To analyze in-vivo blood flow characteristics in a chicken embryo, in-vivo experiment was carried out using micro-PIV technique. Because endothelial cells in blood vessels are subject to shear stress of blood flow, it is important to get velocity field information of the placental blood flow. Instantaneous velocity fields of an extraembryonic blood vessel using a high-speed camera and intravital microscope. The flow images of RBCs were obtained with a spatial resolution of $20\times20{\mu}m$ in the whole blood vessels. The mean velocity field data confirm that the blood flow does show non-Newtonian fluid characteristic. The blood in a branched vessel merged smoothly without any flow separation into the main blood vessel with the presence of a slight bump. This in-vivo micro-PIV measurement technique can be used as a powerful tool in various blood flow researches.

본 연구는 플라스틱 사출 금형 견적 산출 전문가 시스템에 관한 내용이다. 일반적으로 경험에 의한 견적 산출은 프라스틱 사출 금형 제조 회사의 경험이 많은 엔지니어가 직접 작성하게 된다. 이렇게 되면, 시간은 많이 소요되지 않지만, 객관성과 과학성이 결여된 견적이 산출된다. 때때로, 고객과 제조회사 간의 분쟁이 발생하게 되는 원인이 되기도 한다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해, 본 연구로 개발된 시스템이 대안이 될 것이다. 윈도우 환경의 Visual Basic과 SQL 데이터 베이스를 사용한다. 이 시스템에서 얻어진 결과는 제조 현장에서 설계들에게 효과적인 지침이 될 것이다.

고객 중심의 기업활동의 중요성이 인식되면서 e-Business에서도 지속적인 고객의 가치를 중대하기 위해 eCRM을 실현하고 있다. eCRM은 비즈니스 모델에서의 다양한 프로세스를 지원할 수 있는 여러 시스템으로 구성된다. 데이터마이닝은 eBusiness 데이터로부터 유용한 지식을 추출할 수 있는 기술로서 eCRM에서 핵심 요소로 인식된다. 본 논문에서는 eCRM의 개념적 정의와 그 구성 프로세스를 살펴보고 eCRM에서의 데이터마이닝의 역할을 연구하였다.

정보기술 패러다임의 주요 흐름을 살펴보면 오랜 기간동안 주도했던 메인 프레임 위주의 시스템이 90년대 들어서 클라이언트/서버 시스템이 주도하는 환경으로 전환되었으며, 90년대 후반 들어서는 인터넷의 활용증대로 네트웍 컴퓨팅등에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있는 현실이다. 3-tier 구조는 이 시대서 요구하는 시스템 아키텍처에 적합하며 발전해 나가 서비스 확장성(scalability)과 안정성, 그리고 효율면에서 유리하므로 대용량 서비스에 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 이제 앞으로 주도할 3-Tier 아키텍처를 제안하였다.

Analyzing the characteristics of blood flow in the blood vessels is very important to diagnose the circulatory diseases. In order to investigate the hemodynamic characteristics in vivo, the measurements of blood flows inside the extraembryonic arterial and venous blood vessels of chicken embryos were carried out using an in vivo micro-PIV technique. The circulatory diseases are closely related with the formation of abnormal hemodynamic shear stress regions, thereby it is important to get blood velocity and vessel's morphological information according to the vessel configuration and the flow conditions. In this study, the flow images of RBCs in blood vessels were obtained using a high-speed CMOS camera with a spatial resolution of approximately 14.6${\mu}$m${\times}$14.6${\mu}$m in the whole circulation network of blood vessels. The blood flows in the veins and arteries show steady laminar and unsteady pulsatile flow characteristics, respectively. The mean blood flows merged (in veins) and bifurcated (in arteries) smoothly into the main blood vessel and branches, respectively, without any flow separation or secondary flow which accompanying large variation of shear stress. Vorticity was high in the inner regions for both types of vessels, where the radius of curvature varied greatly. The instantaneous flows in the arterial blood vessels showed noticeable pulsatility due to the heart beat, and the main features of the velocity waveforms, including pulsatile shape, retrograde flow, mean velocity, maximum velocity and pulsatile frequency, were significantly dependent on the pulsatile condition which dominates the arterial blood flow. In near future, these in vivo experimental results of blood flow measured in various extraembryonic blood vessels would be very useful to understand the hemodynamic characteristics of human blood flows and various blood flow researches for clinically useful hemodynamic discoveries as well.

생체내 피부 자극은 일련의 복합적인 생리 화학적 변화를 수반한다. 이러한 생체내 현상을 보다 민감하게 반영하고, 동물 시험 경감 측면 및 정확성, 재현성을 보완하기 위하여 자극 물질 검색을 위한 대체 시험법이 필요하게 되었다. CAMVA는 이러한 필요성에 의해 고안된 방법의 하나로써 약 10일된 유정란의 복합적인 혈관이 융합된 장뇨막내에 자극 물질을 투여하고 일정 시간 후, 막 내 혈관의 충혈, 출혈, 응집현상 등의 변화를 통해 자극 정도를 평가하는 in vitro 시험계이다. 본 연구에서는 화장품 영역에서 중요한 위치를 차지하는 계면활성제의 자극 정도를 검색하여 in vitro 시험법인 CAMVA와 in vivo 시험법간의 상관성을 조사하였으며, 그 결과 매우 높은 상관성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 CAMVA는 안 자극 시험의 대체 시험법 뿐만 아니라 피부자극의 예측에도 적용 가능한 유용한 시험법이라 생각된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in professionalism, organizational citizenship behavior and psychological ownership between nurses and nurse officers. Method: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 1017 hospital nurses and military nurse officers. The instruments used were the Korean Version of Hall's Professionalism Inventory' modified by Baek (2007), Organizational Citizenship Behavior Qquestionnaire(OCBQ) modified by Lee (2006), and the Psychological Ownership Inventory' developed by Van Dyne and Pierce (2004). Results: The average score for military nurse officers professionalism was 3.15, for organizational citizenship behavior, was 3.43 and for psychological ownership, 3.64. These scores were higher than the scores for hospital nurses. There were significant positive correlations between the variables(r=.47~.581, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate an affirmable outcome and that the significant variables affected levels of Professionalism, Organizational citizenship behavior, and Psychological ownership. So in order to improve the level of variables, there is a need to consider strategies related to organization, work environment and conceptualization as related to the variables.

In the context of export-oriented growth strategy, Korea has promoted the conclusion of FTAs and 16 FTAs have entered into force or concluded so far. Despite of these efforts, the expansion of the global value chain (GVC) has resulted in fragmentation of production processes and international companies have been struggling to meet the criteria for determining the rule of origin. In order to overcome these difficulties, some foreign FTAs have been introducing cross-cumulation of origin. In this paper, we try to examine empirically whether the easing of the rules of origin using cross-cumulation contributes to the increase in actual value-added exports. we quantify the effects of cross-cumulation included in the EU-Vietnam FTA on Korean exports of the textile through a gravity model using the concept of value-added export. Based on the analysis results, the proportion of value-added exports in Vietnam increased by adoption of cross-cumulation of origin, which consequently resulted into an increase in total exports. This paper tries to draw several implications for the rules of origin in Korea's FTAs including cross-cumulation considering the export value chain of Korea.

이른 새벽, 건설업 일용직 근로자들은 '오늘 일을 할 수 있을까?'란 불안감과 COVID-19의 감염 위험을 안고 인력사무소에 출근한다. 새벽 건설업 시장은 높은 업무 강도와 비효율적인 구인/구직 프로세스로 인해 진입장벽이 높고, 건설기능인력의 고령화로 불법체류 근로자 고용 등의 난항을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 건설업 시장의 구인/구직 정보를 제공하여 앱 내에서 근로자 채용을 가능하게 하고, 외부 API를 사용하여 출퇴근 관리, 안전 이수증 촬영을 통한 인증 등 근로자와 구인자를 위한 비대면 구인/구직 앱 '인력거'를 개발하였다. '인력거' 앱을 통해 간소화된 구인/구직 프로세스 등을 통해 건설업에서 청년 일자리 증대가 기대된다.
