A study of the ISCS(Information Security Check Service) on performance measurement model and analysis method (정보보호 안전진단 성과관리 측정 모델 및 성과 분석 방안 연구)

  • This report has continuously improved in Information Security Level of Information Communication Service Companies which are applicable to Information Security Safety Inspection System. Also, it presents a decided methodology after verified propriety and considered the pre-research or expropriation by being developed the way of Information Security Safety Result Measurement. Management territory weighted value was established and it was given according to the point of view and the strategy target and the and outcome index to consider overall to a measurement item. Accordingly, an outome to the Information Security Check Service is analyzed by this paper and measurement model and oucome analysis methodology are shown with this, and gives help to analyze an outcome. Also it make sure the the substantial information security check service will be accomplished, prevent a maintenance accident beforehand and improve an enterprise outcome independently by institutional system performance securement and enterprise.g corporate performance.

  • We recognize call centers as a interface frequently interacting with clients, and as the first portal of enterprises promoting customer satisfaction and increasing the rate of customer maintenance. The importance of service quality in call centers is gradually enlarged, as criteria for competitive power of enterprises, and the first-line interface of communications with customers in operating method and business management. Also, Enhancing service quality is the first task of both the management and telemarketers in order to adapt to the customer's requirement level. The curriculum for telemarketer education is not established or standardized within the country yet. We must therefore study on it as soon as possible, though it has a short history and insufficient theoretics. In this paper, we descirbe the development of a formal telemarketer education program in call centers included the result that analyze existing educational programs, and the opinion of call centers.

  • 한국 사회의 인구 고령화 속도는 세계 최고 수준으로 향후 보건, 의료, 복지 등에서 심각한 사회 문제를 발생시킬 것으로 예상되고, 고령화 사회로 인한 질병 발생률의 증가는 국민 의료비 부담의 증가로 이어져 이에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 이에 따라, 정보통신기술을 이용하여 시간과 공간에 구애받지 않고 언제 어디서나 건강과 생활을 관리하여 건강한 삶을 유지시키는 새로운 형태의 서비스인 유헬스케어(u-Healthcare)가 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 최근에는 일반인, 고령자, 만성질환자를 대상으로 하는 유헬스케어용 건강 개인 기기의 개발이 확산되고 있으나, 표준이 없이 업체별로 제품개발이 이루어지기 때문에 서비스간 호환성 등의 문제가 생기고, 이로 인해 유헬스케어 산업의 성장에 장애요소로 작용하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 최근 헬스케어 분야의 표준화가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 표준화를 통해 생체정보 데이터의 취합 및 전송, 분석 및 피드백이 표준적인 방법으로 운용이 될 수 있도록 하고 개인 건강 기기들과 유헬스케어 서비스간의 상호 운용성이 보장이 될 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 최근 헬스케어 분야에서 가장 활발하게 표준화가 진행중인 IEEE 11073 PHD 표준화 동향과 HL7 CDA의 표준화 동향에 대해서 상세히 살펴보고, 본 연구원에서 개발한 국제 표준기반 유헬스케어 플랫폼에 대한 소개를 한다.

A Method for Establishment of Case-based Software Maintenance Maturity Model (사례기반의 소프트웨어 유지보수 성숙도 모델 수립 방안)

  • Software Maintenance needs to continually improve from corrective maintenance to operational management and service improvement. In this study, we propose a software maintenance maturity model and its evaluation criteria based on 4 maintenance projects of K organization. For the proposal, we derive 13 process areas and 64 evaluation criteria based on some references such as SMMM, ITSMM, ITIL. We evaluate the criteria using 5-point scale, and then establish the maturity model of K organization classified by levels of the maturity model based on the evaluation result. And, to verify and improve the maturity model of K organization, we propose improvements for evaluation criteria. In addition, we apply the maturity model to the 4 projects, evaluate the projects, and propose improvements for the projects based on the evaluation result to identify how the model shows software maintenance improvement.

  • Mobile communication systems should be able to support multimedia traffics with limited transmit power due to the frequency reuse for maximizing the channel accommodation. Real-time data is very sensitive to delay, and they need to be transmitted instantly. On the other hand, non-real time data is less sensitive to delay, and their packet loss can be handled more flexibly. Therefore an adaptive resource management scheme is essentially required which enables to keep the minimal power allocated in the base station while guaranteeing the user requirements for QoE within a permissible range. Power-saving techniques are required in order to support multimedia services in the mobile networks because the power consumption increases greatly with the transmission rate increase. This paper proposes a novel scheme which enables to keep the allocated power minimal while guaranteeing the user requirements for QoE within a permissible range.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze drivers' attitude related to usage of traffic information and traffic management service. A sample survey on Seohaeanseon Expressway(15), Gyeongbu Experssway(1), Youngdong Expressway(50) was conducted to analyze drivers' attitude ; sample size is 304 with 95% of confidence level and ${\pm}3.6%$ of sampling error. The analysis lists of drivers' attitude are usage of traffic information, awareness about information dissemination devices, and awareness about traffic control information related to LCS or RWIS. The results of this study is that drivers want pre-trip information, voice-based Hi-pass OBU, and fast incident management. According to the IPA, KEC's main consideration is a traffic flow improvement.

  • Dental chair unit (DCU) is the most essential equipment for the dental treatment in dentistry. DCU output water is used for various applications during dental treatment. DCU output water must be clean at the same level as drinking water since patients and dental staff are regularly exposed to water and aerosols generated from the DCU. Many studies demonstrated that DCU output water is frequently contaminated with microorganisms including opportunistic pathogen such as Legionella and Pseudomonas species. Thus, DCU output water may be a potential source of infection. In order to reduce microbial contamination levels in DCU output water, periodic management and continuous disinfection are necessary. Currently, there are a variety of disinfection methods for managing DCU output water and its efficacy is also diverse. We reviewed the level of microbial contamination, clinical implications of contaminated DCU output water and the various DCU disinfection methods.

  • 스마트폰, 아이패드, 갤력시S, 탭 등 비약적인 과학기술의 발전으로 생활수준이 향상함에 따라, 한강 르네상스 및 4대강 살리기 사업, 각종 생태하천복원 등 새로운 수변문화공간 구축을 위한 공공 사업에서 첨단무선통신기술을 융합한 신개념의 서비스와 문화가 요구되고 있다. 서울시, 서울인근 지역의 강, 하천에 유량이 유입되는 주요지점에 수중환경감지 센서설치. 주변오염지역 감지 및 수중환경 생태를 실시간 감지하여 이상 징후(BOD, COD, DO, 전도, 탁도 등)발생이 예상되는 주변 오염원인 공장, 폐기처리장, 폐수처리장 등의 시설물을 D/B 관리하여 오염원 관련 피해주민에게 실시간 공지하여 대형사고 예방 및 청정하천 수중환경유지를 목표로 한다. 본 논문에서는 수중환경(하천, 호수, 강 등)대한 지능적이고, 효율적인 관리를 위해 센서수중환경에 적합한 4세대 센서 보드 설계 및 블록다이어그램 설계, 통신기술, 인터페이스 개발을 통해 수중환경에 적합한 센서 및 데이터 획득기술 개발한다.

Importance-Performance Analysis of Service Quality of In Campus Specialty Coffee Shop (대학내 커피전문점 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the consumer behavior using in campus specialty coffee shop and to establish the marketing strategies through Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of service quality. Questionnaires were distributed to 725 students at K University located in Masan, from April 23 to May 3, 2007. Finally, 621 questionnaires were included in the final analysis (response rate: 85.7%). For statistical analysis, SPSS (12.0) was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, t-test, factor analysis and reliability test. The results of this study were as follows. The average cost of using specialty coffee shop in campus was \ 2,096, the average staying time was 25.92 min and the average number of visits per month was 2.17 times. The importance level of 'employee's attitude', 'physical environment', 'sensory quality of coffee', 'beverage features', 'representativeness' were 3.88, 3.79, 3.73, 3.67, 3.28 points, respectively. Also, the performance level of 'sensory quality of coffee', 'beverage features', 'employee's attitude', 'physical environment', 'representativeness' were 3.13, 3.06, 3.05, 2.77, 2.61, respectively. The importance and performance levels of service quality of specialty coffee shop in campus were significantly different (p<.001). Establishment of marketing strategies for in campus speciality coffee shop was possible through the IPA of service quality. Strategies for improving customer satisfaction were to secure enough chairs/ tables, to procure comfortable chairs for customer and to ensure the quality of coffee bean and service of employee.

Development of Internet Information Push-Delivery System Design of Smoking Cessation for Health Promotion (지역주민의 건강증진을 위한 인터넷 금연 강화 프로그램 개발)

  • Objectives: The development of internet programs for smoking cessation was motivated to quit smoking in the large group of smokers. This personalized program consisted of tailored message to consider the smokers characteristics, and contain the informations on the outcomes of smoking cessation and the skills to be used in the quit attempts. The purpose of this study was to develop the internet management program and information push-delivery system for smoking cessation to encourage the personal intention to quit smoking. Methods: We conducted in 3 steps as developing push service to encourage intention of smoking cessation, analyzing problems of smoking cessation program through the pilot test and suggesting improvements by implication stages. Results: This program is delivered for 30 days. if the participants do not fail to quit smoking. The contents consisted of 13 stages which were divided on starting period. practical period, maintenance period and success period. And push service afforded the tailored message to participants using their e-mail. According to the evaluation of pilot test, the problems of internet information push-delivery service for smoking cessation were the over-tasks per visiting time, recording style of participants, difficulty of terms and sentences, lack of visual effects, absence of follow-up module and unsuitable link with main homepage. Improvements were divided on 3 stages by implication period. The first stage included the immediate improvements as improving link with homepage, modifying menu of smoking information and upload file of notice part. The second stage included the short term improvements as alleviating condition of withdrawal, coordinating start stage of retrial, modifying errors of information push-delivery service and addition of educational materials. The third stage included the long term improvements as development of follow-up module, cost-effectiveness evaluation, reducing contents quantity, introduction of checking style, compensation of graphics effect and review for SMS utilization. Conclusions: This program contribute to improving smoking cessation rate. Therefore this program should be tested in a community to evaluate the effectiveness. To promote the effectiveness, this program should be developed the contents and the strategies for various targets, and established the follow-up system for ex-smokers.
