  • 원자력발전소 화재방호 규정이 제정되기 이전에 설계되어 방화벽 관통부 내화성능 인증자료가 미흡하였던 국내 일부 가동원전들은 최근 성능인증이 완료되었거나 진행 중이다. 성능인증이 완료된 방화벽 관통부는 발전소 운영기간 동안 요구성능이 유지되도록 적합한 관리방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 성능인증이 완료된 가동원전을 대상으로 방화벽 관통부 관리현황의 적합성을 평가하고 관리방법 및 절차를 향상시키기 위한 향후 과제를 제안하였다.

  • TDX-1A의 유지보수 및 운용관리 프로세서는 8비트 프로세서 사용에 따른 성능상의 제약과 프로그램 체계상의 문제점이 있어 TDX-1B에서는 호처리에 직접 영향을 미치지 않는 SAP, SMP 및 IOIP를 32비트 프로세서로 통합하여 유지보수 및 운용관리를 체계화함과 동시에 이에 관련된 기능을 보완한 OMP(Operation and Maintenance Processor)를 개발하였다.

  • This study has been carried out in order to observe the status of performance warranty contracting system currently being implemented at the advanced countries including Europe, U.S.A., and Japan, review the introduction feasibility and possibility. For this purposes this study has surveyed the concept and necessity of performance warranty contracting system as well as the status of domestic performance warranty contracting system. Especially the application environment for the performance warranty contracting system of Europe, U.S.A., Japan and Korea in terms of maintenance guarantee liability system, performance warranty regulations for design-build contracting system, selection method of successful bidder, performance warranty means, project contracting system including maintenance cost, and specifications and contract conditions for performance warranty system have been comparatively evaluated. And introduction methods of performance warranty contracting system were suggested.

  • Purpose: The construction history of domestic port facilities has been more than 100 years, and until recently, modern facilities have been continuously built and expanded. However, it is not easy to keep the required performance conditions at the time of initial construction due to changes in the marine environment and increase in volume. In particular, in the case of harbor structures that have a long service life, safety performance and function management are becoming very important due to the increase in the size of ships, the increasing frequency of use, and the increase in the scale of natural disasters. Method: Therefore, this study investigates the state change by structural type of port facilities and analyzes the rehabilitation activities and the history that contribute to the performance improvement and life extension activities. Result: Through this, we distinguished between performance improvement cost (CAPEX) and repair maintenance activity (OPEX) that can be used to establish port facility maintenance strategy, and suggested cost model that can be used to establish maintenance strategy. Conclusion: These studies are expected to contribute greatly to mid- to long-term investment decisions.

  • 최근 한국에서는 기후변화에 따른 영향으로 집중호우의 발생 빈도와 강우강도 증가 및 지속적인 도시침수로 인한 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생하고 있다. 도시침수 예측은 수치모델링, 강우기반의 침수예측 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며, 정량적인 침수계측데이터를 활용한 분석기술은 부족한 실정이다. 침수지도, 침수예측 결과 검증과 더불어 센서기반의 정량적인 침수심 계측 결과를 활용한 도시침수 관리기술 개발이 필요하다. 현재 개발된 침수센서는 개발 주체에 따라 센서 관리 규정이 각각 상이하며, 정해진 규격과 기본적인 성능기준이 부재함에 따라 예산, 유지관리 등 비효율적인 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 침수센서의 설치시 효율화와 시행착오 등을 방지하기 위해 침수센서의 설치 및 운영에 필요한 성능기준과 설치방법 등을 가이드라인으로 제시하고자 하였다. 가이드라인을 작성하기 위해 도심지 침수센서 관련 설치절차, 설치위치 선정방안, 측정주기, 점검 및 관리 방안 등에 대한 국내외 사례를 조사하였으며, 사례 분석을 통해 침수센서 가이드라인 목차를 도출하였다. 가이드라인 목차로는 침수센서 세부구성 및 작동원리를 기술한 표준모델 구축 방안과 지표, 지표하 등의 계측지점별 센서 설치방안, 현장설치 절차도, 시운전지침으로 구성하였다. 향후 가이드라인을 통해 침수센서를 효율적으로 운영하여 도시침수 발생시 선제적 대응체계 강화 방안 마련에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Aging educational facility shall be managed and maintained through integrated service perspectives, in consideration of functions of each facility to provide safe and comfortable environment, rather than temporarily fixing/repairing problems. For doing this, it is a must to firstly understand the limitation of highly biased performance-based maintenance practice, which is a most common type applied at present, and therefore to establish maintenance system that reflects the functions and characteristics of maintenance service that a facility was designed with. Therefore, the objective of this study is to find items that have an influence on service level recognition in order to fairly evaluate service functions of educational facilities, and subsequently to use these factors as ingredients of establishing a consistent and efficient maintenance system. Therefore this study proposed explanatory variables to measure influential factors for each major maintenance category. Then appropriate statistical verification was carried out on questionnaires that collected from a number of industry experts to test its fe asibility.

  • This paper contains of descriptions of deterioration diagnosis of the surface and a coating layer for maintenance managements of large spatial structures with membrane structure. Membrane is a roofing material of the structures that its performance of durability including its performance of chemical resistance and corrosive resistance is considered to be highly important. In general, the items of diagnosis for maintenance managements such as membrane extensively include the diagnosis of deterioration of the membrane surface, of a coating layer of membrane, the diagnosis of deterioration between a coating layer and fiber, of overall surface of membrane, of the class of ropes, of reinforced belts, and of the cover of rubber. The object of this study that needs maintenance managements of the membrane with PVC and FIFE which are commonly used and shows the diagnosis results of deterioration of the surface and a coating layer.

  • In this study, the performance assessment criterion for reasonable maintenance of shield TBM tunnel was presented. The performance assessment items such as crack, leakage, breakage, spalling, exfoliation/detachment, efflorescence, quality condition, exposure of steel, carbonation, faulting step, bolts condition, drainage condition, ground condition, contact section condition and conduit condition were selected by analyzing domestic and foreign performance assessment criterions and investigating segment lining deterioration cases through the site investigation and in-depth inspection analysis result on the shield TBM tunnel. In addition, the reasonable weight using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) were estimated.

  • Currently, Hydrogen compressor is maintained and managed according to the safety management regulations of the operator. But it is not based on technical standards, so it is necessary to establish based on reliability. In this paper, hydrogen compressor taxonomy by ISO 14224 standard reviewed for hydrogen compressor operated by KOGAS-Tech hydrogen vehicle refueling station to establish 9-stage taxonomy, and FMEA was conducted to establish RCM strategy specified in SAE JA1011, and 1012. It is expected that results of taxonomy and RCM strategy will be used as basic data for development of standards for verifying the performance of compressors.

  • 공공시설 자산관리는 새로운 시설물 유지보수 개념으로 유지관리체계를 넘어 자산의 가치를 높이는 관리체계이다. 이 연구의 목적은 도로 및 교량 같은 공공시설에 자산관리체계를 지원하는 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 자산의 가치와 가치비용을 평가하는 방법을 개발하는 것이다. 따라서 자산가치를 자산평가 척도인 LoS(Level of Service)를 바탕으로 금전적인 값어치로 공학적 관점에서 계산하는 이론적 방법을 연구하였다. 가치개념을 정립하기 위해 성능은 LoS를 적용하였고, 비용은 유지관리를 위한 직접 투입비용을 적용하였다. 연구목적상 기존 연구결과인 자산비용과 가치비용의 개념을 적용하였으며 합리적인 시설물의 가치비용을 추정하기 위해 추가적으로 자산의 규모, 시설물의 현재 상태, 투입예산의 효과, 시설물의 중요도를 고려하도록 제안하였다. 제안한 자산비용을 바탕으로 하는 가치비용이 최대가 되는 유지관리대안을 선정한다면 최적의 시나리오가 될 것이다.
