We the maintenance phase of the education facilities understand, problem point and obstacle VIP analysis it leads it presents it does analyze. The improvement process model which leads a hereafter function for obstacle VIP extraction and information model construction must be accomplished.

Application of Blockchain Technology to Verify Reliability of Life Cycle BIM Model for Civil Engineering Project (블록체인기술을 활용한 토목공사 생애주기 BIM 모델의 신뢰성 확보 방안)

  • As the utilization of the BIM model increases in the design and construction stages of a construction project, the utilization of BIM in the maintenance stage can also increase. In the maintenance stage, BIM objects created in the design and construction stages that have already been completed are used. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the reliability of whether the used BIM object is a certified model created in the design stage. In particular, the reliability of the BIM model becomes more important in a project such as railway facilities composed of various construction activities with civil engineering, architecture, electricity, signal, and track work. This study proposes a methodology of using blockchain technology as a way to secure the reliability of the BIM model used in the maintenance phase, and constructs the block structure and detailed process for applying the blockchain technology to BIM. In addition, by applying this process to the BIM model of an actual facility to generate a block, it was confirmed that the blockchain technology can be used as a tool to secure the reliability of the BIM model.

Condition Estimation of Facility Elements Using XGBoost (XGBoost를 활용한 시설물의 부재 상태 예측)

  • To reduce facility management costs and safety concerns due to aging of facilities, it is important to estimate the future facilities' condition based on facility management data and utilize predictive information for management decision making. To this end, this study proposed a methodology to estimate facility elements' condition using XGBoost. To validate the proposed methodology, this study constructed sample data for road bridges and developed a model to estimate condition grades of major elements expected in the next inspection. As a result, the developed model showed satisfactory performance in estimating the condition grades of deck, girder, and abutment/pier (average F1 score 0.869). In addition, a testbed was established that provides data management function and element condition estimation function to demonstrate the practical applicability of the proposed methodology. It was confirmed that the facility management data and predictive information in this study could help managers in making facility management decisions.

  • Currently, life-cycle cost analysis methods are introduced to maintain large infrastructure facilities in Korea. However, there are not many cases in which maintenance models are applied that reflect conditions such as the location of a facility and its surroundings. In order to establish an appropriate maintenance strategy, a cost prediction, deterioration model, and a decision model reflecting uncertainty should be established. In this study, an economic analysis model was developed for long-term cost planning and management based on user decisions based on maintenance methods and judgment criteria for painting specifications applied to power generation structures. The performance of the paintwork was assessed through the paint deterioration test for the application of the economic analysis model, and the results of the economic analysis according to the applied paint specifications (Urethan, polysiloxane, fluorine) were verified by applying the proposed economic analysis model. In this study, it is believed that the selection of the repair cycle and evaluation methods applied with the development model rather than the performance of the painting can be expected to be used as basic data for the maintenance cycle, even if it is not limited to the painting.

Improved Method for Increasing Maintenance Efficiency of Construction Structure Using Augmented Reality by Marker-Less Method (비마커기반 증강현실을 이용한 건설 구조물 유지관리 효율화 방안)

  • As BIM has been increasingly applied to building project recently, its application to civil engineering project is also on the rise. As construction structures have been expanded and complicated in a size and type, the information for handling maintenance process has also increased. Thus, to actively utilize the BIM information created at the design stage, this study has been carried out to establish a maintenance system using a marker-less based augmented reality method, by presenting a maintenance system for the construction structures using augmented reality. A SURF algorithm is used to link the 3D objects in the design and construction phases to the maintenance phase. The presented method in this study can increase the utilization of 3D information created at the design stage, by offering an augmented reality technology at the maintenance stage. The method could also improve the efficiency of visual inspection on construction structures by augmenting 3D model of a bridge structure.

  • 광 인터넷의 서비스는 단일서비스 모델과 도메인 서비스 모델로 구분된다. IETF는 단일서비스 모델의 제어 평면을 위하여 GMPLS를 정의하고 있으며, OIF 및 ODSI는 도메인 서비스 모델 기반의 O-UNI 규격을 정의하고 있다. 광 인터넷을 위한 망 관리 기능은 제어 기능에 비하여 표준화가 활발히 진행되고 있지 않으며, OIF 및 ODSI에서 O-UNI의 구성 및 연결 관리를 위한 MIB를 정의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 광 네트워크의 제어평면 및 관리평면과 전달평면사이의 개방형 인터페이스 모델을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 모델은 네트워크 장비들에게 시스템 관리 기능을 최소화 시키므로 새로운 서비스의 창출 및 소프트웨어의 유지보수를 용이하게 한다.

  • This study aims to investigate basic requirements for adopting the Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology to management of civil infrastructures. The state of the art on BIM guidelines developed major countries was investigated, and a common framework of the guideline contents was built in order to categorize the requirements. In addition, it was investigated that the point of view on the facility management in the BIM guidelines showed different from the traditional civil infrastructure domain. On the basis of the investigation results, this paper proposed the core requirements categorized into three respects: development of application models, standardization, modification of regulations.

  • 형상관리가 소프트웨어 개발과 유지보수 단계에서 중요하게 사용되고 있다. 연구와 실제 구축을 거듭하면서 형상관리는 소프트웨어 개발의 성숙한 기술이 되었다. CBSD(Component Based Software Development)는 소프트웨어 개발의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리 잡고 있다. 즉. CBSD가 소프트웨어 재사용과 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 기술에 관한 연구로 시작되어 왔고. 소프트웨어 개발에 새로운 패러다임으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 CBSD에 관한 형상관리 연구가 뒤따르지 못하였고, 관련 문헌도 상당히 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서 설계한 모델은 CBSD를 더 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 사용될 것이다. 또한 본 모델은 CBSD 개념을 이용한다. 이 모델은 전통적인 소프트웨어 형상관리(SCM ; Software Configuration Management)와 관련이 있고 이를 컴포넌트 환경을 지원하도록 개선시킨 모델이다.

  • Git의 커밋 메시지는 프로젝트가 진행되면서 발생하는 각종 이슈 및 코드의 변경이력을 저장하고 관리하고 있기 때문에 소프트웨어 유지관리와 프로젝트의 생명주기와 밀접한 연관성을 갖고 있다. 이러한 Git의 커밋 메시지에 대한 정확한 분석 결과는 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지관리 활동 시, 시간과 비용의 효율적인 관리에 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이에 대한 기존 연구로 Git에서 발생하는 커밋 메시지를 소프트웨어 유지관리의 세 가지 형태로 분류하고 매핑하여 정확한 분석을 시도하려는 연구가 진행되었으나, 최대 87%의 정확도를 제시한 연구 결과가 있었다. 이러한 연구들은 정확도가 낮아 실제 프로젝트의 개발 및 유지관리에 적용하기에는 위험성과 어려움이 있는 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 커밋 메시지 분류에 대한 선행 연구 조사를 통해 각 연구들의 프로세스와 특징을 추출하였고, 이를 이용한 분류 정확도를 높일 수 있는 커밋 복합 분류 모델에 대해 제안한다.
