifestyle changes, the consumers' concern about food also shifts from calories and nutrition to health and convenience. Fresh-cut produce is one of the new turns in the consumption pattern of fruits and vegetables. The increasing demand for it requires processors to make them stable in quality and safe from microorganisms. The results of the evaluation of the production process and hygienic management of fresh-cut lettuce revealed that the facilities used, such as the drainage holes, floors, and door knobs, were severely contaminated with microbes, and that the work equipment, workbenches, landing nets, and centrifuges were highly contaminated. Accordingly, improved production processes and management systems are necessary, as is the implementation of a quality control system from the stage of raw-material purchase to the distribution stage.

The purpose of this study is to present the price computation criteria with the aspect of price policy for the geographical information circulation. The price policy is to make activated circulation for geographical information. The price policy of this research considered the supplier and the user side at the same time. Important issue of price policy is that initial cost for system development calculate burying cost, and preservation and renewal cost charge to user. Distribution cost of geographical information charge to user according to use media, and apply differential rates of cost according to the purpose of using, up-to-dateness of data. Also, present the price policy that must apply copyright fee to of offer geographical information. Consider various terms that was studied in this study, the price computation criteria was presented. Through this, it is expected that geographical information circulation is activated more.

This paper presents an analysis of construction project management from supply chain management perspective to gain insight from all constituents and to identify areas of improvement. In order to suggest opportunities for improvement, interviews with the members of a typical urban office building project in US were held. Based on that, a qualitative analysis of construction projects is presented. Focusing on electrical and mechanical sub-systems, this study illustrates the roles of subcontractors, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturing representatives as well as the complexity that a general contractor fares in managing its supply chain. The author$^{\circ}\phi$s recommendations are focused on process restructuring and automation, which include some quantifiable performance measures, incentives, and their alignment with each other
