  • 지하구는 도시의 신경망이라 할 수 있는 통신, 전력, 상수도, 난방, 쓰레기 처리시설 등 도시 운용/관리를 위한 주요시설물을 안전하게 수용하고, 유지 관리하기 위한 시설로 IT기술을 이용하여 수용된 시설을 효과적으로 유지/관리하고, 재난으로부터 안전하게 보호함과 동시에 최소의 비용과 에너지로 수용된 시설물을 유지관리하기 위한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지하구(공동구, 통신구, 전력구)의 운용 및 유지관리와 지하구에서 발생될 수 있는 각종 재난에 대응하기 위한 지하구 운용 및 유지관리에 대해 알아보고, 지하구 내부에 수용된 시설물을 효과적으로 유지관리하고 재난에 신속히 대응하기 위한 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템에 대해 기술 하고자 한다. 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템은 지하구 내부에는 전력, 상수도, 통신, 난방 등 다양한 시설물이 수용되어 있으며, 이러한 시설물의 부식, 고장 등으로부터 보호하기 위해 지하구내부의 환기시스템의 송풍기와 지하수와 기상재해로 인한 지하구 및 수용시설물의 침수를 막기 위한 양수펌프에 대해 실시간 상태모니터링 통해 송풍기 및 펌프의 고장여부를 판단하여 관리자에게 알림으로써 관리자가 신속하게 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다. 송풍기의 제어는 지하의 내부와 외부에 설치된 온/습도 센서를 통해 지하구 내부환경을 최적으로 유지할 수 있도록 함으로써 쾌적한 지하 내부환경 유지하고, 급/배기가 필요할 경우에만 송풍기를 가동함으로써 에너지를 절약 할 수 있으며, 화재, 침수 등에 대한 재난시 환풍기의 급/배기, 정지 등을 신속하게 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 지하구내부에서 발생된 재난을 유/무선을 이용하여 신속하게 지하구 주변의 장치(U-Pole 또는 통합컨트롤러)를 통해 경보를 전파함으로써 주변 시민들이 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템을 검증하기 위해 실제 지하구 및 실험실에 시스템 및 Test Board을 설치하여 운용시험을 실시 하였다.

  • Current domestic and overseas BIM practice and research efforts show very few examples that design and construction BIM data could be successfully used for efficient operation and maintenance (O&M) of infrastructure in particular. This study takes public wastewater treatment plant requiring an enhancement of operation and maintenance capability into account to develop a prototype BIM-based maintenance management system. The system is designed and implemented following a typical system development procedure and validated by the system outputs per four scenarios being considered to be main maintenance activities: The research results are expected to contribute to the upgrade of current wastewater treatment plant maintenance level, which is more demanded as water-related regulation and policy direction changes to region-based large scale O&M and asset management adoption, and overseas market participation.

  • 법적인 정의를 차치하고 나면 하천유지유량의 정의는 사람과 자연이 한정된 수자원을 바람직하게 공유하기 위한 유량 측면의 범위로 나타낼 수 있다. 하천유지유량의 산정과 관리는 사람의 물이용과 배치되면서 동시에 진행해야 하는 하천수 관리의 핵심요소이다. 물관리 일원화 이전에 물관리 업무가 분산되어있는 상황에서 당시 환경부는 환경생태유량이라는 건강한 생태계유지에 주 목적이 있는 개념을 생산하였고, 시범사업을 거쳐 고시를 추진하고 있다. 하천유지유량과 환경생태유량은 다루는 범위와 공간적 차이가 있을 뿐이며 근본적인 개념과 생성의 원인은 같은 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하천유지유량과 환경생태유량의 개념과 본질을 살펴보고 효율적인 제도적 장치 마련의 방향성, 기술적 방향성에 대해 논하였다.

  • Collapse of a huge structural material has brought about enormous loss of lives and property. Every construction may be destroyed by the nature's power and careless mistake of human as well as its own defect. So a great number of concern and detailed managing technique are demanded not in constructing work but also in management of constructed material. The Interest of construction safety has Increased rapidly and a plenty of effort has been attempted to manage systematically. In this study, the use of FM(Facilities Management) as a branch of GSIS(Geo-spatial Information System) was developed to offer the users convenient managing achievement and establishment of history managing system in the bridge management system. This study accomplished dividing all information of images, photos, drawing and etc. into their items of time, material and the person in charge, and developed to stue and maintain those items in database. Related database which is composed of recording of check, retrieving and adding the data was accomplished to an easy access of database, and by using these data as output for example images, m display, report and hard copy, this system was proved to help manage efficiently in bridge management system.

  • In recent years, there have been emerging the establishment and extension of sewage treatment facilities in many cities due to population growth and high standard for sewage treatment. The objective of this study is to develop and implement a Data Management Library which could deal with enormous amount of graphic and attribute data effectively and afficiently. Based on the Data Management Library developed, the Sewage Treatment Management System(STMS) was Implemented and investigated in preparation for the extension of sewage treatment facilities. Cheongju city enviromental station was selected as a test site. We first analyzed current work flow in sewage treatment and then performed database design suitable for managing sewage treatment in effective fashion. The STMS consists mainly of two parts : one is for manipulating the graphic and attribute data and the other for application of sewage treatment related works. Conclusively, the STMS developed in this study could be utilized as a comer stone for an effective maintenance and management of sewage treatment.

  • Visual inspection works are very important part of facility maintenance and management life cycle as a step of creating base data for decision making and maintenance and repair. But currently, visual inspection works have been performed unefficiently and unreliably as works on hand, duplication of works, decisions of defect state, unutilization of inspection history, lack of professional and so on. In this research, we developed visual inspection system that processes inspection work efficiently and provides reliability of inspection output, as a target of bridges, tunnels, underground roadway on national road. We defined problems through visual inspection work analysis, examined the solutions and reflected to functional design of system. We will plan to utilize this system in HMCS(Highway Maintenance and Construction Service).

  • PACS 유지보수 서비스의 중요성을 살펴보고 PACS 분분별 제안요청 요소를 분석하여 향후 시스템 유지보수 계약의 지표를 제공하는데 목적이 있으며 경희의료원의 PACS 유지보수 제안서요청의 사례를 중심으로 유지보수 RFP 작성의 필요성, 중요사항 및 분야별 요구사항 등에 대하여 기술한다. 제안 부문은 9 개로 구분하였으며 총 139 항목의 제안 요청 사항을 정리하였다. 제안 요소 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. PACS 유지보수 분야는 PACS Software 부문, 데이터베이스 부문, 서버 및 스토리지 부문, 네트워크 부문, CR 및 DR System 등과 같은 영상획득장치에 관한 부문, 판독용 및 임상용 모니터 부문 등으로 구분하며, 각 부문별 제안 요구사항을 기술한 제안요청서를 작성하여 각 부문별 제안서를 요청하여야 한다. 2. 병원에서는 PACS 부문의 외주관리를 체계적으로 구분 관리하여 시스템 유지보수의 수준을 높이고 이를 질 높은 의료서비스로 연계되도록 하여야 한다. 3. PACS 관련 회사는 병원에서 요청된 제안 요청사항을 수용하며 질 높은 관련부문 서비스를 제공하기위한 기술적 배경을 체계화하여야하며 향후 주요 매출원으로 자리 잡게 될 유지보수 서비스를 상품으로 인식하고 이에 대한 적극적인 상품화전략과 홍보 노력이 필요하다.

  • Based on the previous year's statistics, 37% of buildings in South Korea are aged over 30 years. As the number of the aging buildings increases, so does the need for maintenance. Building maintenance involves a significant number of works; the work of 'maintenance manager' accounting for the largest part. Currently, the maintenance history record is mostly in drawing or handwritten form which makes reviewing the data highly time consuming. Therefore, to improve the convenience of maintenance works and optimize historical data management, the existing maintenance process was analyzed. Problems were derived and a smart device-based automation model was established. In order to establish a smart device-based automation model, ① general flow of facility management process was analyzed and related articles were reviewed, ② current maintenance process was optimized, ③ functional block diagram of BIM Data, COBie Data, IoT, and AR-based automated maintenance management model was created, ④ a smart device-based automated maintenance management model was constructed, ⑤ finally, the above system was verified by testing the aforementioned model in the field site, evaluating the time required for the maintenance process and reviewing maintenance history data against the current one.

  • Construction industry becomes large and complicated as that occurred in the construction processes and operations, and the growing social demand for more systematic and efficient methods of integrated management increases. Current facility maintenance system has been regarded as large labor-intensive and fairly stagnant, and faced on several issues including inefficiency in cost and time to collect and utilize various field information. Thus, this paper presents a maintenance prototype utilizing NFC technology and smart devices to efficiently collect and manage the field information in the course of the construction processes. By choosing dam facilities as a case study, construction data for dam inspection and maintenance were classified according to dam maintenance guideline, and database structure was constructed to incorporate with the NFC tags and smart device interface. The system prototype presented in this paper would improve the quality of the dam facilities maintenance system and provide business convenience and usability by contributing increased efficiency of field information management and sharing.

  • In case of the BTL project for current educational faculties, the proper standards to analyze those said educational standards lack, so it is very difficult to conduct an exact analysis and those improper standards are problematic when proper management and maintenance costs are calculated. In case of such educational facilities, as students have to use them safely for a long time and the quantity of their activities and the status of their physical growth based on individual classes, as well as the features for use by facility and the regional characteristics are different, other standards for maintenance and management must be considered unlike an apartment house. Thus, in this study, to set up the standards considering the features of educational facilities, the maintenance and management level suitable for educational facilities is presented by comparing and analysing that required to maintain and manage an apartment house, targeting the experts specializing management of educational facilities.
